SAAMO is a Berlin-based DJ, producer, and audio designer born and raised in Tehran, currently studying audio design in Berlin. His musical identity is shaped by a lifelong connection to sound, starting in a musically influenced family environment and early training as a drummer, where he developed a strong sense of rhythm and dynamics. At 14, he shifted deeply into electronic music, digging into records and shaping his direction through immersive and driving sounds, inspired by artists such as Art Department and Paul Kalkbrenner. Now based in Berlin, SAAMO is a vinyl-only DJ focused on hypnotic, driving techno with atmospheric layers, deep basslines, and subtle experimental textures, occasionally exploring ambient and drone influences. Blosvenn (former Finnya) loves to play colorful yet deep, energetic yet airy, with subtle blue-tinted atmospheres throughout. Rooted between classic hypnotic techno and groove-driven rhythms, the sound remains melodic, elegant, and constantly evolving. For her, the overall concept of a set is essential. She aima to take the listener on a journey, carefully shaping the energy from start to finish. Influenced by the Berlin underground, the selection moves fluidly between multilayered, textured tracks and clean, stripped-back moments where a single track is allowed to breathe. Rather than relying on heavy effects or overmixing, she focusses on interesting, well-crafted tracks and a minimalist mixing approach that lets the music live on its own. She loves to play with different energy — building tension, releasing it, and reshaping the atmosphere throughout the set.
