Bogotá-born and Barcelona-based, Adriana Lopez has been shaping a distinctive and uncompromising approach to techno defined by restraint, precision and depth. Starting out in the late ‘90s in her native city, where she held key residencies at La Sala, BarC and Cinema and performed across clubs and cities throughout Colombia, she was part of the first wave shaping the country’s techno circuit before relocating to Barcelona in 2003, marking the beginning of her international trajectory. "Techno purist and skill icon, Adriana Lopez has been a scene-wide inspiration for over two decades, creating exceptional, atmospheric momentum with every performance.” — Stone Techno Festival. Her productions, released on respected labels such as Warm Up, Semantica, PoleGroup, Stroboscopic Artefacts, Modularz and her own Grey Report, reflect a singular focus on hypnotic structures, subtle progression and controlled intensity. As a DJ, Lopez is known for precise, long-form sets that prioritise flow while building a powerful sense of tension and impact through measured progression, drawing dancers into carefully constructed narratives rather than chasing immediacy. “Her sound is dark yet driving; its rhythm and energy offer pure escapism. It’s hard to find a more dedicated, consistent and skilful approach to DJing…” — fabric, London Across Europe, the Americas, Asia and Australia, she has built a steady and far-reaching presence over the years, performing at institutions and renowned venues including Berghain, Tresor, fabric, Fuse, Rex Club, Concrete, Elysia, Grelle Forelle, Lux Fragil, Khidi, Razzmatazz, Nitsa, Fabrik, Basement, Public Records, Vent, Faust and Vurt, alongside appearances at festivals such as Awakenings, DGTL, Stone Techno, XRDS and Rainbow Serpent Festival. In both club and studio, her approach remains consistent, moving away from trends in favour of clarity, discipline and enduring functionality on the dance floor. “Starting out on vinyl and later training in sound engineering, she doesn’t just mix music—she understands what is happening at every moment. Rather than abrupt changes, she draws you in through a carefully articulated sequence where everything unfolds gradually.” — The True Throb “Pioneer of Colombia’s early techno scene and celebrated for her technical mastery and refusal to follow trends, Adriana Lopez delivers a raw, deep and driving sound that balances intensity and subtlety, earning her a reputation as one of underground techno’s most consistent and authentic artists.” — Vault SessionsTheir RA profile lists BPitch, Semantica Records, Stroboscopic Artefacts, Illegal Alien Records and 6 more.Recently at Tresor / Globus, RSO.BERLIN · often with ROBUS, SUMME, JANEIN, none of them here that night
“To some he is the champion of the underground.”
their own biography
the whole biography
To some he is the champion of the underground. Others see him for the first time and ask the person dancing like crazy next to them, "Where did THIS guy come from?" Think of Detroit Techno and DJ Bone might not be high on your list of luminaries because he is 100% independent and does things on his terms and on his terms only. He won't tap dance or bend to fit the "popular" dj mold. Those who recognize Bone know him for his uncompromising and innovative ways. It's no accident that two letters always precede Bone's name whenever he's on the bill. First and foremost, Bone is a DJ-in the truest sense. When he spins, it's as if the turntables and the mixer become a physical extension of his body. He employs every possible technique in the disc jockey arsenal masterfully: blending, scratching, backspinning, no monitors or headphones; unrivaled in his use of the fader switch and he incorporates them all into every set. From his standing room only residency performances to after-hours spots, he rocks every show as if it's his last. What the general public and far too many DJs don't realize is that Bone spins as much for his own enjoyment as he does for the audience. It's a compulsion that only those who live for what they do possess and those who don't can never understand: Bone lives to spin-it's a necessary part of his existence. His dedication to the art of dance music and DJing is so untainted and intense that the tales of his confrontational encounters with flashy booking agents and "big name" djs are already the stuff of legend. No hype or trends, just a relentless drive and passion to take the party to another level. That's why he's one of the few spin masters other DJs hate to follow. DJ Bone is one of Detroit's most coveted underground vinyl technicians. This very talented and highly sought after artist plays events and clubs worldwide, has held a residency at four of Detroit's top clubs and produces music inspired by the city in which he hales from, Detroit. His record label Subject Detroit is futuristic and unearthly while still displaying the true essence of Detroit's Techno Soul. Bone experienced the emotion, passion and energy of Detroit Techno first hand at the infamous Music Institute. What he witnessed there, along with the eclectic mix of music filling Detroit's airwaves by the legendary Electrifyin' Mojo and The Wizard, would serve to be Bone's main influences. Bone began his DJ career spinning groundbreaking sets weekly at The Love Club (The Shelter). From there he gained a dedicated following which eventually led to him playing at three different clubs five nights a week, as well as several underground parties in Detroit. An invitation to provide fortnightly, live mixes for the Deep Space Radio show on 107.5 in Detroit was also extended. After hearing Bone in Detroit (1996 Love Club Anniversary Party), Laurent Garnier booked him to headline at the Rex Club in Paris. Soon after word spread and Bone was invited to play events all over Europe. A lack of electronic music which fit his style led Bone to produce his own original songs to incorporate into his funky and eclectic sets. He took it a step further and started his label Subject Detroit focusing on true Sonic Soul. In late 1997, Bone began his residency at the Motor Lounge in Hamtramck (bordering Detroit on all sides) pioneering an underground Detroit Techno night. Within a month, the number of Bone's weekly session attendees topped 1,000 as well as tens of thousands of others tuning in to his live set broadcast on the radio every Friday from midnight until 2 am (87.9 FM). Always looking to expand minds and move bodies, Bone took on the challenge avoided by so many DJs before him familiar with Detroit by name only. For nearly three years, he amazed his crowds, which included out-of-towners from as far as Japan and Australia alongside his Detroit faithful. Unfortunately, due to Motor's attempt to exploit what Bone had founded and loved, he decided to depart from the club and his residency. Bone's observation of the trend to book producers to spin, as opposed to actual DJs, prompted him to go against the grain and establish himself as a DJ first and foremost. He believes that an individual's talent should speak for itself and not be overshadowed or misconstrued by hype. DJ Bone describes himself as "an uncompromising, hype hating, 100% independent, real Detroit native come auditory striker and soul controller that cannot be bought". "If the gig is set-up with the music as the main focus (as it should be), then I have total control over the vibe. That's my duty. I'm not worried about having a Hollywood production going on or special effects with video images, smoke, etc. Just playing the best possible music as well as I can. I feel the need to constantly progress skill-wise and I feel my 3 deck sets are truly unique. Many DJs have 3 decks in front of them but how often do they actually have 3 records playing all at once (with the levels up)?” – DJ BONETheir RA profile lists Music Man Records, Subject Detroit, Sect Records, Wallshaker Music and 5 more.often with DAIYAH, FURTHER, Shyboi, none of them here that night

the whole biography
A lifelong cartoonist and graphic designer, a young Oldham published his own indie comic book "Johnny Gambit" in 1987 to local notoriety. Hired that same year by his childhood friend Derrick May to illustrate several memorable pieces for his new Transmat label, this led to Oldham's very first involvement in the fledgling techno scene. More art requests quickly followed, most famously from the Djax-Up-Beats label (NL), where his art took center stage for many years (the lone EP that Oldham produced for Djax, under the name Signal To Noise Ratio, brought home a 1991 Detroit Metro Times Music Award for best single in "Detroit Is Burning"). At the same time, college-student Oldham was hired at local radio station WDET, hosting Detroit's first-ever all-electronic radio program, "Fast Forward," introducing artists like UR, Richie Hawtin and Carl Craig to local airwaves. Five years later, Oldham found himself under the tutelage of UR's Mad Mike Banks. Initially hired as UR's "Minister of Information," working side-by-side with Rob Hood and others in the office, Oldham was eventually tapped to replace his departing friend Jeff Mills as DJ on UR's world tour (quitting WDET in the process), and DJ T-1000 (and his label Generator, distributed by Submerge) was born. Big shoes to fill, but he was up to the task. For a year afterwards, Oldham toured with Banks in the UR techno boot camp. Since those long-ago days, a solo Oldham continues to rock crowds in Berlin (with an unofficial residency at Tresor), Milan, Barcelona (unofficial residency at Moog), Madrid, London, Tel Aviv, Tokyo and all points in between with his own no-nonsense brand of bangin', funky-ass techno. When DJ T-1000 is on the flyer, fans know he's bringing the ruckus. In 2004, Oldham finally left a flagging Motor City for the Midwest boomtown of Chicago. And in 2005 he finally established his permanent European base in the world's latest electronic music capital, Berlin. When he's not behind the decks or in the studio producing electronic dance music for labels like Tresor Berlin, Inzec (CH), Minimalsoul (CH), or his own Pure Sonik and Generator imprints, Oldham has provided artwork for the electronic music industry for almost 20 years. Also, his drawings and large-scale paintings have been on display in art galleries in Chicago, Berlin, Paris, Los Angeles, and most recently a sold-out opening in Amsterdam.Their RA profile lists React Records, Astralwerks, BPitch, Tresor and 6 more.often with TT, Fireground, Half A Man, none of them here that night

Hailing from New York, he was seduced by techno when Jeff Mills held residency (as well as his own first) at Limelight in the early 90s. Producing from the mid-90s onward, he released his first 12"s on Damon Wild's Synewave and his own Infrastructure imprint. A chance meeting in 1996 brought him together with Regis (Karl O'Connor). The two worked as Portion Reform, releasing uncompromising music on Downwards, making him the only non-Birmingham producer to appear on the label. He later moved to Berlin in 2007, still working with Regis, and now Silent Servant (Juan Mendez), putting his focus on Sandwell District. “At age 22 she approached the local scene as Djane with numerous performances in the club circuit of Bari.”
their own biography
the whole biography
At age 22 she approached the local scene as Djane with numerous performances in the club circuit of Bari. Through the years she has developed a continued and careful respect of the musical experience. She moved to Berlin in 2011 and started DJing with only vinyl records. This helped her to build a strong reputation as an underground techno DJ, providing opportunity for her to play in clubs such as Tresor, About Blank, SchwuZ, SO36 and Mikz in Berlin where she lives today. In September 2011, she moved to Detroit where she started the collaboration with DJ Seoul, Tom and Angie Linder of Detroit Techno Militia. This travel has definitely and radically changed her approach to the techno concept, which she considers more a political and social phenomenon and a lifestyle than just a musical genre. From 2012 till 2016 she joined the party Homopatik as resident dj. Her first releases on vinyl came out in 2014 on DTM-Label (Detroit) and Arkita Records (Berlin), the label that she spawned together with Synkopheit till 2016. In 2017 she launched her own record label Future Déjà Vu releasing 4 EP respectively by Transient X4, Ken Karter, Mannella a.k.a. DHARAXT, Phontonz & Shcuro. In September 2017 she played her first house set for the summer closing of the Berlin based party Buttons. In Summer 2018 Madalba became resident dj at the historical club Tresor in Berlin. The same year she started a new collaboration with the London based crew Aria with a party series in the UK capital. Currently, she is techno resident dj and co-organizer of the party Buttons in About Blank teaming with Danilo Rosato, Anna Bolena, Jabob Meehan, Shingo Suwa, Akirahawks, Paolo Di Nola and Stanley Schmidt.Recently at Tresor / Globus, Renate, OHM · often with VCO, Anna Haleta, Miss Italia, none of them here that night

“Mareena's deep connection with electronic music began in her early teenage years in East Germany, where she experienced the quaking rise of techno.”
their own biography
the whole biography
Mareena's deep connection with electronic music began in her early teenage years in East Germany, where she experienced the quaking rise of techno. Growing up amidst youth club culture and underground parties in abandoned buildings, she was shaped by the no-nonsense, freedom-oriented spirit of the post-communist era. But it was when she moved to Berlin in 2004, that she started DJing, and the city and its vigorous nightlife contributed immensely to her understanding as an artist. Musically spoken, her roots branch deep into the spirit and sound of dub techno and pre and early 2000s techno productions. Adding to this foundation, Mareena has developed a statement sound characterized by rhythmic, lively, and non-linear beats that create an unrelenting flow of energy on the dancefloor. This foundation has earned a long-standing residency (since 2012) in the techno institution Tresor, which stands for a similar ethos. Authentic, but always evolving. Her ability to include hard and elegant elements into her vinyl-oriented sets has led her to play at renowned clubs across the globe - Berghain, De School, Faust Seoul or for the Bunker New York events. Mareena brings that club spirit also to life at the festivals she played, ranging from the cutting edge Up To Date Festival to ravier happenings like the Third Room and not to forget her ambient appearances like at Mostra Barcelona. As opposites are necessary to create balance and harmony, another facet of Mareena’s DJing is the subtle and evocative touches of her ambient sets. Mindfulness, slowing down and the art of contemplation are equally important to Mareen than the dancefloor euphoria. This has led her to found the event series, podcast and label UNRUSH in 2016. Unrush focuses on different hues of ambient music and therefore likes to be a counterpoint to today's fast-paced society. Mareena's career extends beyond DJing into production, too. Productions, that celebrate her love of synthesizers and don't stick to any of the classic genre boxes. So far, Mareena has released on labels like Muzan Editions, Tresor, and her imprint, Unrush. Her collaborative album with JakoJako, "Atlas Der Gedanken," is dedicated to different shades of ambient that make the listener reflect inwards and gaze outwards simultaneously through its organic and electronic touches. Mareena's credibility and authenticity, paired with a daring style, make her a key presence in today’s electronic music culture and carry its spirit forward.Their RA profile lists Tresor, Unrush and Muzan Editions.Recently at Tresor / Globus, Berghain, HHV.de Store · often with Berghain, Beatrice, Eric Cloutier, none of them here that night

Having garnered a rich musical education through working at and holding a DJ residency for one of the UK's most respected record shops, Eastern Bloc, Kerrie's in-depth knowledge and unwavering dedication to music shines through her notable back catalogue and bolshy, unforgiving DJ and Live sets. Honing her craft for over a decade, Kerrie achieved a milestone at the start of 2024 when Tresor announced her as a resident DJ. Playing several shows (both live and DJ sets) at the Berlin-based space, Kerrie also represents the seminal club at showcases worldwide. Celebrated venues like Berghain, fabric, FOLD, Elsewhere NYC, and festival bookings at Freedom Medellin, Freerotation, Drift, Basilar and many more have shaped her schedule along the way. First learning to mix via her brother's turntables in the early 2000s, it wasn't until 2009 that Kerrie invested in her own set-up and built an extensive record collection, covering everything from ambient, electronic, house, EBM, acid, electro, and her go-to genre, techno. Kerrie delivers tough moods from the turntables, as conveyed in her mixes for Reclaim Your City, Bassiani, SLAM and Crack, where she carefully blended high-energy styles of UK, Detroit, and European techno, many of which stem from the 90s and the 00s. It's frequent to hear Kerrie weave broken elements into her mixes too, chopping up the 4/4 groove at just the right moment to keep things propulsive. Kerrie's Live sets are renowned for their trippy motifs and high impact on the dancefloor; her set from Freerotation in 2019 was one of the festival's most talked-about debuts. Following well-received releases on labels such as Don't Be Afraid, Cultivated Electronics, I Love Acid and Symbolism, Kerrie launched her imprint Dark Machine Funk [DMF] in 2020. The label homes her distinctly raw aesthetic and honours her love for dark, gritty, metallic and industrial sounds melded with elements of funk, heavily influenced by second-wave Detroit artists, UK techno and music by some of her favourite artists: James Ruskin, Blawan and Surgeon. Kerrie's first release on DMF, "Inner Space PT1", was praised by Resident Advisor, who credited her ability to make "lean, fierce techno that knows how to groove." 2022 was a watershed year for Kerrie's productions. She debuted on the monumental UK techno label Blueprint with her EP "Raw Regimen", which landed acclaimed reviews. Truly welcomed to the Blueprint family, Kerrie delivered her second EP in 2023 and joined the crew at label showcases around the globe. In the same year, she marked her tenth release on vinyl called "Transient Belief" which Blueprint added to their discography. In 2024, Kerrie's output continues to captivate, with Tresor releasing her EP "Machine Alliance", further solidifying her connection with the club and label and fulfilling one of her many goals (and dreams) as an artist. Coming to international prominence in more recent years, regardless of her decade-long tenure in Manchester's vibrant scene, Kerrie is deeply invested in the culture of electronic music, starting from her teenage era as a raver in Ireland up to her innovative projects today. In 2017, she founded Eastern Bloc's in-house event space to nurture local talent, which remains at the heart of Manchester's music community. Having ended her 11-year stint at the shop in 2023 to fully commit to the studio and accommodate her increasingly busy tour schedule, Kerrie is forging a long-lasting path fuelled by drive, passion, authenticity and a community-first way of thinking.Their RA profile lists Blueprint Records, Cultivated Electronics, Don't Be Afraid, I Love Acid and 2 more.Recently at Tresor / Globus, Berghain · often with DJ Pipe, Eric Cloutier, Ø [Phase], none of them here that night

Raised in San Francisco and based in Berlin, the DJ, producer and composer is known for her deep and atmospheric sound that pulls from the niche recesses of techno. Originally trained as a classical cellist, Chloe left the conservatory at 18 when she discovered electronic music, moving to Berlin shortly thereafter to immerse herself in the city’s burgeoning techno scene. The confluence of these worlds has forged her textural approach to techno and inspired her to return to her instrument. Today, she uses the cello to write full-length ambient, electroacoustic live shows as well as deconstructed tones and timbres that help form the unique character of her releases for the dance floor. Chloe is a resident DJ at Tresor and has played widely across Asia, Europe, and North and South America, becoming known for driving and hypnotic sets that dig deep into the niche recesses of techno. She has releases on Tresor, Mord, Blueprint and Falling Ethics alongside Oscar Mulero. Her debut instrumental full-length came out on James Ginzburg’s Subtext label in November 2024, which she currently tours as an AV show, Oneiris. Beyond the studio, Chloe curates, hosts and produces interviews for Resident Advisor, and programs the publication’s talk programming and workshops at festivals like Atonal, Nuits Sonores, Dekmantel, Unsound, Rewire and many more.Their RA profile lists Tresor, Blueprint Records, Mord and Falling Ethics.Recently at Berghain, Radialsystem, Tresor / Globus · often with Ireen Amnes, MAEDON, 23h Tresor, none of them here that night

IMOGEN channels dystopian electro, rumbling bass, UK techno and choppy breaks, drawing influence from her storied years living in London while adding her own spiky twist to the darker-tinted tones of electronic music. Listening to The Prodigy and Stanton Warriors at home with her mum in Southampton sparked IMOGEN's interest in dance music. An underage raver at the time, she immersed herself in the scene, attending several house-led parties at her local club, Junk, before moving to London aged 16 to study Music Technology. Here, she learnt how to produce and DJ while cutting her teeth as a resident on Radar Radio. Featuring seminal guests like Ellen Allien and Umwelt, IMOGEN established her vision from day one. At just 18 years old, IMOGEN landed a booking at Berghain and has since evolved into the revered producer and DJ she is today. In 2022, Voitax released her debut solo EP What?, which Resident Advisor described as 'Fast, techno-infused electro from a rising star rapidly coming into her own.' Her track 'Up To No Good' garnered praise from industry and dance music lovers alike. Earlier releases include her debut tune 'Flesh' on Earwiggle in 2018, followed by Volts co-produced with Ben Pest. Her latest release dropped on Steel City Dance Discs this summer with a fusion of hefty breaks and four-to-the floor beats. The EP also includes a remix by Radioactive Man. Living in London allowed IMOGEN to soak up the city's rich club culture and finesse her craft. As a resident on NTS Radio, she regularly plays B2B with her favourite artists, including Helelna Hauff, Identified Patient and Clouds, this was recognised by BBC Radio One where IMOGEN just hosted her debut show on the station. A former resident of fabric, IMOGEN has supported artists across the electronic spectrum and has played throughout the UK, counting shows at Warehouse Project, The Beams and festivals Glastonbury and Junction 2. Sharing her sound in Europe, she's soundtracked Kraftwerk, Herrensauna, MELT festival, Awakenings and many more. During the pandemic, IMOGEN explored ways to give back to the music community. She taught Music Production lessons via Zoom, sharing knowledge in an accessible, friendly environment. This led her to launch Wigs, an inclusive platform and party series that facilitates workshops and provides a hub for aspiring artists to connect. IMOGEN curates Wigs events with the same forward-thinking approach, breaking the circuit of tried and tested lineups and showcasing new names on the night. The first event kicked off in fabric as part of the club's 24-hour Continuum series. Since then, IMOGEN has taken Wigs across the UK and Europe featuring Aquarian, Daria Kolosova and Bjarki. This winter sees the birth of Wigs as a record label alongside more sold out shows across the globe. A multi-disciplined artist, IMOGEN is a member of T.I.P. aka TripSixVivo, IMOGEN and Paàl. Together, the trio in corporate live producing and MCing, creating a hybrid of electro, grime, drum'n'bass and techno. Born in Batumi and based in Berlin, Nicole has been immersed in music from a young age. The Georgian artist and producer attended music school as a child and was a drummer in a band. Guided by music as a creative medium, she started her career at the age of 17 as part of a duo named Body Thrills. After going solo, Nicole soon discovered her personal approach to DJing. Since then, she has played her energetic and emotive sets in most of the clubs in her own country and made strong appearances on the European scene. Nicole’s style is impossible to be framed as her sets are shaped by the energy she receives from the dancefloor. She equally enjoys both old-school acid techno and intelligent minimal sounds. Since her performance on Boiler Room in famed nightclub Bassiani to celebrate its reopening following the rave protests against the raids and shutdowns of Tbilisi’s clubs that gained worldwide media attention in 2018, Nicole has been referred to as one of Georgia’s leading DJs and producers. Not content with just DJing, Nicole was also working as a promoter at Tbilisi’s legendary art space and nightclub, Cafe Gallery. 2020 was a year of accomplishments for Nicole as her talents didn’t go unnoticed by prominent DJs and producers beyond Georgia’s shores. She released her debut solo EP Inside on Marco Shuttle’s techno label, Eerie Records. Her track ‘Luna’ was also featured on Nina Kraviz’s first compilation album Hot Steel - a project that was started during the pandemic to support up-and-coming artists - released via Kraviz’s label трип (pronounced 'trip').Their RA profile lists Eerie Records, Trip, Partisan and Vacuity Records.Recently at Tresor / Globus, Kater, Phantom Bar Berlin · often with ACID BOGEN, HOPPER, Benji DF, none of them here that night
