The UK producer’s creative output has been most prolific with an extensive amount of releases on labels such as Arts, Soma and Figure, but now tends to concentrate on his own imprint Clergy which has hosted the likes of Dax J, James Ruskin, Kwartz and Cleric himself. Celebrated for his high tempo groove and solid kick drums, Cleric describes his music as a means to translate energy to others. In 2019, we saw Jorden tour his first live set with bookings across many festivals, including Voltage, Luft Und Liebe, ADE and Instytut festival. As one of the most iconic artists of her generation, Ellen Allien embodies the core ethos of techno: a visionary who looks to the future for inspiration, carving out her own niche and presiding over an empire that has infused techno, rave, and dance music culture with her unique DNA. Ellen Allien’s journey through the years is a blueprint for a healthy underground community and grounded career in music. Her playful mind and openness to sharing knowledge, imbues her art with an energy and inspiration that’s been highly influential to the subculture across art, design and fashion in her native Berlin. Ellen’s eternally creative mind has led to the production of ten albums, to join her extensive back catalogue of singles, EPs and remix work for seminal labels like Warp and Mute. Most recently she’s collaborated with Italian band Ash Code to bring together dark wave and techno in a seamless dancefloor marriage, remixed Lebanon Hannover and Rosa Anschütz, as well as contributing tracks to compilations from Gegen and Serendeepity. In 2023 she celebrated the 20th Anniversary of her seminal album ‘Stadtkind’, her most recent album AurAA delivered emotional techno resonating far beyond the dancefloor. A dynamic selector who prides herself on her extensive knowledge of music and dance floors, she’s travelled the globe as a DJ playing at every major club on the circuit, and commanding the big stages at festivals from Europe to South America. Ellen runs her days long ‘We Are Not Alone’ raves at RSO in her beloved hometown Berlin, bringing the party worldwide as UFO Rave, and she hosts in-store record shop gigs as Vinylism. In her role as head of BPitch, and UFO Inc., Ellen channels her ceaseless passion for digging into A&R, seeking out and nurturing new talent, alongside established artists and friends. She has signed new artists to her labels, including German trans-media artist Rosa Anschütz, Dutch electronic producer extraordinaire Dollkraut/DJ Europarking, and supports the growth of future talents like Métaraph and Shaleen through the booking agency. Steering the label to become one of the most important platforms for underground electronica. BPitch operates in a league of all its own, influencing the scene at home, but with a global reach. Ellen Allien’s constant forward focus led to the conception of a brand new record label, UFO Inc. in 2018; as an incubator for rough, ravey, raw techno – providing an additional space for Ellen to release her tougher productions, purely for the dancefloor. 2020-22 presented an extremely difficult situation for Ellen and the rest of the global electronic music community as clubs and festivals were shut down. Unable to tour, she conceived the hugely successful Balcony Streaming sessions, hosted from her home in Berlin. The livestreams allowed her to continue DJing and engaging with her fanbase, while also supporting music from a wide range of artists, new and old. During this time, she channeled her curatorial experience into an expansive three-part (expanded to six in 2023) compilation series. Named after her We Are Not Alone parties, the collection comprised tracks from artists that embody the ethos; club music with a rugged aesthetic and an unapologetic dancefloor focus. Volumes four-six were released together with a film and installation as AFTER DARK with Ellen’s longtime collaborator the director/photographer Stini Roehrs.AFTER DARK exhibition premiered at the Hamburger Bahnhof modern art museum in Berlin in July, with a new soundtrack by Ellen.Their RA profile lists fabric Records, Mute Records, Warp Records, Spectral Sound and 6 more.Last at RSO.BERLIN in Aug · often with Spekki Webu, Carmen Electro, Xiorro, none of them here that night

“From a young age, Lorenzo Lacchesi was immersed in music.”
their own biography
the whole biography
From a young age, Lorenzo Lacchesi was immersed in music. Growing up surrounded by CDs, thanks to his parents working at Philips, he explored everything from rock to jazz and classical. As a teenager, he studied piano, played bass in various bands, and discovered electronic music at 15, drawn by the French Touch movement. After high school, Lorenzo pursued sound engineering, worked at Radio France, and co-founded his first techno label, Péché Mignon, with friends. Becoming Lacchesi, his focus shifted to warehouse techno. His first major bookings came through the Parisian scene where he refined his industrial and rave-influenced sound. During this period, he co-founded his second label, Maison Close, a platform for emerging talent with an eclectic and hybrid musical vision. Lacchesi’s sound balances minimalist techno with trance, taking cues from artists like Regent, The Advent, Mathys Lenne, Rrose, Helena Hauff, Spekki Webu, W92. Known for his fast-paced, high-energy DJ sets, he crafts introspective journeys with jittery melodies, minimal grooves, and experimental elements. His productions, however, span a broader spectrum, from hard-hitting techno and uptempo beats to glitchy IDM and ambient soundscapes. Lacchesi has released music on labels like Mama Told Ya, EXTRA ENERGY, Matière, BCCO, and Bipolar Disorder. His own label, Maison Close, has seen him release tracks on various compilations, as well as two LPs: P*NK (2021) and Based On A True Story (2024). He remains a prominent figure in the scene, consistently surrounded by close-knit circle of friends like Mac Declos, Kuss, and more recently, Vel. His standout remix of Baraka’s track «Half Faces» has racked up nearly 2M listens. In early January 2026, he released the split EP High & Dry with close collaborator JKS, jointly issued on Maison Close Records and Smile Sessions. 2025 marked a pivotal year, with Lacchesi touring extensively across the globe and performing at major festivals including Monegros, Pitch, ADE – Into the Woods, Nuits Sonores… Following a widely acclaimed SECTION mix, he was also announced as a resident DJ for London’s Tech Couture parties. Lacchesi’s love for loops and his relentless pursuit of harmony drive his high-octane, multigenre sets. Known for creating intense, rollercoaster-like journeys, he builds tension to the point where the body can’t take it anymore, only to offer a full, euphoric release. His performances are wild and fiery, embodying his Mediterranean energy, Italian temperament, and playful humor. Curious about everything (people, sounds, and experiences), he brings an infectious energy to the club, leaving the dance floor in a frenzy. Lacchesi thrives on resilience, laughter, and sweat, always pushing the limits to deliver unforgettable moments.Their RA profile lists Bipolar Disorder, Mama told ya, KR Records, EXTRA ENERGY and 1 more.often with KYRUH, Nene H, Elvin, none of them here that night
“Dutch-born, Berlin-based DJ Laure Croft lives by the mantra ‘keep it sexy’.”
their own biography
the whole biography
Dutch-born, Berlin-based DJ Laure Croft lives by the mantra ‘keep it sexy’. When behind the decks she takes approach for the moment of release in the most powerful dancefloor experiences, when clothes come off and the energy reaches fever pitch. This sensual attitude manifests in the way she plays – a constant rush of high-intensity techno with little respite as she rips through a collection which spans the mid 90s to the mid 00s. She’s no vinyl elitist, but in touching a pair of Technics she found an internal excitement which was lacking from CDJs, where the tension around the mix and the story embedded in the grooves of a record feed into the energy of the party. She glides through her record bag after ceaseless hours of digging and selecting with an instinctive code which defines her unique sound. As her identity as a DJ takes an upwards curve, Laure views her path as a quest to continually find the tracks which fit her particular creative vision, pulling together the pieces of the puzzle from decades of techno culture carved into a near-infinite pool of uptempo, forward-facing machine music. As a woman in a male-dominated scene, she also pushes for a more inclusive climate on all regards, and considers her ever-increasing visibility an opportunity to inspire and enact positive change. With her husky Roxy (named after one of the first queer underground music clubs in Amsterdam) by her side, she holds true to techno’s inherent futurism by creating something new and ever-evolving from the already existing music she discovers and blends. The end result is a sound which celebrates honesty and integrity in the face of modern life’s rampant, paper-thin perfectionism.Recently at MUENZE, Loone · often with HAMY, ENNIO, Spikey Lee, none of them here that night

When she left her hometown of Rabat at 18 years old to study engineering in Lyon, Jennifer’s life took an unexpected turn after experiencing techno music for the first time at Le Sucre: it was love at first sight. Immersing herself into the club culture, she allowed herself to ascend, becoming Vel. Returning full-circle to, she is resident at Le Sucre in Lyon since 2022. Vel’s sound pulses with life, driven by the primal force of percussion and infused with a distinctly womanly energy. Her techno is a harmonious blend of power and grace, where thunderous drums collide with ethereal whispers, invoking both strength and sensuality. These beats, deeply rooted in the ancient rhythms of her heritage, are paired with celestial voices that seem to echo from another realm. The divine feminine radiates through every track, shaping her music into a living force that captivates the senses. During her sets, Vel fearlessly explores diverse genres, from Trance to Ambient, breaking BPM constraints and creating a dynamic interplay between the raw and the refined—an alchemist of sound and rhythm. Vel has quickly risen through the ranks of the music scene, earning respect and mentorship from industry icons like Anetha and In Aeternam Vale. Her releases trace the evolution of her blossoming artistry, with three standout EPs—Who by Fire (2020) on Unusual Records, He Took One Cliché (2021), and Era L (2022) on XX LAB—alongside numerous impactful tracks for various compilations, including her signature piece, You Taste Like Zaatar. Building on the growing strength of her live performances, Vel is about to make waves with her debut album, There is Always a Solution, on Mama Told Ya in fall 2024. 2024 has been a milestone year for Vel. She stood out with live performances at Berghain, Nuits Sonores, DGTL, and a euphoric B2B at Stone Techno alongside Anetha. Beyond France, Vel’s journey has taken her across Europe and further afield, with appearances at renowned venues like Basement (New York), RSO (Berlin), Rex Club (Paris), and E1 (London). This year also marked her first Australasian tour, where she left her rhythmic imprint in cities like Seoul, Taipei, Sydney, and Melbourne, spreading her magic across the globe. A true queen of percussion and a master of sonic subtlety, Vel’s music is a reflection of her fierce yet graceful energy. Each track she crafts, each performance she delivers is a delicate balance of raw power and refined emotion. Emotionally charged and driven by mighty high-kicks, her music is crafted with meticulous attention to sound design, channeling fresh energy into every track. Vel has firmly established herself as one of the most exciting names in the scene.
