“The enigmatic Schacke defies categorization.”
their own biography
the whole biography
The enigmatic Schacke defies categorization. Half Danish, half South Korean, they have been crafting music since their early teens, traversing genres and instruments with fearless curiosity. Starting with drums and emerging from roots in Metal, Noise, and Industrial, Schacke’s journey has been one of constant evolution, building a sonic universe that feels both deeply personal and boundlessly exploratory. After moving to Copenhagen in 2013, Schacke quickly became a central figure in the city’s underground music scene. They co-ran the Mayhem venue, a hub for experimental sounds and radical ideas, while also founding a DIY label for noise and industrial music. In 2015, Schacke joined the founding ranks of the Fast Forward collective, born out of a desire to create space for a new wave of young artists who were often overlooked by the city’s established techno scene. What began as a series of self-organized parties quickly grew into a movement that redefined Copenhagen nightlife, championing inclusivity, high-energy music, and a DIY ethos. The collective’s fresh approach and innovative sound became the foundation of what is now known as the “Copenhagen Techno Sound”, a bold and uncompromising take on electronic music that challenged the conventions of its time. Schacke’s discography spans a range of acclaimed releases on influential labels such as Kulør, ONES and ZEROS, Mama Told Ya, KAOS, Instruments of Discipline, and Intrepid Skin. In 2022, Schacke launched Sacred Interface, a label dedicated to pushing the boundaries of techno and trance while supporting their local friends and peers. Beyond the studio, they are a resident DJ, event organizer, podcast runner for the iconic queer sex parties of Bedside Productions, a space where their ethos of inclusivity and boundary-pushing expression thrives. In 2024, they also became resident DJ for the Korgy Party in Helsinki. Schacke’s artistic philosophy is rooted in contrast and duality. Their music, at once hard-hitting and tender, accessible and avant-garde, reflects an intricate balance of light and shadow, embracing both the delicate and the dark. Drawing inspiration from an eclectic range of genres, they use techno as a framework to create genre-defying fusions, weaving together hypnotic rhythms, euphoric melodies, and evocative textures. This ever-evolving soundscape ensures that Schacke’s work remains distinctly recognizable yet tantalizingly unpredictable. On the dancefloor, Schacke channels the raver they once were: taking mental notes at every party, translating those fleeting moments of euphoria and connection into their studio work. This intimate relationship with nightlife fuels their creativity, ensuring their music resonates deeply with listeners. A true artist in every sense, Schacke invites you where mystery challenges expectations, fluidity disrupts norms, and self-expression reigns without boundaries.Their RA profile lists dame-music, Aquaregia, Ectotherm, Interstate Records and 6 more.Recently at OXI, MUENZE, Phantom Bar Berlin · often with Akua, BOYCA, LOVEFOXY, none of them here that night
“Supergloss quickly conquered the modern electronic music scene with her sincere and melodic sound.”
their own biography
the whole biography
Supergloss quickly conquered the modern electronic music scene with her sincere and melodic sound. Inspired by the acid and trance of the 90s and 00s, Lina not only borrows key elements of the rave sound but also reinterprets them, giving them a fresh look and a modern sensibility. Her music combines sensuality and drama expressed in pads and leads with the fighting character of the 303 acid synth, which completely reflects her persona - strong, but gentle. In a short time, Supergloss has not only found her audience but also become a significant figure in the European electronic scene. She skillfully balances between festival and club sounds, without limiting her creative potential to genres. Supergloss's first solo release was a double EP "Space Office", released on January 17 2025, on the legendary trance label from 90s - Noom Records. This debut was not only a great achievement for Lina but also a kind of manifesto of devotion to the sound of acid trance. In April 2025, a sequel followed - "Space Office (Part 2)", which expands the sonic palette of the original, adding retro-futuristic soundscapes, 90s atmosphere, and pulsating energy of techno. However, the first release in her career was a vinyl collaboration with producer Omon Breaker - "Visual Freak" EP, released in May 2024. This was the first step in their joint work, and the continuation was not long in coming. Their next release, the EP "Programmed Destiny", was released under the new duo Escape on Tape, combining their influences from the past. Supergloss continues to develop her career, performing at festivals and club venues all over Europe, and her music resonates with listeners who appreciate sincerity, melody and deep emotion in electronic music. Alongside the development of her own artistic career, Supergloss has begun to focus on the cultural side of the scene. In August 2025, she launched her new label, X-IZE - a project that both reinterprets and celebrates the spirit of 90s rave culture. The label draws inspiration from the musical and visual heritage of old Berlin. X-IZE is not just about releasing records, it's about building a cultural movement that boldly declares: “real rave is still alive.”Recently at MUENZE, RSO.BERLIN, OXI · often with WILDERÍCH, Serafina, EMILIJA, none of them here that night
