“(roger kerosene) started his career in the late 80s in frankfurt/germany as a rock-drummer and turned to producing electronic music in the early nineties. in 1991 he released his first 12" on delirium records, which was followed by a series of solo releases as kerosene (on hard hands, force inc, mille plateaux, caipirinha) as well as projects like ultrahigh (with jammin' unit on sony music, force. inc.), cracked (with dr.scissors on superstition) or h.e.a.d. (with khan of finland on blue and emi harvest). with jammin' unit he started the pharma label in 1995, which released 30 catalogue numbers until 1999. as zulutronic he did a remix for the wu-tang-clan in 1998, later that year he moved to berlin. in 2000 kerosene produced the soundtrack for the expo-2000-exhibition of daimler chrysler. in 2001 he released his first tracks on fumakilla ("tulasonic" with adel dior from autotune, followed in 2003 by a new ultrahigh 12"). in 2004 he remixed tracks for nine inch nails and gwen stefani. in summer 2006 he went on tour in greece with his live act "the pressure". in january 2008 kerosene launched his new techhouse label "athletikk". kerosene had major press features in de:bug, mixmag, spex, raveline, nme and melody maker. kerosene peformed live at (among others): blue note club london, the cooler nyc, privilege ibiza, mayday dortmund and mayday frankfurt, flex vienna, metropol, volksbühne and arena berlin, raves in the u.s., canada, uk, greece and switzerland.”

Born and raised in the streets of Rotterdam, from a very young age, STEEZY has spent a lot of his time curating music edits and involving himself with the local music scene in the Netherlands. This is why, at the age of 16, he started an internship at Triphouse Rotterdam — a collective of local DJs and creatives, that also acted as a record store/club. It was also the place where his passion for underground music grew. Spending most of his time in their headquarters, STEEZY got inspired by techno, house & electro music and started to learn how to mix his favorite sounds like hardcore and jungle too. Fast forward to today, STEEZY is now based in Berlin and has made a name for himself by playing at underground parties over the years. Running his own underground electronic label, as well as promoting several events, these experiences have helped him evolve his style to include more techno, early rave, breakbeat, ghetto house, kuduro, hardcore, jungle and drum & bass. With this evolution in style, his musical style consists of a perceptible sound journey that has also been featured on Operator Radio, Radio WORM, PRSPCT Radio, Refuge Worldwide and Radio Quantica — just to name a few. His DJ sets have reached the dance floors in France, Slovenia, Italy, Germany, Sweden, Austria and Panama, proving that his musical progression knows no bounds. Known for his ability to balance sensitive emotions with energetic soundscapes, Valentin transforms dancefl oors into spaces of psychedelic & experimental exploration. He has played at renowned venues such as VENT in Tokyo, ://about blank in Berlin, Tango in Asuncion, and Otsukimi Festival in Japan. Over the past decade, his music has resonated globally, with performances in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Romania, US, Canada, Mexico, Paraguay, Colombia, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong, Japan and beyond. Valentin Ginies is a passionate and multifaceted artist based in Berlin, whose creative journey is deeply rooted in a lifelong dedication to music. A journey which has seen him play piano and drums before switching to a full hardware setup & taking to the decks at a young age. Valentin is the founder of 11001 Records, a Berlin-based record label dedicated to techno, ambient, experimental and other forms of abstract visions. He’s also released an album on Bahn Records and releases on Circular Limited and Node Recordings. He’s also the co-founder of the Teufelsberg Domecast, an ambient experimental podcast & release series with a unique sound installation focusing on live performances played in the Dots Gallery and sent to the dome’s natural reverb acoustic at the top of the main building. This project has hosted artists like Dasha Rush, Tobias., Max Loderbauer, Robert Henke, and Hoshiko Yamane, and collaborations with Berlin's UdK. Valentin is also the founder of Third Eye Festival, a psychedelic techno festival near Berlin, which has hosted artists such as Dasha Rush, Rrose, Wata Igarashi, Tobias., and DJ Maria. In addition, he curates ORBIT, a Berlin party that showcases the deeper side of techno, featuring names like Marco Shuttle, Denise Rabe, and YSK. These gatherings have organically connected a like minded community for the more psychedelic side of Techno in Berlin for those who share a passion for innovative soundscapes and artistic exploration.
