Who they are
“Cocktail Twinks will warm up the dance floor with a blend of dark and sexy sounds spanning psychedelic disco, EBM, hard techno and probably some craziness you'd never thought of hearing in an electronic dance music set.”

As a passionate raver and longtime lover of electronic music, zikade only stepped behind the decks as a way to keep her mind sane during lockdown. With club doors closed, official gigs seemed a thought of the distant future, and zikade's very personal and emotional approach to DJing led her to quickly develop her own favourite sound. Inspired by her dedication to hard kicks and gloomy melodies, zikade travels between Dark Disco, Italo Body Music, and Techno, with occasional sparks of Electro, EBM, and Industrial appearing. Her sets always strive to be connected less by genre than by atmosphere —- dark but groovy, melancholic but sexy -- a sound best described as Neo Beat. Her love for the medium vinyl inspired zikade to further develop her sound, adding forgotten pre-techno-era tracks and rare vinyl only releases to her collection. zikade is part of the vinyl only projects DJ Frottée and Hypnotist, alongside DJ BONEY S. Regular at Mensch Meier and MS Treue, she has also played at Renate and ://about blank amongst others, as well as bringing her sound to club nights outside of Germany like Cyprus or Switzerland. zikade is a member of the female:pressure network and resident at SLIME and ROOT Radio.Recently at arkaoda Berlin, Crack Bellmer, Zur Klappe · often with Jimmie, ilbroccolovolante, Kidcat, none of them here that night
“She has her own rhythm in music and in life -- before finally stepping behind the decks herself, DJ BONEY S already looked back on two decades of club culture experience.”

She has her own rhythm in music and in life -- before finally stepping behind the decks herself, DJ BONEY S already looked back on two decades of club culture experience. Passionately collecting vinyl from various different genres for years, she started out as a party organiser in her native Belgium. Her behind the scenes work continued after relocating to Germany where she was heavily involved in establishing the PARALLEL nights at Griessmühle as a fixture of Berlin nightlife. As a former booker and label head, DJ BONEY S developed her own unique taste that is first and foremost shaped by one timeless medium: VINYL. She draws from classic 90s sounds and queer techno, travelling to otherworldly electro or cold industrial beats. Sometimes dreamy, sometimes pouncing -- but always trippy -- her sets invite you to close your eyes. DJ BONEY S is a resident of SOUSAMI (Cyprus), female:pressure member and publishes the PRALL podcast series. She is also one half of DJ Frottée and Hypnotist, both together with zikade. She was a core member for 3 years of the Berlin based queer collective SLIME.Their RA profile lists Parallel Berlin.Last at Kater in Aug 2025 · often with ACID BOGEN, HOPPER, Qualia Trax, none of them here that night
