Exploring the vinyl labyrinthes of Europe, Benabou has found herself inducted into the eclectic effervescent of the techno world. Drawing influence from notable labels (Token, Polegroup, Eaux, Semantica, Hypnus Records, Northern Electronics…), she delivers a project with experimental resonances. Her curious expeditions have led her since a young age to accumulate strong inclinations for the fluid and vaporous resonances of jazz, soul and psychedelic music. This results in a natural tendency to adorn her tracks with ambient and ethereal synths that immerses us into a dark and hypnotic dimension. C’est en parcourant les labyrinthes des vinyles shops européens que Benabou finit par se mêler à l’effervescence éclectique du milieu de la techno. Influencée par des labels notoires (Token, Polegroup, Eaux, Semantica, Hypnus Records, Northern Electronics…), elle nous livre un projet aux résonances expérimentales. She began her musical journey as a singer and instrumentalist in metal bands before transitioning into electronic music. In 2015, Ireen founded Under My Feet., a London-based collective and label that has become a hub for provocative exhibitions and showcases blending power electronics with experimental sounds. A decade later, she launched REVERSE at Säule Berghain, a party series dedicated to amplifying women, trans, and non-binary artists and creating uncompromised space for expression within the underground techno scene. The project has since expanded to London through a collaboration with SchneidersKeller, featuring curated workshops for FLINTA artists. Ireen bridges the worlds of experimental, electronic, and techno music as a versatile artist and resident DJ at the iconic Tresor Berlin. Her performances, known for their seamless fusion of avant-garde textures and pulsating dance rhythms, have taken her to prestigious venues like Berghain, Kraftwerk, Funkhaus, Basement NY, and FOLD London, as well as major festivals such as Atonal and CTM Vorspiel. Renowned for her genre-defying productions, Ireen collaborates with acclaimed artists including Drew McDowall of Coil, Sorcery, Chloe Lula, Infinity Division (fka Minimal Violence), and Kamikaze Space Programme. Notably, Ireen and Sorcery won the prestigious Raster open call for Soundtrack Europe 2025, with their work featured in a project associated with the European Capital of Culture Chemnitz 2025. She also contributed to Imogen Heap's track What Have You Done to Me, further solidifying her reputation as a versatile artist who pushes creative boundaries across genres. Her discography, celebrated for its emotional depth and innovation, includes releases on labels such as Tresor Records, KR3, and Sonic Groove Experiments. Her 2020 debut LP, In The Land Of Silence, earned widespread acclaim for its evocative soundscapes of moving melodies and rumbling drones. Alongside her musical career, Ireen is actively involved in education. Raised in San Francisco and based in Berlin, the DJ, producer and composer is known for her deep and atmospheric sound that pulls from the niche recesses of techno. Originally trained as a classical cellist, Chloe left the conservatory at 18 when she discovered electronic music, moving to Berlin shortly thereafter to immerse herself in the city’s burgeoning techno scene. The confluence of these worlds has forged her textural approach to techno and inspired her to return to her instrument. Today, she uses the cello to write full-length ambient, electroacoustic live shows as well as deconstructed tones and timbres that help form the unique character of her releases for the dance floor. Chloe is a resident DJ at Tresor and has played widely across Asia, Europe, and North and South America, becoming known for driving and hypnotic sets that dig deep into the niche recesses of techno. She has releases on Tresor, Mord, Blueprint and Falling Ethics alongside Oscar Mulero. Her debut instrumental full-length came out on James Ginzburg’s Subtext label in November 2024, which she currently tours as an AV show, Oneiris. Windfuhr is a Berlin based DJ and Eerste Communie resident. Guided by the rhythm of drums, his musical journey is defined by hypnotic introspections and consistent energy flow. It is precisely the union of these elements which allows the mind to wander and the body to keep moving. A strictly warm and organic sound, dominated by low frequencies and percussive elements is Windfuhr’s signature touch. Music as a tool - to explore himself and to build a dialogue with the audience. His Guadeloupean heritage enables him to capture and adapt the musical tradition of `Gwo Ka‘ - which in Creole means “big drum”- into each one of his mixes. Gwo Ka is the combination of sound and movement through the rhythms played on the drums and the dances of the audience. In its traditional form, drummers and dancers merge into an infinite interaction of rhythms and gestures giving life to a communal performance. Inspired by his roots, Windfuhr translates this tradition into contemporary soundscapes with the aim to emphasize the connection between dance, spirit and music. The philosophy of communication through sound lies at the roots of his passion: by reading and understanding the energy of the dancers, he becomes their shadow and allows the creation of a story where everyone is the author.
