He is the author of an important discography EPs, LPs and albums plus dozens of remixes, including on his own Rave Or Die and NewFlesh Records labels. He has built year after year, his specific sounds far from the trends designing his own and unique electro and techno style, the "UMWELT's touch" so appreciated. He always delivers a fierce, dark and cinematographic music at the crossroads between the classics and an assumed modernity. As a vinyl and analog sounds freak, the Lyon based DJ, continues to make records spin on the desks and celebrate the work of the early pioneers by a wild and straight mode of transport on the dancefloor, while progressively leading the audience into dark, melancholic, dancing sometimes raw and mental atmospheres. His goal is to bring people all together for a unique trip. On Live sets or on DJ sets, Umwelt is always focused on catching the audience on the dancefloor in an epic raving atmosphere ! More recently he shares and transmits his solid experiences and knowledges of 30 years of practice to curious and studients through workshops and meeting.Their RA profile lists Soma Records, Tresor, Earwiggle, Midnight Shift and 6 more.Last at ÆDEN in Nov 2025 · often with TRESOR, Antenes, Mark Shephard, none of them here that night

Born in Istanbul and based in Berlin since 2019, DJ Regret draws from free party culture, big sound systems, and 90s rave nostalgia to craft sets that shift between acid-laced techno, breaks, and wonky oddities. Behind the decks since the age of 19, he has played at clubs like Tresor, Mensch Meier, Renate, as well as squats and many non-conformist spaces hidden in the depths of Berlin’s underground and beyond. He shared the same booth with legends like Luke Vibert, Chris Liberator, Ixindamix, Crystal Distortion and Robert Babicz.
