Always conjuring up hypnotic, mystic sounds in the studio, he is somewhat who likes to tell musical stories as a DJ, and not just play functional club tracks. A set from him is one that will take you deep into his world, to a place of energy and emotion, where dancers and their reactions very much dictate his direction. Since 2012, he has been laying down these sets as resident (and in house booker) at Goethebunker, one of the finest clubs in all the Ruhr region. As well as his work there, Ahmet is musical curator for the Goethebunker Stage at the well regarded German art festival Ruhrtriennale. It finds cult electronic artists play outdoors and indoors in a beautiful location, whilst he is also co-founder of Mischwerk, a new party brand that plays out at the UNESCO World Heritage site Kokerei Zollverein. As such, he is immersed in music 24/7 and is someone driven by experiences, emotions and longevity rather than fleeting trends.Their RA profile lists Cocoon Recordings, Dumb Unit, LesIzmo:r, STOCK5 and 6 more.often with ROBUS, Dasha Rush, .VRIL, none of them here that night
“Felix Fleer is an electronic music artist, live performer and documentary filmmaker from Germany.”
their own biography
the whole biography
Felix Fleer is an electronic music artist, live performer and documentary filmmaker from Germany. As a DJ, his sets are defined by eclecticism, moving fluidly between techno, bass music, house, jungle and other leftfield club sounds. Alongside Jonas Landwehr, he founded the record labels R-Imprint and Serial Sound. Through Voltage Labs, a platform for music discovery, education, and cultural documentation, they create documentary films and editorial formats that examine the aesthetics, values, and protagonists shaping contemporary electronic music culture. As a producer, Fleer’s sound balances intricate textures with fragile harmonies, merging the emotional sensitivity of ambient composition with the rhythmic tension of club music. His 2024 Premise EP on Serial Sound captures this duality across six tracks, moving from warped garage and breakbeat constructions to unstable, detuned synth layers and ethereal pad work. Drawing from vintage hardware and modular systems, his productions invite deep listening, rewarding attention with detailed sound design and a narrative arc that spans from introspective unease to euphoric release. He also serves as A&R and Label Manager of The Third Room, the imprint behind the annual Stone Techno Festival at the UNESCO World Heritage Site Zeche Zollverein in Essen.Their RA profile lists Edit Select Records, Semantica Records, Counterchange, Raw Imprint and 1 more.often with ROBUS, Dasha Rush, Ehua, none of them here that night
“From deep pools of ambience to the brain-feeding mechanisms of electro and techno, Nadia Struiwigh’s gift is in expressing herself with conviction through her machines.”
their own biography
the whole biography
From deep pools of ambience to the brain-feeding mechanisms of electro and techno, Nadia Struiwigh’s gift is in expressing herself with conviction through her machines. As an accomplished live artist and producer, her affinity for synthesis and sequencing results in a spellbinding strain of electronica drawn from a richly personal sonic space she has marked out for herself. Struiwigh’s recorded output has appeared on labels like Central Processing Unit, Nous’klaer Audio and Dekmantel - albums and EPs which reach from crunchy sequenced beats to vast swathes of pure, melodic tones. Her roots in Rotterdam and current location in Berlin equally speak to her affinity for techno - propulsive, dynamic machinations which manifest in DJ sets as well as live hardware performances. As a teenager enthralled with the Warp school of electronica and leftfield downtempo, Struiwigh was set on a path of discovery where the intricacy of production met with her impassioned, intuitive approach to composition. Her exacting approach to the technical aspects of the craft has earned her the knowledge to extract her own voice from any medium, but more importantly her music emerges from a very human need to communicate and connect. That connection is best manifested outside the studio. Struiwigh’s live sets range from patient, beatless immersions to kinetic peak-time rushes, sometimes straddling the divide in line with her omnivorous passion for ambient and techno alike. At times she’ll present her released works in a more patient, listening setting, while for the sensory overload of the dancefloor she tends towards a more improvised, open-ended approach to techno and electro. The exact make up of her live rig changes from gig to gig, keeping her inspired and ensuring no two performances are the same. High-profile shows in concert halls sit alongside strobe lit club sessions - she’s since become a resident DJ for Tresor to indulge her love of driving, psychedelically-charged techno, while warm-up sets give her the chance to indulge the deeper dimensions of the music she loves. The range of her tastes can be heard across leading platforms such as RA, Phantasy, Bleep and Red Light Radio, who have all invited her to their esteemed mix series’. Plugged into the moment and constantly exploring new dimensions of her sound, Struiwigh champions electronic music as a springboard for possibilities. With an exquisite clarity which comes from both technical skill and clear-eyed intention, her music thrives on heart and experimentation, powered by machines with as much character as the human at the controls.Their RA profile lists DFA Records, InFine Music, Dekmantel, Central Processing Unit and 4 more.Last at Tresor / Globus in Nov · often with GLOBUS, TRESOR, DJ MELL G, none of them here that night

Nerd in grain, Stef sharpened his self-education by diving deep into the analogue essence of sound. Playing on 4 decks and using miscellaneous drum loops of his own production, Stef creates techno on the go, always leaving space for contextual improvisation. In sound production Stef Mendesidis uses a technique of one-take recording, staying loyal to the principle of live techno creation. He possesses a true synesthetic approach transforming his inner feelings, images and ideas into sound patterns. His music is released on such influential labels as Klockworks and Projekts. Nowadays Stef is shaking dancefloors of the most significant techno clubs, and his gigs are always a blast. His shows are a pure reflection of straight-forward outbreaks and never-ending dynamics that provide a genuine one-of-a-kind experience to passionate ravers. Known by his long-lasting closing sets, Stef can play up to 10 hours in a row and still preserve the maximum interest of a listener. His highly energetic sets are able to immediately make the dancefloor look like it’s midnight prime time.Their RA profile lists Klockworks and Clergy.Last at RSO.BERLIN in Aug · often with LYDO, The Carry Nation, Chlär, none of them here that night
“Ben Sims is one of techno’s most exciting talents - a DJ who has stayed true to the genre’s funk, groove and electronic fused origins whilst continuing to embrace and nurture its development over the past 25 odd years.”

the whole biography
Ben Sims is one of techno’s most exciting talents - a DJ who has stayed true to the genre’s funk, groove and electronic fused origins whilst continuing to embrace and nurture its development over the past 25 odd years. Schooled on a diet of Hip Hop, Reggae, Soul, House and Rave in the 80’s, he played a huge part in defining British dance music in the 90s and continues to be an ardent champion of new music, producers and DJs via his many nights, record labels, radio shows, podcasts and relentless touring endeavors. As a DJ, Sims commands your attention, both visually and musically with anything from 3 to 5 decks running near constantly and hands, faders, effects and EQs a blur as tunes overlap to create a dense and quickly evolving collage of sound. Whether playing to 50, 500, or 5000 this unbridled energy and commitment to the art of mixing never falters and shows why Sims is regarded as one of the true masters on the circuit, both a DJ’s DJ and a straight-up party rocker in equal measures. In the studio, Sims has notched up over 50 original productions as well as countless remixes and edits in the past two decades. Embraced by techno’s originators and Detroit ambassadors he’s been, uniquely for a UK artist, called upon by Jeff Mills, Robert Hood and Kevin Saunderson for remixes as well as contributing to the majority of influential European labels from Mote Evolver to Drumcode to Cosmic to Token via Tresor, CLR, and his own (now completed) Theory imprint. Most recently, his disco/house leanings have birthed Ron Bacardi, an alias that has quickly established itself and resulted in 12”s dropping on Bass Culture, Karlovak, Way Back Wednesday and Hardgroove. Outside of the studio and club, the dedication, enthusiasm and search for the next great record/ talent continues. His monthly Run it Red radio show on NTS Live is devoted to new music, his club night, Machine (co-founded with Kirk Degiorgio), was set up to only showcase new music and his label activities, currently taking in Symbolism and Hardgroove, continue to provide rock solid platforms for new producers whilst also showcasing his own studio experiments. Never resting on his laurels, Sims continues to challenge himself at every turn. From a succession of dynamic b2b sets with other highly respected Techno DJs like DVS1, James Ruskin, ROD or Truncate, through his small-room b2b club night Kabuki, countless label/release projects, or a devotion to actively seeking out interesting club nights to play alongside the tried and tested, there’s always something fresh to get excited about with Ben Sims and you can trust that when the current boom (and its converts) move on, he’ll still be here, doing his thing and pushing his vision of techno.Their RA profile lists Intec Digital, MB Elektronics, Dark House Music, Drumcode and 6 more.Last at Berghain in Oct · often with Stephanie Sykes, Sven von Thülen, GLOBUS, none of them here that night

the whole biography
Fireground is the live electronic project of Angela and Daniele, a Neapolitan duo developing a rhythm-driven approach to techno rooted in musicality and the physical energy of performance. Originally from Naples in Southern Italy, their music channels the rhythmic sensibilities of Mediterranean culture into contemporary club music, combining groove-driven techno, house-rooted harmony and percussive dancefloor energy, a style that reconnects techno with warmth, movement and musical depth. After relocating to Berlin, Fireground became closely connected to the ecosystem surrounding Tresor Records, debuting on the label during its 30th anniversary celebrations and establishing an ongoing relationship with the historic institution. Their trajectory later expanded through releases on the Munich-based imprint Ilian Tape, placing the duo within a generation of artists exploring rhythm-focused approaches to techno. At the core of the project lies a hardware-based live performance where percussion, expressive synthesis and harmonic movement unfold through evolving rhythmic patterns. Occasionally expanding into extended live formats, the performance incorporates piano, opening the music toward deeper and more soulful harmonic exploration. Across clubs and festivals throughout Europe, Fireground have developed a reputation for groove-heavy performances that move fluidly between techno and house contexts while remaining unmistakably alive on the dancefloor.Their RA profile lists Tresor and Ilian Tape.Recently at Tempelhof Airport, Tresor / Globus · often with TRESOR, GLOBUS, The Shed, none of them here that night
