their own biography
the whole biography
Karani is a Stockholm-born DJ now based in Berlin, shaping his sound within the city’s ever-evolving club landscape. His sets move instinctively across electronic music, techno, house, disco, and UKG — guided by energy, rhythm, and the room rather than strict genre lines. Expect fluid transitions, unexpected turns, and moments of release. Ballroom influences and future-facing club sounds surface naturally, adding tension and playfulness without losing the groove. Each set is built in conversation with the dancefloor, adapting in real time to its pulse. Beyond the booth, Karani is a co-founder of Sueya, a Berlin-based collective focused on uplifting underrepresented voices and building inclusive, community-driven dancefloors. That ethos runs through everything he plays: open, expressive, and rooted in connection.Recently at Marmorbar, Paloma · often with Caesarr, GZL, Hosted by Mandhla, none of them here that night
