These two huge influences along with her international upbringing in Norway, Egypt and Poland and her creative multilingual mindset all shine brightly through her music. 10 years living and working on the famous mediterranean island of Ibiza has seen her involved with some of the biggest promoters in the music industry such as Cocoon Ibiza and Monza. An avid collector and player of all things vinyl, she is also one of the residents and creators of Ibizas most successful weekly open-air party The Zoo Project. Berlin, her second home, exposed her to its raw creativity helping her develop her production skills whilst playing at venues such as Kater Holzig, Sisyphos or Kitkat. Appreciating the fundamentals of raw Chicago and Detroit house music, her trademark style fuses elements of the two smoothly together with the minimalistic, forward thinking deep house that has become synonymous with her sound. Never afraid to stray from her norm and always keen to experiment with something outside of the traditional house/ techno paradigm, her vinyl selection is seductive, laid-back and hypnotic while all the time retaining a driving, motivating rhythm. Karina although best known for her hypnotic performances at intimate venues, has no problem turning it up a notch with electrifying sets at events such as Kazantip Republic Festival (Ukraine) on the main stage in front of thousands of people. Her ability to mix any vinyl from disco to techno has had her smashing dance floors in many exotic destinations from Cape Town (That's What She Said) to Tijuana (Deck 22). Her prestigious residency at Analog Room in Dubai, her K1 release on Chicago based label ‘God Particle’ and release on “Cymawax’ as well as forthcoming music on the NYC imprint 'Absence Seizure', display both her technical production skills and ability to engage with a live audience. Karina's first visit to New York resulted in a collaboration between Ibiza's infamous openair The Zoo Project and Brooklyns finest warehouse parties Blk Market. Several years in a row she flew over to play at different warehouses of New York to share the decks with the likes of Robag Wruhme, Seth Troxler or Daniel Bell just to name a few. Being the first DJ to ever play at legendary Panther Room in New York, Karina has ever since frequently toured North America performing in top notch spots such as Housepitality in San Francisco, Creme de la Creme in Dallas, Smart Bar Chicago, Eaton Hotel in Washington DC. In The Big Apple she's known for her house and techno selection at several venues such as Brooklyn Mirage or Elsewhere to playing disco at smaller Manhattan hangouts like Nublu Classic. The C&K project launched together with NYC native Connie Yin at the end of 2018, had the two artists joining forces to play the final month of its existence at the legendary Panther Room in Williamsburg. Confident in their choices, C&K blend a variety of sounds, experimenting with 4/4 beats and unquantified live minimal arrangements. With the success of their debut C&K 'Behave' EP on Decay Records (vinyl and digital) further releases are in the pipeline as well as planning their own vinyl imprint. Most people are one thing. A producer, a DJ, a promoter, a label owner, a networker, an activist, a community inspirer. Sylvie Maziarz is one of those rare artists than combine it all. It all started from discovering producing and DJing as a pastime during vacation. She gradually perfected her blend of high-octane rave tempos, monotonous drones and yet incorporating some quirky, happy vibes underneath it all. Thanks to being focussed from the start her DJ career quickly took off and landed her gigs in home turf Berlin and in Europe as well as South America, Asia and Africa. She was also featured on high-profile podcasts like French rave-institute Possession. As a producer, her music got picked up on imprints like Flash, RAW, Coincidence, WarinD and some more. Obviously, her DJ style is reflected in her productions, making it all effective dance floor material – but with her personal twist that injects more than just being ‘bangers’. If you are still reading, you should have figured out by now that Sylvie Maziarz is one that stands out in the current playing field. An artist that is continuing to carve her own path and is just starting to scratch the surface of her possibilities. We hope you’ll be joining her along the way – it’s going to be fun, I promise.Their RA profile lists Coincidence Records, Flash Recordings, Second State, SPRINGSTOFF and 3 more.Recently at Ritter Butzke, ://about blank, Lokschuppen Berlin · often with Hybrid, Lovestory, Limoncello, none of them here that night

Frankie Flowerz started Djing in 1984 in Penang, Malaysia where he was born. In 1990 he received an offer to work for a DJ Agency in Switzerland. He stayed on there and played many different Venues from winter resorts such as Lenzerheide, Arosa, Davos, Wengen, Leysin, Laax etc and also many more cities. Frankie got into singing and writing music when he first built his home studio in 1994, in Switzerland . His first stage appearance as a singer was when he joined a jazzfunk band in Chur , later he did some backing keys with them. After an 8 year stay he decided to move to Berlin to pursue his studies in Audio Engineering , which he did in 1998 and soon he released his first ever 12” on Blaou Records. Then offers came from various Labels such as Funkhausmusic, Crosstown Rebels, Hypercolour , Om USA etc. He launched Voodoo Electric in 2018 , a digital Label dedicated to Electric Monday and its Artists. Frankie has since released 1 LP in 2014, ”Boyz & Girlz” under his label Funkhausmusic which he began to run since 2007 .Nov 2019 will see him back again with another LP “Tales form the Living Room” with his 4 piece Band. Stay tuned for Frankie Flowerz & the Band. Being on the Dj circuit for a good 35 years since the middle 80ties, his musical influences vary from 50ties R&B, blues, soul, funk , jazz ,rock and of course electronica, thus his record collection is of such. As a club Dj he spins mostly deephouse laced with some techno while keeping it soulful and funky, dropping original Prince (his huge musical idol) tracks, funk jams and disco which fit in on the fly, giving his listeners a taste of nostalgia & different rhythms , exploring boundaries, keeping it open , somewhat of an oldschool/newschool vibe. ..that’s pretty much his signature. . You can hear him Djing every Monday night during his weekly Electric Monday parties in Berlin @the KitKat Club. In 2007 Frankie began teaching the art of vinyl Djing @the Noisy Academy in Berlin and was the first to incorporate this with Electronic Music Production courses there. After 10 years , he left to concentrate more on his own Production & Dj School in his studio. Since 2011 , Frankie and Ricardo Rodriguez have been running their weekly Monday night party , Electric Monday, at various venues in Berlin. Originally based in the Roter Salon, Frankie & Ricardo started to play every Monday since 2009 , rotating with each other, sticking to their respective styles and soon enough, they generated a crowd which began to party on a Monday. As things progressed , they moved to Tresor in 2011 establishing the Mondays there, transforming a dead closed evening into an extension of the weekend. Come November 2014 and Electric Monday moved to KitKat, the club of their choice, where the nights there are nothing less but memorable and unique, not to mention diversely unlimited. Electric Monday has since expanded by incorporating local and international Guest Djs and also International Venues, a label for their Artists and merchandising such as T-Shirts. The journey continues.Their RA profile lists Om Records, Crosstown Rebels, Moodmusic, Lebensfreude Records and 2 more.Last at KitKatClub in Mar · often with Bodypainting Area, Coatcheck included (free), Fresh Fruits, none of them here that night
