Since his debut in 2014, Kasper has shown his skill to produce ecstatic yet reflective tracks with a clear voice over and over. With his highly refined taste across genres he has also proven to be a unique talent as a DJ – his ear for the percussive elements of music is of a rare kind and his DJ sets sliding easily between moods, tempos and styles. In 2018 he released his breakthrough EP on Modeselektor's Seilscheibenpfeiler label. The euphoric title track Keflavik lit up clubs and festivals all year long and was named “one of the biggest club records of the year” by Resident Advisor. In the following year Kasper released a new EP on Courtesy’s flourishing label project Kulør. With the Forever Mix EP, he proves to be texturally rich and unconventional once again. His intuitive approach to producing together with constantly finding new inspiration in other genres, his local community and society as a whole makes his music freshly unique and relevant to the scene.Their RA profile lists Palms Out Sounds, Unlearn, Multiplex, Seilscheibenpfeiler and 4 more.Recently at RSO.BERLIN, Berghain · often with Aurora Halal, nd_baumecker, Takaaki Itoh, none of them here that night

“Rødhåd has been shaping his deep and driving signature sound for almost two decades since his early days in Berlin’s off-grid party scene.”
their own biography
the whole biography
Rødhåd has been shaping his deep and driving signature sound for almost two decades since his early days in Berlin’s off-grid party scene. Starting with his first residency at the long-defunct Zementgarten in 2006, he went on playing venues and festivals of all sizes and magnitudes. Known for relentless DJ sets that meld uncompromising techno with highly emotional atmospheres and soundscapes, he’s managed to have a major impact on the world’s most cherished floors while remaining passionately independent. Rødhåd continues to abstain from excessive hype, staying very much connected to the community that formed him. In the last years he deepened his interest in the communal aspect of electronic music even further, curating excessive multipersonal live jams at places like Berghain or Dekmantel Festival. By launching Dystopian in 2009, first as a party series and later as a label, he made a distinct mark on Berlin’s techno landscape through a raw and honest vision, that felt true amid the city’s more dark and industrial edge. With releases from the likes of Alex.Do, Recondite, Distant Echoes or Rødhåd himself, Dystopian cemented itself as one of Berlins major techno trademarks throughout the decade of its existence. In 2017 Rødhåd released his debut LP Anxious, demonstrating his versatility as producer, spanning straightforward techno to dim and dusky ambient tunes. With his latest imprint, WSNWG, he created a platform for collaborative explorations in sound and texture with long-time companions and newfound friends alike. While the label’s core output remains a steady stream of dancefloor oriented 12”s it also released full-length albums that venture deeper into experimental and exploratory territories. The concept album series Out Of Place Artefacts (with Vril) takes the listener on a journey through deep introspection and otherworldly land- and soundscapes, while always always alluding to the rich tradition of electronic music in an abstract and mediated rather than direct way. Released in 2022, the LP In Vere (with JakoJako) departs from the characteristically dark and melancholic undertone of Rødhåd’s work, delving into lush, organic textures and ethereal, arpeggiated themes, also implementing elements of electronica. The sublabel WSNWG Back To Zero is devoted to solo releases and compilations, launched in 2020 through the highly acclaimed LP Mood, comprising archive material from 2017/2018, marking Rødhåd’s first purely ambient and experimental release, free of any dancefloor ambition. Over the years, Rødhåd has proved himself as a proponent of true craftsmanship, applying the same rigour to his work in the studio as to selecting and mixing records. Remaining hands-on, and keeping a down-to-earth mentality - steering clear of spectacle - has made him a long-established staple in the electronic music community.Their RA profile lists Cocoon Recordings, CLR, Token, Wolfskuil Records and 6 more.Last at Berghain in Nov 2025 · often with Dasha Rush, Victor (DE), Richard Akingbehin, none of them here that night
“Her name may derive from the Turkish word for ‘different’, but its energy translates into every aspect of BASHKKA’s self-expression.”

Her name may derive from the Turkish word for ‘different’, but its energy translates into every aspect of BASHKKA’s self-expression. From slaying the dancefloor with sensually acerbic sets to her ardent advocation of the cultural, political and de-colonial advancement of electronic music, BASHKKA is breathing fresh air into the scene with everything she sets her mind to. Irreversibly shaped by a decade living in New York and the Black & Brown trans women who inspired her truest incarnation, BASHKKA brings the flavour and authenticity of The Big Apple’s Ballroom scene to every party she plays. From her hometown residency at Munich’s Blitz Club to Berghain’s Panorama Bar, where she’s quickly become a regular, her sets channel an intoxicating energy that’s self-professedly “CUNT!” And on the other side of the booth, BASHKKA’s unapologetic integrity is echoed in her unwavering activism and commitment to her community. Through her vocal politics and dedication to SWANA and queer representation in the scene, BASHKKA is reimagining the counter-cultural potential of electronic music’s origins for the contemporary club sphere. Her debut EP, forthcoming in 2023, will see BASHKKA’s brazen attitude blended with a highly underrated technical prowess.Their RA profile lists UMAY and Spotlight Records.Recently at KREUZWERK, Berghain · often with Gabrielle Kwarteng, Roi Perez, D.Dan, none of them here that night
“I’m Biesmans, Belgian-born, Berlin-based.”
their own biography
the whole biography
I’m Biesmans, Belgian-born, Berlin-based. I make “Heart Groove”: house music that’s supposed to do three things: make you move, make you feel something, and connect you with the people around you. The sound? Warm grooves, analog synths, melodies you’ll remember on the way home. Nothing overly complicated. Just music that works on a dancefloor — the kind that needs a few hours to really take you somewhere. I’ve played some incredible club spaces: Panoramabar, Fabric, Fuse, Dedge. Festival stages: Tomorrowland, Pukkelpop, EXIT, Fusion. And plenty more rooms in between My music’s been released on Running Back, Turbo Recordings, Correspondant, and my own label MUEM Records. Made an album called Trains, Planes and Automobiles, and put together the Watergate 28 compilation with people like Mathew Jonson, Zombies in Miami, Kasper Bjørke, and Shubostar. I’m passionate about synths. Spend way too much time in the studio messing with machines and posting (POVs) about it. That’s how the music gets made: trial, error, and finding sounds that hit right. Currently working on a new album for 2026. Same mission as always: create moments on dancefloors where people lose themselves, feel good, and remember why they love this music in the first place. That’s it. Physical, emotional, social. Everything else is noise.Their RA profile lists Turbo Recordings, Running Back, Watergate Records and Correspondant.Recently at Renate, Berghain · often with eveava, Answer Code Request, Fritz Windish, none of them here that night

“Fantastic Man is the long-running alias of Mic Newman — DJ, producer, and label head.”
their own biography
the whole biography
Fantastic Man is the long-running alias of Mic Newman — DJ, producer, and label head. Emerging from Melbourne’s club scene, he built an international reputation for his distinctive take on electronic music: spacious, hypnotic, and guided by a Balearic sensibility that gives even the most functional tracks a sense of drift. For over a decade, Newman has maintained a catalogue that moves with the times but never scatters — staying fresh without ever feeling forced. While his music has appeared across a wide range of respected labels — mule musiq, Love on the Rocks, Kalahari Oyster Kult, Basic Spirit — it’s through his own imprint, Superconscious Records, that he’s released his most enduring work. Cult favourites like Trance Sexual, Sun Express, and the two-part Visions of Dance series marked defining moments: immersive, tripped-out, and quietly ambitious. In 2024, a second label, Axis of People, opened further space to explore more club-ready output, with releases like the Axis of People EP and Genesis offering sharp distillations of his trademark approach. Solidifying a reputation not for volume, but for precision. There’s a restraint to his work — a refusal to overstate — that has led to lasting respect from peers across the scene. His records often circulate quietly among DJs before becoming staples in their sets, valued for their versatility and longevity. As both a producer’s producer and a DJ’s DJ, Newman brings the same clarity and intention to the booth as he does to the studio. Touring regularly, he continues to share his distinctive sound at respected clubs and festivals around the world.Their RA profile lists Mule Musiq, Love On The Rocks, Superconscious Records, Kitjen and 2 more.Recently at Club der Visionaere, arkaoda Berlin · often with Courtney Bailey, Courtesy, Blue Hour, none of them here that night

“Tijana T is a key part of Serbia’s music scene.”
their own biography
the whole biography
Tijana T is a key part of Serbia’s music scene. Now a full time DJ, Tijana T is overtaking on the inside fast lane to global stardom. Her mastery of an acid-dominant techno style with elements of house, electro, breakbeat and trance has turned ears all across the globe. This lethal dancefloor style has propelled her to become one of the busiest and most durable DJs on the tour circuit. Over 700 shows in 50+ countries in six continents since the start of 2016 tells its own story. Spinning coldwave at dawn in Antarctica? Surely not far off. Unlike other breakthroughs in the game, Tijana T has put in the hard hours. As this burst of recent activity shows, she was completely ready to make the leap and break out of Belgrade when the time came. Now, she does it all. Whether opening or closing, on Ibizan terraces or in smokey basements, soundtracking the sunrise for a few hundred or headlining festival stages to tens of thousands, the details are immaterial. What happens when she plays is empathy with the audience, selecting music to expand their hunger, as well as satisfy their pleasure-centre core. This is why everyone from Berghain to The Bunker NYC, and Beats In Space to Boiler Room have called upon Tijana T lately. Belgrade is where the artist born Tijana Todorovic first made her name, moving from heavy presence on local TV and radio to marathon slots across town, specifically the world-renowned Drugstore and Klub 20/44. Now the tables have turned: in the late 2010s, she is making Belgrade’s name. Tijana T has become a global ambassador for the city, tirelessly exporting its culture. As her reputation has travelled, so has she. Negative preconceptions about Serbia are falling, replaced by the squelch of a 303, a touch of class behind the booth, and more and more people admiring this fiercely determined talent.Their RA profile lists Festplatten, Items & Things, Abe Duque Records, Dystopian and 2 more.Recently at Berghain, Else · often with Virginia, Yamour, Chami, none of them here that night
