Based between Glasgow and their hometown Berlin, experimental Techno-Pop prodigy Luca Eck represents a young generation that wants to transcend the binary. Fusing the dystopian soundscapes of harsh electronic music with heartfelt songwriting and their background in classical music, Luca Eck “brings emotion into everything they touch” (Wonderland). Aged 22, they have toured globally and built up an impressive discography including releases on Anetha’s Mama Told Ya or Amelie Lens’ Global Underground Compilation, racking up more than six million streams while making appearances on BBC Radio 1, HÖR and Arte Concert. Luca Eck began their musical journey at the age of 5, mastering classical piano and double bass. From the tender age of 11, they ventured into electronic music production, meticulously crafting their distinctive blend of pop and techno with a keen eye for sonic innovation. Their music weaves intimate narratives atop cutting-edge beats, offering a thoughtful exploration of themes surrounding gender, sexuality, and identity. 'Brazilian producer and vocalist LYZZA has risen to become one of electronic music’s most promising avant pop producers' - Beatport Chasing connection, LYZZA has been paving her way towards a sense of belonging through music in the age of information. It started at uploading music to the internet and secretly deejaying at 16 in clubs and Ball's in Amsterdam, to which LYZZA quickly made her way to international clubs like Fabric, K41, Berghain, ALL and DC10. Since then LYZZA has built a name for herself in the Indie music- and club scene as ‘one of the artists shaping the future of music’- Crack Magazine. In 2017, LYZZA broke through the electronic scene with her first EP ‘PowerPlay’, a fierce experimental club record that made its way onto the runway soundtracks of fashion brands, and is considered to be one of the main records having influenced the now popularized 'Club Music' sound. 2018 saw LYZZA move on from the shadowy club anthems of her debut record to a string of Alternative-Pop releases which put her on the map as as a lyricist and proved her chops as a collaborator, as she tapped Hot Chip’s Joe Goddard and Jungle’s Tom McFarland for the 2019 ‘DEFIANCE’ EP leadsingle, ‘Neverland’. LYZZA has cemented her presence in the avant-garde music world as a DJ and producer with standout performances which have taken her across Europe,where she has performed at high-profile festivals such as Sonar, Melt!, Pukkelpop, Montreux Jazz Festival, Dour and Primavera Sound, the latter earning her a mention as 'Best of Primavera Sound' by Pitchfork. Her ’MOSQUITO’ mixtape, released through Big Dada in 2022, broke her into US and LatAm radio waves for the first time and earned her standout mentions by Rolling Stone and NPR. More recently, she's been traversing the sonic world, further showcasing her skills with multiple collaborations ranging from Showstudio and Mugler to producing billboard-nominated songstress Emel Mathlouthi her latest album, as well as being the youngest artist ever exhibiting at London’s Serpentine Gallery.
