“Mottomo is an active figure within creative and electronic music communities around the world.”
their own biography
the whole biography
Mottomo is an active figure within creative and electronic music communities around the world. Berlin based DJ, producer and creative director whose path has taken him through scenes in Seoul, Koh Phangan, Tbilisi, Madrid, Moscow and beyond, absorbing influences that continue to shape his musical identity. His sets combine hypnotic rhythms, groove-driven storytelling and carefully selected music, with a strong focus on community and supporting emerging producers. As a producer, Mottomo explores the space between industrial environments and contemporary composition. His music blends hypnotic, industrial techno with field recordings captured in factories, train stations and mechanical spaces, woven together with synthesized textures and performances by contemporary classical musicians. The result is a sound that feels both mechanical and deeply human — where the rhythm of machines meets the emotion of live instrumentation. Immersed in electronic music for years and inspired by DJ friends organising music events, Inga Sama couldn’t resist the call to take her place behind the decks. This desire came shortly after progressive house music entered her life. She got to discover inspiring artists such as Glen S, Roza Terenzi, Asphalt DJ, CO.KO, Lisene, to name a few, and realised how much she wanted to make people dance to their tunes. Always hungry for new music gems, she loves spending her time digging. Some of her favourite labels are Kalahari Oyster Cult, Craigie Knowes and 39 Records. Inga Sama's style is a vibrant cocktail of groovy rhythms and bouncy beats, infused with spacy trance tones and a punchy tech house touch. Her sets create an engaging and dynamic energy that perfectly captures her musical inspirations.Recently at Lark, Zur Klappe, Der Weiße Hase · often with Ina Vietha, ilbroccolovolante, Manta, none of them here that night

In Berlin he developed his music style so now his sets are always a vibe. He's all for genre fluidity, so no matter the genre, it's always sexy and xtra cunty💅🏼often with Border Diva, yaroslavsyd, Bunker, none of them here that night
