On her journey from the Welsh hills, via London and Berlin, she has honed her art, diving deep into cerebral realms of dream-driven, tactile dance music, expertly weaving the gentle and the angular, with a strong sense of groove throughout. Inspired by the sounds of early 90s Sheffield and Detroit, and above all by the machines and the people who give them their voice, Gwenan is known for her perceptive presentation of techno in all its forms. Up before dawn on the day of the gig, pulling together records to play that night, she teases out the spaces between styles that escape classification. Directness, grit, irresistible movement, a sense of circuits jumping into life—it’s an ears-first approach that puts body and mood before time and place. In the studio, Gwenan produces music ranging from abstract electronics to dancefloor grooves using a mixture of classic hardware, software and an ever-expanding tangle of modules. Live, you can catch her solo (as Phase Space live), and with Eli Verveine (as Gin & Tonic), as they do their best to step out of the way and let instinct—and the machines—do the talking.Recently at Tresor / Globus, arkaoda Berlin, Hoppetosse · often with Rasho, Karine, Tom Morgan, none of them here that night

Celebrated for his high tempo groove and solid kick drums, Cleric describes his music as a means to translate energy to others. In 2019, we saw Jorden tour his first live set with bookings across many festivals, including Voltage, Luft Und Liebe, ADE and Instytut festival. Hailing from New York, he was seduced by techno when Jeff Mills held residency (as well as his own first) at Limelight in the early 90s. Producing from the mid-90s onward, he released his first 12"s on Damon Wild's Synewave and his own Infrastructure imprint. A chance meeting in 1996 brought him together with Regis (Karl O'Connor). The two worked as Portion Reform, releasing uncompromising music on Downwards, making him the only non-Birmingham producer to appear on the label. He later moved to Berlin in 2007, still working with Regis, and now Silent Servant (Juan Mendez), putting his focus on Sandwell District. Since, the label come collective, skyrocketed into cult status - decentralizing the artist ego, blurring the lines between the artist, label and dj; re-arranging the DNA of modern dance music.Their RA profile lists Ostgut Ton, Tresor, Droid Recordings, Synewave and 6 more.Recently at Tresor / Globus, RSO.BERLIN, Berghain · often with ROBUS, SUMME, Sanna Mun, none of them here that night

IMOGEN channels dystopian electro, rumbling bass, UK techno and choppy breaks, drawing influence from her storied years living in London while adding her own spiky twist to the darker-tinted tones of electronic music. Listening to The Prodigy and Stanton Warriors at home with her mum in Southampton sparked IMOGEN's interest in dance music. An underage raver at the time, she immersed herself in the scene, attending several house-led parties at her local club, Junk, before moving to London aged 16 to study Music Technology. Here, she learnt how to produce and DJ while cutting her teeth as a resident on Radar Radio. Featuring seminal guests like Ellen Allien and Umwelt, IMOGEN established her vision from day one. At just 18 years old, IMOGEN landed a booking at Berghain and has since evolved into the revered producer and DJ she is today. In 2022, Voitax released her debut solo EP What?, which Resident Advisor described as 'Fast, techno-infused electro from a rising star rapidly coming into her own.' Her track 'Up To No Good' garnered praise from industry and dance music lovers alike. Earlier releases include her debut tune 'Flesh' on Earwiggle in 2018, followed by Volts co-produced with Ben Pest. Her latest release dropped on Steel City Dance Discs this summer with a fusion of hefty breaks and four-to-the floor beats. The EP also includes a remix by Radioactive Man. Living in London allowed IMOGEN to soak up the city's rich club culture and finesse her craft. As a resident on NTS Radio, she regularly plays B2B with her favourite artists, including Helelna Hauff, Identified Patient and Clouds, this was recognised by BBC Radio One where IMOGEN just hosted her debut show on the station. A former resident of fabric, IMOGEN has supported artists across the electronic spectrum and has played throughout the UK, counting shows at Warehouse Project, The Beams and festivals Glastonbury and Junction 2. Sharing her sound in Europe, she's soundtracked Kraftwerk, Herrensauna, MELT festival, Awakenings and many more. During the pandemic, IMOGEN explored ways to give back to the music community. She taught Music Production lessons via Zoom, sharing knowledge in an accessible, friendly environment. This led her to launch Wigs, an inclusive platform and party series that facilitates workshops and provides a hub for aspiring artists to connect. IMOGEN curates Wigs events with the same forward-thinking approach, breaking the circuit of tried and tested lineups and showcasing new names on the night. The first event kicked off in fabric as part of the club's 24-hour Continuum series. Since then, IMOGEN has taken Wigs across the UK and Europe featuring Aquarian, Daria Kolosova and Bjarki. This winter sees the birth of Wigs as a record label alongside more sold out shows across the globe. A multi-disciplined artist, IMOGEN is a member of T.I.P. aka TripSixVivo, IMOGEN and Paàl. Together, the trio in corporate live producing and MCing, creating a hybrid of electro, grime, drum'n'bass and techno. Their debut EP Neosynthesis displayed their intricate dynamic and rugged aesthetic. Entering the next phase of her non-conformist career, IMOGEN's skill, dedication and grounded attitude are reflected across all of her projects, making her a vital talent in today's electronic realm.Their RA profile lists fabric Records, Earwiggle, VOITAX and Steel City Dance Discs.Last at Tresor / Globus in Oct · often with Vladimir Ivkovic, cotton, KYRUH, none of them here that night
“At age 22 she approached the local scene as Djane with numerous performances in the club circuit of Bari.”
their own biography
the whole biography
At age 22 she approached the local scene as Djane with numerous performances in the club circuit of Bari. Through the years she has developed a continued and careful respect of the musical experience. She moved to Berlin in 2011 and started DJing with only vinyl records. This helped her to build a strong reputation as an underground techno DJ, providing opportunity for her to play in clubs such as Tresor, About Blank, SchwuZ, SO36 and Mikz in Berlin where she lives today. In September 2011, she moved to Detroit where she started the collaboration with DJ Seoul, Tom and Angie Linder of Detroit Techno Militia. This travel has definitely and radically changed her approach to the techno concept, which she considers more a political and social phenomenon and a lifestyle than just a musical genre. From 2012 till 2016 she joined the party Homopatik as resident dj. Her first releases on vinyl came out in 2014 on DTM-Label (Detroit) and Arkita Records (Berlin), the label that she spawned together with Synkopheit till 2016. In 2017 she launched her own record label Future Déjà Vu releasing 4 EP respectively by Transient X4, Ken Karter, Mannella a.k.a. DHARAXT, Phontonz & Shcuro. In September 2017 she played her first house set for the summer closing of the Berlin based party Buttons. In Summer 2018 Madalba became resident dj at the historical club Tresor in Berlin. The same year she started a new collaboration with the London based crew Aria with a party series in the UK capital. Currently, she is techno resident dj and co-organizer of the party Buttons in About Blank teaming with Danilo Rosato, Anna Bolena, Jabob Meehan, Shingo Suwa, Akirahawks, Paolo Di Nola and Stanley Schmidt.Recently at Tresor / Globus, Renate, OHM · often with Anna Haleta, Yamour, Dreimal T, none of them here that night

Psyk is a solid staple of the current techno scene and doesn't seem to have gone off course since his precocious artistic ascension. His sets in the best clubs all over the world have helped crystallize his DJ talents making him one of the most interesting DJs on the circuit and an influent figure in a whole generation. Psyk's singularity and maturity are constantly present in his music. The versatility who characterizes his sets are also shown in his productions, from "Arcade" or "Eclipse"´s entraining feverish techno, his remix for Planetary Assault System´s track Twelve to hypnotic and deeper cuts like Lowdown for Tresor or his eps on Non Series and Semantica. In 2014 his widely acclaimed debut album "Time Foundation" is released on Luke Slater’s Mote Evolver imprint and in 2019 his second album "A Moment Before" on Tresor records, same year that one of the most played EPs of the year "Natural Causes". This time in collaboration with the Spanish producer Reeko on his label Mental Disorder. In 2022 after a long collaboration during lockdown with Oscar Mulero, a new project from both under the alias "Second Skin" sees the light under James Ruskin´s infamous Blueprint Records. Like a conscientious artisan, Psyk approaches his productions with care, adding somber power and deepness through subtle touches, a process which has made him the subject of constant praise from illustrious artistic figures, be it through his offerings under the patronage of emblematic figures like Luke Slater, Len Faki, DVS1 stronghold labels Semantica and Tresor or even through his own label Non Series under his Maan alter-ego. Since its inception in 2011, Non Series has released music by strings of prominent artists from the likes of Dj Nobu, Architectural, Neel, Blawan, Luigi Tozzi, Function, Rrose... and has established itself as a reference in the Techno scene. By developing, refining and purifying his sets, Psyk is focusing all his efforts on the concretization of the ideas that agitate his mind.Their RA profile lists Tresor, CLR, Enemy Records, Mote-Evolver and 6 more.Last at OHM in Nov · often with OPAN, ROBUS, SUMME, none of them here that night

Fernando Sanz has been steadfastly dedicated to the craft of beats and breaks since he was a young sprout of 14 years in the sun baked southern Spanish port city of Algeciras. Under the imprint Orbe Records, Sanz has cultivated his own thriving techno community as artist and label head. Since 2014 Orbe Records has been lashing the block rocking techno of Sanz’s comrades Eduardo De La Calle and Steve Stoll, but mostly of Sanz’s own prolific moniker, Orbe. As DJ and producer Orbe keeps the mood surreal and dreamy while deploying understated drum machine patterns to hammer the platonic solids that keep his beloved community in tact. His interest on a conceptual sound made him pay attention to the techno rhythms, getting through different hardware such as "Buchla Lem3" or "Andromeda" a style that has led him to edit on stamps as "Hivern discs" of " John Talabot "or the prestigious and veteran" Mental Groove "and go through great clubs like Propaganda (Moscow), Fuse (Brussels), Le Sucre (Lyon) or Fabrique (Milan) After releasing several maxis on his own label and others as "Analog Solutions" of "Eduardo de la Calle", Fernando launches the Ep "Music of the spheres" that, with a remix of "Steve Stoll" would place him as one of the artists emerging from the European techno scene, beginning to act in places like Germany, Holland or Lithuania among others. At the beginning of 2016, he released his first LP "Kepler 438" on Shlomi Aber's label "Be as One" and began to receive feedbacks from artists such as Nina Kraviz, Marcel Dettmann, Blawan and Rodhad among others. And it was to be in mid-2017, when the Spaniard released his second long "Interplant" on his label "Orbe records", a triple vinyl influenced by artists such as "Aphex Twin" or "Boards of Canada", with a more conceptual sound and ambient, where he mixes breaks, techno and even jungle, and where he receives very good reviews from magazines such as TSUGI (FRANCE), FAZE MAG (BERLIN) OR RUMORE MAG (ITALY). Fernando has started 2018 editing a maxi on the label of Eric Clotier (Palinoia) "Laser's worldwar" being received by RESIDENT ADVISOR with very good acceptance and getting a fantastic "review"Their RA profile lists Plus 8 Records Ltd, Mental Groove, Token, Mote-Evolver and 6 more.Last at Berghain in Nov · often with Laia, Roll Dann, ROBUS, none of them here that night

United by a shared passion for trancy rhythms and drum-driven 90s house, two dance floor divas came together to craft a sound that pulls you out of reality, if only for a moment. Their tagline, “FEUCHT&FURIOS,” perfectly captures the tongue-in-cheek energy they bring to the booth—both sincere and playful, their dance floor favours movement and fluidity over abstract complexity. With CHRANDY, they explore self-expression, fashion, and music as a way to discover their own interpretations of gender and identity. But their vision extends beyond the DJ booth. As founders of the queer party and collective FEUCHT, they create spaces where queer euphoria can take center stage.
