Miro Lopasso, aka Boyca, is a hard-hitting Techno naturalist: as a queer, Swiss-born DJ, producer, and Berlin transplant, Boyca’s convulsing and maximalist productions channel the transformative and liberating dancefloor hypnotism he experienced into relentless Techno totems with industrial undercurrents—strobe-lit, sweat-drenched, and charged with raw physicality. Debuting on Dutch label Mord with the mangled, slow-burning blowout Beneath in 2015, Boyca has since recast his throttling industrial core into a functional, sexy, and floor-driven framework. The result is an enrapturing blend of shuddering low-end and complex groove structures that cycle through frenzied drum machine sequences, crushed loops, and heaving, spaced-out atmospheres. Ass It! (Creaked; 2020), The Encounter from Galactic Outposts (Creaked; 2022), Modified Humans (LPS; 2021), Nediar (LPS; 2021), and Remote Controlled (LPS; 2022)—with heavyweight remixers Charlton, Rosseen, Stanislav Tolkachev, and Rrose—followed in quick succession, sharpening Boyca’s vision of oscillating sound design, pounding groove structures, and infinitely morphing apogees with a dystopian undercurrent. Over time, Boyca has steadily transfigured his thunderous industrialism into a gritty brand of high-energy Techno with hot-blooded joie de vivre, culminating in 2024 with his most uptempo and floor-focused work. A four-track EP on Berlin label …is serving, with remixes by Rexer & Nymed, landed as a relentless, fast-paced concrete séance—built for the floor and designed with a writhing mass of bodies in mind. 2025 marked another leap forward with The Necessary Substance (…is serving; June 2025), the label’s ninth release, where Boyca carved out his own pocket of queer club-space—where distortion meets devotion. Across three uncompromising tracks, Boyca channeled raw intensity and hypnotic seduction: Scream_ unraveled in urgent vocals and tightly coiled percussion; The Necessary Substance simmered with eerie minimal tension and fragmented samples; and Deep Thxxxt_ delivered a direct, bass-heavy weapon built for smoke-filled basements. The subsequent Necessary Substance Remixes (September 2025) expanded the release into new territories, reaffirming Boyca as a distinct voice in contemporary techno—fierce, sensual, and unafraid to push boundaries. With a constant drive to reinvent and push further, Boyca continues to deliver raw and honest dancefloor superlatives anchored in a grinding and granular Hardgroove framework—club music as ritual, release, and transformation.Their RA profile lists Creaked Records, Mord and Gegen Records.Recently at KREUZWERK, RSO.BERLIN, Else · often with Mar/us, Cristian Marras, Buday, none of them here that night

“Dutch-born, Berlin-based DJ Laure Croft lives by the mantra ‘keep it sexy’.”
their own biography
the whole biography
Dutch-born, Berlin-based DJ Laure Croft lives by the mantra ‘keep it sexy’. When behind the decks she takes approach for the moment of release in the most powerful dancefloor experiences, when clothes come off and the energy reaches fever pitch. This sensual attitude manifests in the way she plays – a constant rush of high-intensity techno with little respite as she rips through a collection which spans the mid 90s to the mid 00s. She’s no vinyl elitist, but in touching a pair of Technics she found an internal excitement which was lacking from CDJs, where the tension around the mix and the story embedded in the grooves of a record feed into the energy of the party. She glides through her record bag after ceaseless hours of digging and selecting with an instinctive code which defines her unique sound. As her identity as a DJ takes an upwards curve, Laure views her path as a quest to continually find the tracks which fit her particular creative vision, pulling together the pieces of the puzzle from decades of techno culture carved into a near-infinite pool of uptempo, forward-facing machine music. As a woman in a male-dominated scene, she also pushes for a more inclusive climate on all regards, and considers her ever-increasing visibility an opportunity to inspire and enact positive change. With her husky Roxy (named after one of the first queer underground music clubs in Amsterdam) by her side, she holds true to techno’s inherent futurism by creating something new and ever-evolving from the already existing music she discovers and blends. The end result is a sound which celebrates honesty and integrity in the face of modern life’s rampant, paper-thin perfectionism.Recently at RSO.BERLIN, MUENZE, Loone · often with ROBUS, SUMME, HAMY, none of them here that night

After more than 25 years of spinning and producing under pseudonyms Stephanie, D’Stephanie, and later on D’Steph, with releases on renowned labels such as Sonar Kollektiv, Chez, Jalapeno, Hed Kandi, PUMA… a change was necessary to break down old habits and reinvent oneself. This resulted in a short move to London in the summer of 2015 and a more consistent one to Berlin 2 months later. It's In Berlin where she revived her passion for real underground house music in its most honest way and resuscitated her inner nineties kid that just discovered house by bringing back the essence of house music without genre limitations… The kind of house music that was about your mind, your body, and your soul. The ultimate seduction for rebels, artists, anarchists, people of all nations, colors, genders, sexualities, and most of all an open-minded, non-commercialized or marketed community. To put this feeling into action, a new pseudonym was inevitable and Sherø was born. Eversince Sherø became a regular at Berlin´s best party scene with a residency at Brenn. and sets at Hor, Buttons, Gegen, Cocktail d’Amore, RSO, Horse meat disco, Watergate, About Blank, KAKE, Renate, Golosa, Whole festival, the Garbicz festival… Around 2018 an old childhood dream resurfaced and resulted in a a few years of brainstorming and preparations to start her own record label. In 2020, right at the start of the pandemic she launched her own imprint KlubKid Records, a queer record label with a cute small roster of quality artists from the electronic music scene: Karma She, Electrosexual, Sherø, Joy Wellboy, Kirill Shapovalov, with his Haute Dance project, Pepper Levain, and Dornika. What has she been up to in the past? It's been quite a ride for Stephanie. Starting at the tender age of 15 years old at Radio Centraal, a local radio station frequented by some of the early stars of fashion and art students, Stephanie moved on quickly to the playgrounds of some of the best clubs in Belgium. From 1993 thru 2005, Stephanie held various well-respected club residencies, serving a mix of house, deep house, Techno, tech house, and other new electronic music genres. 1993 - 1998: At the renowned Café d’Anvers she spun at the groundbreaking Gap Club, Positive Educations, and Nu Skool Friday nights. Meanwhile, Antwerp crowds also witnessed her do her thing at Excursions in Dance on Saturday Nights while on Thursdays she rocked Brussels' very hi-tech Cyber Theatre. Meanwhile, she was a frequent guest DJ at various clubs and Festivals like I love techno, 10 days off festival, Fuse club, and many more. Come 1999, Stephanie was one of the quintessential factors that made Fill Collins club the hippest in Antwerp and beyond. Two years later, she maintained her momentum when she moved to Club Geluk for another 3-year residency at Antwerp’s newest hotspot. In this period she got signed at Holland’s Barkers bookings agency, and scored a 3 monthly residency at Chemistry in Amsterdam, while frequently playing Now & Wow in Rotterdam and Decadence in Ghent. On top of all that, for 4 years, she blessed one of the biggest male lifestyle magazines Ché with often controversial record reviews. After 2005 the club scene in Belgium changed into a more pop up party orientated nightlife so she decided to break free from club residencies and focus on one-off gigs and touring with vocalists who featured on her own productions on labels such as Sonar Kollektiv (Berlin), Jalapeno Records (London), Chez (New York), Hed Kandi (UK), Puma (USA), Black Vinyl (London), Broadcite (London), Wally’s groove world (Antwerp) and many more. Throughout 2011 Stephanie featured vocalists from around the globe: Wunmi (New York/London), Angelique Brown (Detroit), JNM (Amsterdam), Philippo & Melissa (Antwerp). From 2012 until the present day, Stephanie went back to basics and started playing solo again as an underground house dj. Emerging from Buenos Aires' underground house scene in the mid-2000s, Lucas Abadi’s regular sets at the legendary Pacha terrace marked the start of a journey that would take him to some of the city's most celebrated venues, including Mint Lounge, Cobra, and Opera Bay. He soon made his debut at Warung Beach Club in Camboriú, Brazil—a club hailed by DJ Mag as one of the world’s finest—sharing the stage with Danny Howells and Ashley Caselle. Following this, his sets were heard at D-Edge in São Paulo, the RBK Tops festival in Rio de Janeiro with Josh Wink and Behrouz, and Claro Subvisions in Porto Alegre, among many other notable spots in the region. Highlighted by Desyn Masiello as an emerging talent in DJ Mag, Lucas gradually became a fixture in Argentina’s scene. His talent caught the attention of Luke Fair, who later invited him to join Electraluxe Records as A&R. Fusing house, acid, techno, and breaky textures, Lucas shapes a style that’s deep and entrancing at times, with moments of intense energy. His move to Berlin marks the beginning of a new chapter in his unique musical exploration.Last at Sameheads in Sep · often with Luigi Di Venere, ▪ SEPARÉ, PLATTER, none of them here that night
