Pooja B's idea of techno is a skittish exploration of time and space in this Dystopian world. While futuristic, loopy, industrial sounds for dark clubs are the signature style, she can skilfully adapt to play music for outdoor spaces. Pooja is an Indian artist who is now based in Berlin. Notable shows she played are Berghain (Saule),Tresor, RSO, Ohm, Khidi, Womb, Magnetic Fields festival, Gegen, Mina Suspension, Bronx Sauna, Le Guess Who Festival among others. With performances at renowned clubs, festivals and for many queer collectives, Pooja is not just growing a following but building a community who supports her where ever she goes. She hosts Majja, an inclusive event bringing her passion for food, art and music in one place. She also hosts a radio show on mental health in music spaces called The Coping* Club and is a resident on Refuge Worldwide Radio. She has also hosted New Faces at Tresor spotlighting artists from the global south as she believes BIPOC artists are still an under represented minority in electronic music. She co-founded The EQ Way collective in India and curated 'The EQ Way' radio show on Flux Music (Berlin), which provided a platform for female-identifying & queer artists to showcase their music to a wider audience. She hosted a bi-weekly radio show called "ikigai" on India’s primary community radio, Boxout.fm which is a journey diving into realms of dark industrial techno. She has been a resident at Analog Room a weekly underground party with a cult following in Dubai, where she was based because of her flight-attendant job. She also held residencies at Warped & Electric Days prior to that, also in Dubai. Previously, Pooja released her music under the alias “ikigai”. Ikigai is a Japanese concept that means "the reason for being". She has had releases on Sonata Music, Underdub Records, Fabrik Music, SMR Underground, Fehlr Musik, 22.2, BLVSH and has had 3 Bandcamp self-releases. Originally from France, now living in Berlin, the OBXENE resident has quickly established himself as one of the best new artists emerging across industrial and hard techno sounds. In 2022, Nastya made the brave decision to leave Ukraine and start a new chapter in Canada. Montreal became her refuge, offering both safety and a rich mix of musical influences that would soon shape her artistic path. She brought her experience from the Ukrainian techno scene with her, and it wasn’t long before the local scene embraced her unique sound. Reinventing herself as DJ Nastya Nvrslp, her unique blend of raw techno, groovy beats, and acid vibes resonated with audiences, earning her spots at major events across Canada, including Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal. Her rising fame also extended to Europe, where she played in iconic cities like Berlin, Krakow, and Warsaw, while continuing to stay connected to her roots with performances in Ukraine. In 2024, she became involved in organizing a series of warehouse parties called Mutualite, drawing inspiration from her Ukrainian heritage and the vibrant local techno scene. In July 2025, she relocated to Berlin, the heart of the global electronic music scene, where she continues to evolve her sound and perform regularly at local clubs and underground events Her initial releases quickly garnered recognition, leading to increased attention and international bookings.
