Born in Frankfurt am Main, maxim_jl found his footing on the dance floors of institutions such as Robert Johnson, Cocoon and Tanzhaus West, absorbing house and techno from an early age. Now Berlin-based, he threads that formative schooling into sets that glide from disco-fueled grooves to the punchy momentum of modern house, always tuned to the pulse of the floor. His mission is timeless: create spaces where strangers trade smiles, sweat and new stories, giving back to the culture that has shaped him. Alongside this, he co-founded Slammin’ House Movement, a Berlin-based platform shaping a distinct, high-energy take on house music.
