Albert Kraft is a Berlin-based DJ and producer whose sound delves into the raw, groovy, and hypnotic core of classic techno. Originally from Mexico and raised in Ecuador, Albert’s journey has been shaped by a diverse cultural backdrop and over a decade immersed in Berlin’s underground scene. With a background in sound engineering and a diploma as a studio guitarist, his approach to music is both technical and deeply intuitive, blending precision with emotion. Albert’s sets are built around storytelling, creating immersive experiences that flow through introspective moments, deep rhythms, and driving intensity. His selection draws from a vast library of techno, ambient, IDM, house, and experimental sounds—each track chosen to build a narrative that resonates on both a physical and emotional level. While rooted in techno, Albert also plays house, bass, drum and bass, and experimental beats of all kinds, embracing a fluid and genre-blurring approach to DJing. This versatility allows him to adapt his sound to different contexts while staying true to his identity—always groovy, thoughtful, and emotionally resonant. As a producer, Albert has released on independent labels, staying true to a sound that is both timeless and personal. His work is defined by a commitment to authenticity, groove, and the enduring spirit of underground techno—always aiming to connect with listeners through carefully crafted journeys on the dance floor.

Now based in Berlin, the Ukrainian-born DJ and producer is navigating the city’s underground, known for a sound that is as atmospheric as it is uncompromising. His sets are a workout in tension and timing, drawing from his affiliation with Orbit Berlin and labels such as Intergalactic Research Institute for Sound (STAUB), Xelima Records, 59bel Records, Minimal Force Records, Trashera, Concrete Berlin and more. By capturing fleeting moments in time and reshaping them into driving, rhythmic narratives, he creates a dancefloor experience that honors techno’s history while pushing steadily into the future. His performance history bridges the gap between legendary foundations and contemporary innovators. Having shared lineups with industry stalwarts such as Chris Liberator, Sleeparchive, Stanislav Tolkachev, Irakli, Ly Sas, Denise Rabe, Mike Konstantinidis, Exos, Ryan James Ford, Ben Sims, Lewis Fautzi, DJ Emerson, Carmen Electro, Tapefeed, Mode_1 and more, he remains dedicated to the craft of the "moment"—where art, sound, and the audience collide.
