Byron Yeates is a Berlin-based DJ and producer, founder of the party-turned record label Radiant Records, co-founder of La Noche, and a resident at Adonis in London, as well as Power Dance Club and Refuge Worldwide in Berlin. He has served his signature sound at Panorama Bar, Fold, Bassiani, Nowadays, Club Raum, TAG and beyond. Yeates’ sets are inflected with an attitude that can at once be incredibly playful and theatrically sincere; a duality that animates the queer lineage of electronic dance music in which Yeates places himself. Since November 2019, Yeates’ label Radiant Records has released an array of EPs by artists both local and abroad. The catalogue is filled with floor-ready cuts that also reward close listening—the RR sound is rich with unexpected timbres and textures, clever melodic lines, and rhythms pivoting far off the 4/4.Their RA profile lists !K7, High Hoops, Dischi Autunno, Planet Euphorique and 6 more.Recently at KREUZWERK, RSO.BERLIN · often with THC, S-candalo, Jen Cardini, none of them here that night
“When Carly Zeng DJs, it’s highly unlikely she’ll do the same thing twice.”

the whole biography
When Carly Zeng DJs, it’s highly unlikely she’ll do the same thing twice. Chinese-born and now Berlin-based, she has formed quite the community in her chosen city through her party, Dissident, which fosters a nurturing approach to music discovery. Her long love affair with vinyl-focused digging is no secret. And the ripple effects of such veracious collecting can be heard in the way she weaves together the many genres that she likes–be it a trippy tribal or prog track with a weird structure or an off-kilter sound effect in a punchy house tune – she’s forever on the lookout for tracks with that little extra spice. Carly’s entry point into dance music in NYC, led her into smaller parties, DIY spaces and warehouse raves and the community spirit she found there is something she still carries with her today. A known name within Berlin’s queer music scene, she is regularly billed at parties such as Cocktail D’Amore and Body Language. Whether as a DJ, community organizer or dancer on the floor, Carly is staunchly attentive to her role within the dance music ecosystem and how to best curate a warming experience for everyone involved. “Launching to prominence out of Herrensauna's infamous underground parties, CEM has forged a singular path as an fierce club DJ unafraid of turning the dancefloor moody.”
their own biography
the whole biography
Launching to prominence out of Herrensauna's infamous underground parties, CEM has forged a singular path as an fierce club DJ unafraid of turning the dancefloor moody. CEM's unique brand of emotive hysteria was forged in Herrensauna's hedonistic Berlin furnace in the last few years, and as one of the party's three core members, he has been at the heart of the operations since its inception. With the party attracting more and more attention for its critical contribution to Berlin's queer community, as well as their raw italo-metal aesthetic, the opportunity came to move into Tresor, where it has cemented its place as a unique addition to Berlin's nocturnal topography. CEM's role in all this is twofold—firstly, as curator of the party's unique mix of frenetic DJs and industrial-edged live performances; and secondly, as one of the resident DJs. The sheer pace of Herrensauna's preferred grade of techno is offset by his enigmatic presence and selection. It's a crucial edge of the party, and it's rightfully brought CEM to the world's attention. With a preference for UK-tweaked tracks from across the contemporary milieu of harder club works, nor with a fear of breakbeats or sullen moments, he's a rare species of DJ that seeds intensity in even the most hesitant of movers. And with a background in queer club culture going back a decade to his hometown of Vienna—side-by-side with a punk upbringing—CEM's well versed in the essential metrics of unrelenting after dark commotion.Recently at OXI, OST, arkaoda Berlin · often with DJ TOOL, Juliana Huxtable, 131bpm, none of them here that night

From Petach Tiqva to Ft. Lauderdale to a carefully managed escape to NYC in 1988, Liad Krispin is by no means your typical “old-school” DJ. In 1997, with the support of a few close DJ friends, he launched Hamsa, a much-loved underground party. In 2008, Liad moved to Berlin where he spent the next 15 years cultivating his current sound & style. His musical taste spans over 4 decades and 3 continents to provide an eclectic-yet-always-evolving influence that is rooted in underground dance music and stretches from Disco to House to Techno and everything in between. Liad currently resides in Basel, and travels often to his previous hometown of Berlin to play as part of his longtime residence at the infamous Cocktail D'Amore party or simply to get his Berlin dancefloor fix.Last at Beate Uwe in Aug 2025 · often with AAguilAA, Budino, Blue Hands LIVE, none of them here that night

Majdolen is a Syrian-born DJ, producer, and curator whose rapid ascent in Berlin’s club scene has been nothing short of striking. Since emerging as a powerful presence behind the decks, her name has become a fixture on lineups across the city—gracing venues big and small. A resident at Power Dance Club and headlining some of its most defining queer parties, including Herrensauna, Cocktail D’amore and WHOLE Festival. She shapes her sound by a refined sensitivity to space and crowd. adapting fluidly between rooms and moods; oscillating between techno B-sides laced with low-end tension and percussive restraint, trance-drenched psychedelia, rough-cut house, shimmering disco hybrids, and emotionally potent minimal tools. Her sound draws from the past but reframes it through a contemporary lens, always bringing something unexpected while staying emotionally attuned. Her sets often unleash a collective release, with energy that unfolds from the first moment to the last, driven by the emotional arcs and sonic narratives she sculpts with precision, This approach has earned her growing recognition in Berlin and beyond, both for her storytelling and her grounding presence in queer nightlife. She expanded her voice as a producer with her debut EP Spirals (Umay Works), offering intricate, affective compositions that mirror the same vision that fuels her DJ sets.Recently at Void Hall, Tresor / Globus, KREUZWERK · often with Dirty Daddy Don, Khloe, ābnamā, none of them here that night

their own biography

Stemming from Lecce Massimilano Pagliara has been based in Berlin for several years where he's been one of the main forces behind recombining the city's hardboiled techno scene with an often overlooked sensibility for the soft and the tender. Call it underground disco passion. Massi describes his style as an eclectic mix of house, disco, electro and techno – one may call it current-yet-classic. DJing has since led to production. These days Massi lets his obsession with analog synths run wild – usually he's holed up in his apartment studio, working on his latest productions. Massimilano's last and sophomore album, ‘With One Another’ (LARJ, 2014), was about celebrating the joy of human encounters and in parts seemed like a big get-together with like-minded artists and friends. The record quickly hit the number one spot in Groove magazine's album chart – and its creator hit the road. Besides his busy DJ schedule and far from the usual club circuit routines, the Panorama Bar resident dedicated himself to intense travelling and exploring the world anew. ‘Feel Live’, Massimiliano's third full-length endeavour was recorded in several intimate, sometimes improvised studio settings between Los Angeles, Portland, and Massimiliano's homebase in Berlin as well as at airports and on intercontinental flights high up in the sky – Massi's most playful and imaginative work to date. It's as emotional as sensual, as vibrant as the first ray of light after a thunderstorm has cleared the air.Their RA profile lists Ostgut Ton, Balihu, Meakusma, Live At Robert Johnson and 6 more.Last at Berghain in Nov 2025 · often with Berghain, Boris, cotton, none of them here that night

“Temple Rat’s music is more than just a sequence of rhythms; it is a meticulously crafted world defined by cinematic depth and organic, emotionally driven storytelling.”
their own biography
the whole biography
Temple Rat’s music is more than just a sequence of rhythms; it is a meticulously crafted world defined by cinematic depth and organic, emotionally driven storytelling. Based in Berlin, the project is the alias of Yuxin Mei, a Chinese composer and multi-instrumentalist who has spent years honing a sound that bridges the gap between ancient Eastern textures and the raw intensity of contemporary electronic music. In her artistic practice, Mei explores the relationship between space, environment, and sound. While the Erhu remains a central pillar of her work, her productions weave a rich tapestry of Chinese woodwinds, percussion, and traditional flutes. By utilising self-built sound-design tools and intricate field recordings, she crafts a distinctive sonic identity that leans on deep listening and experimental spatial-audio techniques. This philosophy extends beyond the club into the world of interactive installations and cross-cultural curation, notably through her collectives “Er Ting Ba Fang” (耳聽八方) and “Jia La.” Since her acclaimed EP Composition of Air on Siamese Twins Records, Temple Rat’s evolution has been marked by a constant desire to push boundaries. Her work has received international praise for its ability to balance traditional delicacy with modern industrial grit, leading her to iconic clubs including Berghain, Macadam and RSO. Her recent discography expands with the 2026 release of Some Leaves Must Fall 聽其自然 on the label Buttheads, a project that further explores her signature blend of organic instrumentation and sophisticated electronic structures. On stage, Temple Rat is known for her atmospheric performances, whether in her machine-heavy live shows or her eclectic DJ sets. She remains dedicated to the transformative power of sound, ensuring that every performance acts as a bridge between the heritage of the past and the sonic possibilities of the future.Their RA profile lists Qilla Records, Siamese Twins Records, FuFu Records, Scandal and 2 more.Recently at MaHalla, OHM, arkaoda Berlin · often with David Fogarty, Sound Metaphors Djs, Audrey Danza, none of them here that night
