the whole biography
Carl H is a proud Cleethorpes native with a huge contribution to the electronic music scene. He’s a record label owner, promoter, radio show host and most significantly a DJ. He is a widely respected selector with a vast and interesting record collection that he’s been collecting for just under 10 years, and which spans every aspect of electronic music. Anybody that has heard carl play will confirm his sets are full of weird, wonderful, rare and unheard of gems ranging right across house, techno, electro, rave, acid and everything else in-between. He has promoted and held residencies at parties such as Northern Purpose, Collective Minds (Birmingham) Sub:System (London) as well as hosting his own parties at Chalet club in Berlin. Club der Visionaere, Grelle Forelle, Field Maneuvers and Nightmoves are amongst the many places he’s played across the UK and around Europe. Recently Carl started his own record label Animals On Psychedelics where he is proudly showcasing music by his friends and favourite producers. His radio show that bears the same name as his label on Leeds station KMAH is currently going from strength to strength, on a monthly basis he showcases his record collection and invites his friends from around the UK for guest sets.Last at Sameheads in Nov · often with DJ TEETH, Naone, S.O.N.S, none of them here that night

the whole biography
Natural Goofy (Planka Records) Natural Goofy is a Spanish-born DJ and producer with a deep connection to vinyl and a sound shaped by time spent across different underground scenes. Living in Berlin between 2014 and 2016 played an important role in refining his approach behind the decks, followed by extended periods in Sweden. He is now based in Spain, between Barcelona and Madrid. His DJ sets move freely through house, techno, electro and less-defined spaces in between. Rather than fixed narratives or peak-driven structures, his selections focus on groove, flow and subtle shifts, allowing records to sit naturally in the mix. Over time, this approach has gained a quiet reputation in afterhours and daylight-leaning parties, where atmosphere and continuity matter more than impact. In the studio, Natural Goofy works exclusively with analog equipment, guided by feel rather than formulas. His productions remain raw and functional, balancing classic references with a forward-looking sensibility, and designed to evolve naturally on the dance floor. As the founder of Planka Records, he continues to explore these ideas through a platform centred on collaboration, community and long-term vision, operating away from trends and short cycles.Their RA profile lists Planka Records and BOOOoo!
