DJ Don
Don is a Tokyo-based DJ, producer, and event organizer whose sound blends tribal techno, hard techno, and Balearic influences, uniting the dance floor through deep rhythms and organic energy.
He runs Rhythm Retreat, a party series connecting music, nature, and community, and also performs as part of Tribe Unit, a live act that combines hardware-driven performance with DJing.
Beyond organizing club events in Tokyo, he produces festivals that bring together music, camping, art, and hot springs in natural surroundings. These include Onsen Fes, held at Hataya Onsen Sasanoyu in Gunma Prefecture, Japan. Through his programming, he creates lineups that bridge Japanese and international underground dance culture.
Drawing on his background as a bassist and influences from the European and Balearic scenes, Don’s sets are both powerful and soulful. Guided by themes of freedom, ritual, and connection, he takes dancers on a journey into euphoria.
