Born with rhythm in her blood, Baerbel spent her early childhood and youth performing as a multidisciplinary dancer. Exploring Germany’s underground Drum n Bass scene, her interest in electronic music started rising up until she reached her final destination and techno capital - Berlin. Finally in 2021 she found something that gave her the same thrill as performing on stage as a dancer for many years - moving behind the decks. German-born Iranian Nastaran is a DJ based in Mannheim. After establishing herself in the scene, she made multiple appearances in the major clubs in southern Germany since 2021. Further gigs at Berlin’s RSO, Tresor, Club OST and HÖR, Lehmann Stuttgart, Thuishaven in Amsterdam, or at KALT in Strasbourg and SWG3 in Glasgow followed soon among others. From an artistic perspective, she covers a wide range within the techno spectrum, effortlessly transitioning from hypnotic loops and infectious grooves to driving kicks and powerful percussion.
