Bogotá-born and Barcelona-based, Adriana Lopez has been shaping a distinctive and uncompromising approach to techno defined by restraint, precision and depth. Starting out in the late ‘90s in her native city, where she held key residencies at La Sala, BarC and Cinema and performed across clubs and cities throughout Colombia, she was part of the first wave shaping the country’s techno circuit before relocating to Barcelona in 2003, marking the beginning of her international trajectory. His residencies in several clubs for over 15 years has forged his name and helped him create his own distinctive brand of music. peachlyfe is an artist of playful provocation. Blending psychoactive techno, swampy psy-trance, and alien acid, their DJ sets intentionally induce a state of sonic mindfuck, while their holistic live performances target transcendence. Transitioning through jazz music, composition, and the electric bass, peachlyfe rejected the rigidity of their formal conservatory training after finding freedom and empowerment in the culture and queer community of electronic music. Since then, the Fast Forward member and Endurance resident has become a mainstay within Copenhagen’s fast-growing techno scene, and earned an international following that’s seen them booked across 4 continents. Approaching production as a conceptual art form, their creative offerings are defined by innovation and irreverence.
