Thomas Franzmann aka Zip aka Dimbiman, co-founder of the label Perlon, is familiar with the dancefloors around the world and famous for his tremendous minimal shifts within the 4/4 scheme. He has an illustrious musical history which began in 1986 as singer in the band Second Voice. In 1992 he moved to Frankfurt and joined the EBM band Bigod 20. After several releases the band split. In 1996 he got together with Markus Nikolai and Chris Rehberger to form the audio-visual project Pile. In 1997 he and Nikolai founded the Perlon label, on which he has released under the pseudonyms Dimbiman, Pantytec (with Sammy Dee) and Narcotic Syntax (with James Dean Brown). In 1999 the SuPERLONgevity compilation was released, featuring 'Bushes', a track that has since garnered chart-topping remixes from the likes of Derrick Carter and Fatboy Slim. Franzmann also recorded with Peter "Baby" Ford and has appeared on Ford's label PAL SL. He is a regular guest DJ in clubs around the world and holds residencies at Robert Johnson (Offenbach) and the Panorama Bar (Berlin). “Triptease live is a vision born on one of those inspired morning hours, opening up new ways of looking at the world.”
their own biography
the whole biography
Triptease live is a vision born on one of those inspired morning hours, opening up new ways of looking at the world. The idea behind their live performance stands for the best traditions of electronic music itself. They blend together polyrhythmic grooves and harmonic atmospheres in an uninterrupted flow of sound layers. Their live performance recreates the dynamics of studio improvisation where synths, guitars, samplers and drum machines interweave together endlessly. Triptease performed live at iconic venues such as Club der Visionaere and Hoppetosse in Berlin, Fuse in Brussels, Mutabor in Moscow, Studio 338 and Red Gallery in London amongst others delivering hours of everchanging beats and sparkling musical ideas. Many musicians and producers - to name a few Claudio Puntin, Cesar Merveille, Yonatan Levi, Greg Paulus, Ion Ludwig, Samuel Roher and Daniele Papini - have joined their improv project through the years and contributed to the experimentation. From this perspective, their live set crosses over between music and technology, with its power to form networks and scenes that are a catalyst for creation and transformation in the form of live and studio performances. Based in Berlin for over a decade, dynamic Austrian duo Foehn & Jerome have drawn influence from their surroundings, holding down a residency at Club der Visionaere with their Perfumed Freedom events, cementing themselves in the thick of the melting pot scene of the city. In the next period of their career they will explore new territory, extending the Perfumed Freedom umbrella to a record label, releasing music from themselves and other artists they admire, and a fresh label alongside Alexander Skancke and Henriku, titled “TBH”. After becoming flatmates in Berlin 2011 they began their joint quest holding down a residency at Vienna hotspot Grelle Forelle for the “Cafe Sturz” events, during this time they hosted the likes of Zip, Sammy Dee, Vera and many more. They then moved their attention to Berlin and ever since have been residents at Club der Visionaere, with some early events under various names before starting their anticipated Perfumed Freedom parties in 2018, allowing them to grow an extensive community through the years, and still going strong to this day inviting artists such as Daniel Bell, Thomas Melchior, Mathew Jonson, Eli Verveine, Losoul, Rhadoo, Vale Colvin, Felix Hk, Idit Frenkel amongst many other fantastic names. Their intricately arranged productions have led to Foehn & Jerome landing music on integral labels throughout the years, all of which have inspired their journey. You can discover their music on Zip’s Perlon, Sammy Dee’s Ultrastretch, Barbara Preisinger’s Slices Of Life in collaboration with Alexander Skancke on “Public Trouble”. Other bodies of work have been released on Quirk, Gabu, with their earliest work on their co-founded label “Untitled 100” with Argenis Brito and Thomas Grün. Essentially the lifelong works of the pair will now all be directed under the Perfumed Freedom brand, growing a platform to express themselves, gathering ideas, innovative music and their creative vision under one roof, allowing it all to come into fruition.Their RA profile lists Perlon, Ultrastretch, Untitled 100, Quirk and 3 more.Last at Club der Visionaere in Aug · often with Sammy Dee, Thomas Melchior, Bruno Pronsato, none of them here that night

Enrica Falqui, a versatile producer and DJ hailing from Sardinia and now based in Berlin, immerses herself in a ceaseless exploration of sound. Enrica has a talent for storytelling through her sets, with sonic journeys traversing the realms of techno, house, electro, and ambient with unwavering dedication. With a restless passion for digging and a commitment to honing her technique, over the past two decades she has gained recognition playing in some of the world’s most esteemed clubs and festivals. In July 2021, Enrica unveiled her inaugural solo EP, Plexus, under the esteemed UK label Marginal Returns. This release masterfully bridges the gap between her ethereal ambient compositions and the pulsating energy of the dance floor. As one half of the former dynamic duo ERIS, Enrica collaborated with Dea Dvornik on their debut EP Moments, released on Japan’s Cabaret Recordings, followed by their sophomore effort, Champions League. Fuelled by an insatiable passion for sonic exploration, Enrica thrives in the studio environment, where she spends countless hours refining her craft, experimenting with new techniques, and sculpting sounds that resonate with depth and emotion. Most recently, she launched her own label, Plexus 4, adding yet another avenue to her artistic explorations and a platform for herself and other artists to express themselves freely.Their RA profile lists Cabaret Recordings, Undersound Recordings, Marginal Returns, WARNING and 1 more.often with ACID BOGEN, HOPPER, Desirée Falessi, none of them here that night
“As a DJ, Eli Verveine is widely respected for her ability to build her own dancefloor wherever she is in the world.”
their own biography
the whole biography
As a DJ, Eli Verveine is widely respected for her ability to build her own dancefloor wherever she is in the world. Always engaged with the crowd, Eli sees communication as integral to the art of DJing: whether it’s warm-up, peak-time or after-hours, she captures the collective energy and applies just the right doses of drama and restraint until every dancer is locked into a unified groove. Eli’s versatile blend of genres and moods has brought her to some of the most iconic stages around, from the clubs Bassiani, Panoramabar, Fabric and Closer to the festivals Garbicz, Rainbow Disco Club, Waking Life, and delivering the prestigious closing set at Organik Festival in Taiwan. She has a B2B project, Among Trees, with Andrey Pushkarev. As a live performer, Eli Verveine collaborates with Berlin-based DJ/musician Gwenan on the experimental live project Gin & Tonic. With a setup combining modular synthesis, drum machines, effects pedals and more, the duo tease variegated musical textures out of extended improvisations. This open-ended approach, grounded in close listening and a strong mutual understanding between the two, leads to intriguing musical dialogues in which the machines do the talking. As a producer, Eli Verveine’s discography stretches back to the Ness EP (2012) on Tardis Records, the label she runs with Oscar Schubaq. In 2023, she released the track ‘Morning Dub’, on a VA from Chateau Chépère, and ‘Reverie’, a track resulting from a project with school children in Basel. Eli has been having a lot of fun in the studio, so we can expect more solo material on the way.Their RA profile lists Tardis.Last at Club der Visionaere in Aug · often with Sarah Wreath, Berghain, Aurora Halal, none of them here that night
“On her journey from the Welsh hills, via London and Berlin, she has honed her art, diving deep into cerebral realms of dream-driven, tactile dance music, expertly weaving the gentle and the angular, with a strong sense of groove throughout.”

On her journey from the Welsh hills, via London and Berlin, she has honed her art, diving deep into cerebral realms of dream-driven, tactile dance music, expertly weaving the gentle and the angular, with a strong sense of groove throughout. Inspired by the sounds of early 90s Sheffield and Detroit, and above all by the machines and the people who give them their voice, Gwenan is known for her perceptive presentation of techno in all its forms. Up before dawn on the day of the gig, pulling together records to play that night, she teases out the spaces between styles that escape classification. Directness, grit, irresistible movement, a sense of circuits jumping into life—it’s an ears-first approach that puts body and mood before time and place. In the studio, Gwenan produces music ranging from abstract electronics to dancefloor grooves using a mixture of classic hardware, software and an ever-expanding tangle of modules. Live, you can catch her solo (as Phase Space live), and with Eli Verveine (as Gin & Tonic), as they do their best to step out of the way and let instinct—and the machines—do the talking.Last at ZENNER in Aug · often with Rasho, GLOBUS, TRESOR, none of them here that night
