Sasa (FR)

Introduced to Arabic and Oriental music theory at the age of eight, she developed an early understanding of maqams, percussive traditions, and intricate rhythmic structures. Years later, after discovering electronic music through festivals and free parties across France, Sasa found a new language for musical expression. Drawing from her rich cultural background and lifelong passion for sound, she channels these influences into her DJ practice, creating immersive journeys where hypnotic rhythms, emotional textures, and cross-cultural and cross-genre influences meet.

Inspired by the tension between human modernity and its primal essence, her sets create collisions that feel like emancipation, acceptance, and celebration. She's part of the BCCO new faces 2026 artists and played venues locally in Paris such as the Rex Club and la cité fertile as well as more underground venues in Tunis. She's also an active part of a parisian collective called Abstract showcasing emerging artists.
