'Brazilian producer and vocalist LYZZA has risen to become one of electronic music’s most promising avant pop producers' - Beatport Chasing connection, LYZZA has been paving her way towards a sense of belonging through music in the age of information. It started at uploading music to the internet and secretly deejaying at 16 in clubs and Ball's in Amsterdam, to which LYZZA quickly made her way to international clubs like Fabric, K41, Berghain, ALL and DC10. Since then LYZZA has built a name for herself in the Indie music- and club scene as ‘one of the artists shaping the future of music’- Crack Magazine. In 2017, LYZZA broke through the electronic scene with her first EP ‘PowerPlay’, a fierce experimental club record that made its way onto the runway soundtracks of fashion brands, and is considered to be one of the main records having influenced the now popularized 'Club Music' sound. 2018 saw LYZZA move on from the shadowy club anthems of her debut record to a string of Alternative-Pop releases which put her on the map as as a lyricist and proved her chops as a collaborator, as she tapped Hot Chip’s Joe Goddard and Jungle’s Tom McFarland for the 2019 ‘DEFIANCE’ EP leadsingle, ‘Neverland’. LYZZA has cemented her presence in the avant-garde music world as a DJ and producer with standout performances which have taken her across Europe,where she has performed at high-profile festivals such as Sonar, Melt!, Pukkelpop, Montreux Jazz Festival, Dour and Primavera Sound, the latter earning her a mention as 'Best of Primavera Sound' by Pitchfork. Her ’MOSQUITO’ mixtape, released through Big Dada in 2022, broke her into US and LatAm radio waves for the first time and earned her standout mentions by Rolling Stone and NPR. More recently, she's been traversing the sonic world, further showcasing her skills with multiple collaborations ranging from Showstudio and Mugler to producing billboard-nominated songstress Emel Mathlouthi her latest album, as well as being the youngest artist ever exhibiting at London’s Serpentine Gallery. Beyond playing the legendary PAN label nights at Berghain/Panorama Bar in Berlin, she has made striking sound performance debuts at the Bourse de Commerce in Paris and Spazio Maiocchi in Milan. She has also performed at MoMA PS1’s Warm Up Series in New York, launched her Oroko Radio residency, and played at iconic venues such as Tate Modern in London, Yuyu Club in Mexico City, and The White Hotel in Manchester, among others. Nunguja’s unique perspective and diverse experiences have profoundly shaped her sonic identity, infusing her work with a rich tapestry of cultural influences and an unmistakable sense of playfulness. She seamlessly bridges different musical worlds, crafting immersive soundscapes that transcend borders and invite listeners on a journey of discovery and wonder. Her DJ sets are a masterclass in versatility, effortlessly blending experimental sounds and electronic music into a dynamic, genre-defying experience. Shannen SP is a London-based artist, DJ, and creative hybrid. Described as "prolific" by Crack Magazine, her high energy DJ sets explore the vanguard of the global club underground - bridging the gaps between Gqom, Kuduro, House, Bass, Bubbling, Amapiano and more. With recent debut tours in East Asia and India, her past sets include Boiler Room (Johannesburg, London), Berghain, Fabric, Dekmantel Selectors, Nyege Nyege, Glastonbury, and Draiimolen, spanning continents from Europe to Asia and Africa. She has held residencies on Rinse FM and NTS Radio, alongside guest mixes for BBC Radio 1, Sonar Festival, Dekmantel and DJ Mag. Shannen SP is recognised as a key tastemaker in the U.K underground dance music, having A&R'd compilations for NTS Radio’s record label, a South African club music sample pack for Spitfire Audio's LABS imprint, as well as being a former A&R and DJ for Hyperdub Records. She features as a vocalist on Nazar’s ‘Air Strike’ and ‘Bunker and co-curated Hyperdub's cult London club night Ø with Kode9. She held a residency at London’s Colour Factory and has produced and exhibited works with the Institute of Contemporary Arts London, FACT Liverpool and CANK Berlin.often with dérive, pesadj, Genus Aix, none of them here that night
