Aria Santillana

Aria Santillana is a French-Peruvian DJ based in Berlin. She discovered electronic music browsing radio channels as a child, and experienced her first club nights in her mid-teens in Lima. She went on to spend over fourteen years working in the music industry across cities including Paris and London, supporting artists and labels in the community.

Her DJ sets move between warm grooves and raw kicks, soulful 90s house and Latin percussions, with italo and nu-disco surprises, dubby textures, and occasional techno excursions. She has played at Berlin institutions including Heideglühen, Kater Blau, Renate, Sisyphos, and Globus, and internationally at Love International, Waterworks, and Macarena. She is a resident at Toy Tonics' Italomania series at OXI, and hosts a bi-monthly show on Refuge Worldwide showcasing soul, jazz, funk, and Latin American selections.

In 2026, Aria founded Matrona, a boutique artist and label services company specialising in distribution for the house and techno scene.
