Originally from Greece, Danya began her journey as a producer and DJ in local underground circles in 2017. Now based in Germany, she holds residencies at PAL (Hamburg) and Bunker Club (Kiel), and is a member of the 6D. collective. Her debut EP, Self Destructive Mechanism, was released in 2023 on Sine Space 7 and introduced her to a wider international audience. Since then, her discography spans labels including Sublunar, NYXII and Kluster records. In 2024, she released her first solo vinyl, Sonata, which received strong support from prominent artists across the scene. In parallel with her artistic work, Danya is actively involved in neuroscience research, bridging neuroscience with auditory and perceptual research. This hybrid background shapes a precise and intentional approach to sound. She has performed at some of Europe’s most respected venues, including Tresor (Berlin), Rex Club and FVTVR (Paris), and PAL (Hamburg), and has shared the booth with artists such as Rødhåd, Amotik, Setaoc Mass, Isabel Soto, Blanka, and Yanamaste.
