Hyperbole is a Berlin based DJ from Los Angeles, whose journey into sound began in 2011 at his first Insomniac rave in San Bernardino, CA. Inspired by the passionate anthems by the global DJs at that time, with an ongoing influence of from the indie pop music scene in LA. On a trip to Cologne he discovered a deep passion for the house music and the community of clubbing throughout Germany. This led Hyperbole develop Staygold events group and became a founding member of Zwischenzeit. Hyperbole delivers high-energy sets that fuse minimal house with acid bass lines and hard-grooving pulse of progressive house. Born in France and now based in Berlin. He adds to his collection with each trip, gathering records from stores around the world. From Paris to New-York, each digging session adds new pieces to its sonic palette. All of his vinyl-only sets represents years of collecting and an obsession with finding the right records for the dance floor. The sound moves fluidly between the hypnotic repetition of minimal techno, the detailed rhythms of micro house, the momentum of tech house, and the sharp edges of electro. Inspiration comes from everywhere, and the genres blend naturally when the music demands it. The goal is simple : to create a continuous flow that keeps people dancing and fully immersed in the music.
