After a decade of experience in djing, Liza Aikin's focus moved on production and live performance in order to recreate the sound and the message she was missing. Her favorite tools: field recordings, and modular synthesizers, are just a fragment of the meticulous work she dedicates to her production and Live sets. Over a short period of time her technicality and attention to detail landed her a number of releases on relevant labels such as: Mord Records, Emetic , Decoy Records, Ohm Resistance.Their RA profile lists Decoy, Mord, Platz fur Tanz, Emetic and 3 more.Last at Urban Spree in Sep · often with Squaric, Ireen Amnes, Fluid, none of them here that night
“French producer, DJ and live act Substencia has spent over a decade carving out a deeply personal approach to the music, one that weaves baroque emotion, liturgical darkness and destructive rhythms into a visceral techno framework shaped by years of sonic exploration.”

French producer, DJ and live act Substencia has spent over a decade carving out a deeply personal approach to the music, one that weaves baroque emotion, liturgical darkness and destructive rhythms into a visceral techno framework shaped by years of sonic exploration. Her releases span Tjalk, Kallkallan, Culture Of Violence, Drec, Dead SVN Records, Mutant Modality and her own imprint, culminating in 2025 with her debut vinyl album on US label Venaeform, earning support from international artists. Performing across Europe with both DJ sets and live acts, she has played renowned venues such as Tresor, Moog and Mia Mao. Driven by a heightened musical sensibility, she extends her universe beyond the dancefloor through collaborations on soundtracks, contemporary dance and circus performances. Alongside Pole Ka, she is part of the duo Kabocha, venturing further into the territory of tragic post-rave and haunted noise.Their RA profile lists Øbskure Records, Unusual Records, Venaeform Records, SUBVERTED and 2 more.often with Mina Lord, Ireen Amnes, Fluid, none of them here that night
“Operating in the dark territories of club-oriented electronic music, OTTOMAN GRÜW has developed a singular style of hallucinatory compositions - assembling EBM, industrial, ambient and post-punk influences within body-driven techno frameworks.”
