    the whole biography
German producer, DJ, label and record store owner Cinthie has become one of the most sought-after artists in the contemporary electronic scene. Dubbed by many as the Berlin Queen of House, the last decade has seen her become an unstoppable force who has a touring schedule that takes her across the globe to perform at leading clubs and festivals across Europe, Asia, the Americas and beyond. Cinthie's knowledge of house music's foundations is second to none, as reflected by the vast vinyl collection she has been building since 1995. Her DJ sets cleverly join the dots between the past and the present and plot lines between the swing of New York, the rawness of Chicago and the energy of Berlin. They're stripped back and emotive, whether deep or vocal, and always married to an irresistible groove. In the studio, Cinthie has mastered the art of making maximum impact from bare musical essentials. For more than 20 years her timeless house sounds have come on labels like Heist, Aus Music and her own 803 Crystal Grooves, and in 2020 gave rise to her adventurous and accomplished debut album Skylines - City Lights. Cinthie's DJ-kicks mix in 2022 was another high-water mark. It's a revered series that had a big impact on her in the nineties, and her own entry is one of house music's best. House music isn't known for its live shows, and even less so for female live artists. But as always, Cinthie is breaking new ground and has recently taken her machines on the road to cult events like Sonar and Mutek. Her influential Elevate.Berlin store is also known for its exceptional taste: every record is handpicked by Cinthie. Such realness and authenticity have always been synonymous with proper house music, but they are also the values that stand Cinthie apart.
Their RA profile lists Skint, Aus Music, Running Back, Watergate Records and 6 more.

We are CAN LOVE BE SYNTH band, synth music lovers , dj`s (synthpop, dark disco, spacepop, new wave, Italo, disco, ebm, 80s & electronics) Hailing from Hamburg Katja Ruge & Frank Husemann are better known as Can Love Be Synth. They are in love with old analogue machines and define their specific sound in the legendary Synthesizer Studio Hamburg. A synth collectors paradise owned by Frank & Sunny and hidden behind the big grey walls of the Bunker and the club Uebel & Gefährlich between the Reeperbahn and Schanzenviertel district. Katja runs her party series „Kann Denn Liebe Synthie Sein?“ for almost 10 years where she plays the music that she loves from Italo, New Wave and Cosmic Sounds to Dark Disco. She invited Essaie Pas, Cosmetics, Josh Cheon (Dark Entries), Wolfram, Italo Brutalo, Curses, Neil Landstrumm, The Emperor Machine, Perel, Local Suicide and many more. Many people also know Katja ́s portrait photography mainly in the fields of Electronic Music. Frank played in several bands and was running a store where he sold analogue gear. He also works as a sound technician in clubs as well as for big and important projects like The Fridays For Future Movement. The two got together to enjoy the machines and sounds in the Synthesizer Studio but started quickly doing remixes for artists such as Cerrone, Ruede Hagelstein or Polly Scattergood. In 2017 they had their first own release with ‘Megapulser‘ on Bordello A Parigi and continued in 2020 with own releases on Ombra INT. and TAU. 2021 they released their track Bunker with remixes by Richard Fearless, Terr & quadratsachulz on A Clean Cut and made a Remix for Erasure.
Their RA profile lists Mute Records, Watergate Records, Bordello A Parigi, Ombra International and 1 more.
