Bekannt ist sie vor allem durch ihre langjährige Partyreihe mit dem CRUSH Collective sowie ihre regelmäßigen Gast- und Resident-DJ-Auftritte in der Leipziger Clublandschaft, insbesondere im elipamanoke und im Absturz Club. Ihre energiegeladenen Sets bewegen sich genre-fluid zwischen 130 und 160 BPM, hauptsächlich zwischen Hard House, Trance und Bounce. Durch Intensive Kollisionen melodischer Tracks mit treibenden Basslines und harten Drums durchschlägt Keta Perry die Grenzen zwischen Emotionen und Ekstase. Ihr Look bewegt sich oft zwischen Kink und Camp, wobei sie klassische Weiblichkeitsbilder häufig mit Einflüssen aus der Clubkultur mischt. Während sie bei Letzterem vor allem die Livestream-Podcast-Reihe moderiert, unterstützt sie Paradigma bisher im Hintergrund. Des Weiteren gilt Keta Perry als wichtige Netzwerkerin innerhalb der Leipziger LGBTQIA+-Community. Im Gegensatz zu klassischen Drag-Formaten steht ihre Kunst vor allem für die autonome, queer-politische Clubkultur.
