Emma (1)

„Push, Push it real good!“ If EM?A was born 20 years earlier, she definately would have joined Salt ´n Pepa as a third spice. But as she was born in the 80´s she first stepped on stage in 2008 and never came down until now. EM?A´s English raps intensely flirt with hot tropical basselectro. During the last two years the female mc introduced the german accent by playing shows around Europe and sharing stage with Thunderheist, Schlachthofbronx, SebastiAn, African Boyand many more. The 7“ release in 2009 was followed by the EM?A NOT EP with remixes by Ben Mono und Leg-No. The Leg-No & EM?A SUNGLASSES EP was released in July 2010. Top-class producers decided to give musical support to the EP: Phon.o (CLP, remixes for Schlachthofbronx and Robot Koch), Mowgli (Dead Fish labelowner) and French Fries (Young Gunz).

Feedback: „She makes slinky, vamped-up tracks, that ooze and spill sex out of every corner of the mix“ - www.thecultureofme.com
