Byron Yeates is a Berlin-based DJ and producer, founder of the party-turned record label Radiant Records, co-founder of La Noche, and a resident at Adonis in London, as well as Power Dance Club and Refuge Worldwide in Berlin. He has served his signature sound at Panorama Bar, Fold, Bassiani, Nowadays, Club Raum, TAG and beyond. Yeates’ sets are inflected with an attitude that can at once be incredibly playful and theatrically sincere; a duality that animates the queer lineage of electronic dance music in which Yeates places himself. Since November 2019, Yeates’ label Radiant Records has released an array of EPs by artists both local and abroad. The catalogue is filled with floor-ready cuts that also reward close listening—the RR sound is rich with unexpected timbres and textures, clever melodic lines, and rhythms pivoting far off the 4/4.Their RA profile lists !K7, High Hoops, Dischi Autunno, Planet Euphorique and 6 more.Recently at Schönwalde-Glien, Grünefeld bei Berlin, Germany, KREUZWERK, Atelier Gardens Campus · often with Disk Cartel, THC, Carly Zeng, none of them here that night

Amaliah has emerged as one of London's most distinctive DJs and producers, earning a reputation for her adventurous selections, infectious energy, and a deep connection to the dancefloor. Rooted in London's rich club heritage, her sets weave together rhythmic techno, percussive house, bass-driven grooves, and unexpected leftfield sounds, creating journeys that balance intensity, playfulness, and emotional depth. Drawing on her own personal years immersed in London's underground scene, she approaches DJing as both a celebration of movement and a form of storytelling, always drawing for groove with the element of surprise. Beyond the booth, Amaliah is the founder of Borne Fruits, a label and events series dedicated to championing emerging artists and forward-thinking club music. She also runs community platform London Love Letter, which is her own personal love letter to London nightlife, exercised through a series of regular events she hosts to foster community in her hometown, including open decks, Q&As, workshops and club nights. Amaliah's reputation as a selector has taken her to some of the world's most revered clubs and festivals, having performed at institutions including Panorama Bar, fabric, Nowadays, Lofi, DC10, and Tresor, alongside appearances at leading festivals such as Dekmantel, Draaimolen, DGTL, Love International, Butik, and Glastonbury. In recent years, her schedule has expanded far beyond Europe, with tours across Asia and Australia further cementing her growing international profile. As a producer, Amaliah's music reflects the same adventurous spirit found in her DJ sets. Her releases have landed on influential imprints including On Loop, Dekmantel Recordings, Tratratrax, Black Artist Database, and Peach Discs, where her acclaimed Hypnosis EP showcases her ability to move fluidly between driving club functionality and exploratory sound design. With an ever-expanding catalogue, a global touring schedule, and a commitment to nurturing community and underground culture, Amaliah continues to shape her own lane within contemporary electronic music.Their RA profile lists Dekmantel, Peach Discs, On Loop, MARICAS Records and 5 more.Recently at SAGE, Berghain, Paloma · often with Justin Carter, DJ NORTHERN, Katy De Jesus, none of them here that night

Born and raised in Queens, a city dweller and a club kid, Kilopatrah has an innate and superlative gift for transferring energy from the booth to the dance floor—through exciting house, techno, and jungle, and moments that both harken to Sound Factory–era glory days and bring you to sweaty BPMs of the future. Their sets are palpably personal: The dance floor has always been a powerful platform for expression for Kilo, once as a freeing and connecting space for a quiet house dancer and now as one for moving others like them. When Kilo gets going, you’ll lose sense of the kick drum versus the beat of your own body against the floor. That’s a gift from them to you, and your percussion is a gift back to them. Kilo brings their energetic sass to a monthly Lot Radio residency and to parties with impressive lineups, playing alongside Todd Terry home in New York, at the legendary Movement weekend Club Toilet in Detroit, and for Boiler Room. Their mixes, for series such as Coloring Lessons, Honcho, and Juanita’s, and for spots on Rinse and Refuge, also capture the club at its most euphoric. “The South East London-based artist has paved the way in the scene for herself and her sound.”
their own biography
the whole biography
The South East London-based artist has paved the way in the scene for herself and her sound. NIKS has displayed a truly natural and organic growth to her journey, refusing to be genre pigeon-holed and flexing musical knowledge and skill across the board. NIKS has a background in contemporary dance, having danced from the age of four and going on to train professionally for 14 years, but music has always remained front and centre. Having originally found inspiration through a musical stewardship of her guitarist father, as well as in the sounds of electronic music pioneers such as Trevor Rockcliffe, Mr. G, Kerri Chandler and a growing record collection, NIKS looked towards DJing as a natural step in artistic direction. Her heavy pool of vast influences has resulted in a forward-thinking sound that is an amalgamation of UK percussive elements, and the influential 90s/00s groovy, rhythmic sounds that influence her extended journey sets today. Her production prowess steadily cements this, with her first EP ‘Milieu’ inviting listeners to enter the vast sonic world of NIKS. She’s been able to consistently flex and flit between bouncy, bass-heavy production and a distinctive downtempo flair. 2025 promises more releases and a remarkable bound forward in production finesse from NIKS, starting with her self-released standalone charity track ‘Amble Minds’. The single raised funds for Focus Congo, with the dubby roller being reviewed by Resident Advisor as a ‘wonky, disorientating club weapon’. As she’s honed in on her craft, NIKS has played across globally esteemed festivals and venues such as Glastonbury, Panorama Bar, Basement, Blitz, Club RAUM, FOLD, Horst and more. Performances, as well as curations, at De School, Love International, UNFOLD - leading to rubbing shoulders with the likes of Josey Rebelle, Amaliah, Shanti Celeste, Call Super, Tasha, Josh Caffé, rRoxymore and many others - amongst her busiest touring yet. Alongside a thriving and full career and self-taught journey, in 2020, NIKS co-founded the integral collective Black Artist Database. Originally coined as Black Bandcamp, the organisation was created in direct response to a lack of representation in the dance music space. Since its inception, NIKS has been part of a team behind mobilising for inclusion and equality in the scene, co-curating multiple workshops, as well as club and festival takeovers, talks, and masterclasses. The artist also has a regular Rinse FM show, taking listeners on a monthly deep dive through underground house and techno, as well as displaying her wide spectrum of sound through one-off shows such as her downtempo special, a dubby b2b journey with livwutang, and a techno masterclass for Tasha’s Neighbourhood. She also regularly appears on long-time friend Moxie’s NTS show, and has also held down a BBC R1 residency, delving into her music journey so far and the influences behind each stage, with episodes on ‘The Genesis’, Black Artist Database and on forthcoming/new music. Alongside her seminal RA Podcast, she has curated mixes for the likes of Origins, The Ransom Note, Daisychain, CRACK, as well as recently releasing a Dekmantel Podcast - delivering a ‘warm, supple soundscape’ ahead of her debut performance at the renowned festival this year. NIKS has remained truly devoted to the underground scene across her career, showcasing a steady and admirable rise within the space, carving out room for a sound and presence that has become synonymous with futuristic dance music.Their RA profile lists Neighbourhood, Céad, Borne Fruits, Obligated Records and 1 more.Recently at Berghain, Studio1111, SAGE · often with Grace Dahl, JakoJako, Josey Rebelle, none of them here that night

Raised in Germany with Colombian and Chilean roots, they are well-acquainted with the act and mindset of mixing (tracks, attitudes, languages) and keeping one’s back to another’s back. In the past years the siblings have engaged in fields ranging from music management to fashion and in their blends there is also a certain synthesis of passion and defined taste that speaks, simply, to fierceness. Fearsomeness, too – their sound is burning and relentless with seductive vocal samples, loopy synths, and bright, punchy kicks. On their recent mixes for platforms such as Fact Magazine, Boiler Room, MARICAS, Radiant Love and Rinse FM, obtuse melodies from the 90s blend with sassy club bangers, then into polyrhythmic grooves, and so on. Their sound is overflowing with the queen and the queer, an energy they also direct into La Noche. “Soon after moving to Berlin in 2015, she came upon a passion for collecting records – starting with hip-hop, funk, soul, jazz and boogie.”
their own biography
the whole biography
Soon after moving to Berlin in 2015, she came upon a passion for collecting records – starting with hip-hop, funk, soul, jazz and boogie. At a certain point, she began to receive some invitations to play her collection out at bars, which was around the same time she began going out to dance in the city’s clubs – her wider investigation of electronic dance music soon followed. So one could say Stella’s DJ practice began with collecting, then gained dimension as a selector and dancer, and this is audible in her sound – she plays sets that stoke a warmth in the body and keep it lit, sequences of deep-dug cuts that are mixed with a tactile intuition and trust in the track that only a vinyl DJ could have. Over the years, Stella has become a signature member of Berlin’s club community, enacting an old-school ethic of the DJ as a community-driven role. Today she is well-known for her wide knowledge of classic, groove-driven house and disco, as well as deep dubs and acid, but her rise as a DJ came hand-in-hand with booking and curating. After a number of years organising parties at the DIY venue Kake Stella founded Body Language with Camilla Rae and Caitlin Russell in 2021. Gaining a committed crowd over the last years, Body Language has hosted a vibrant array of international and local DJs. Rather than needing to brand the party with markers of identity, Stella emphasises the core ethic of the party being its openness – the function encourages a range of sounds and styles (one can hear everything from clever, groovy house and techno to classic Chicago cuts to RnB-laced high-NRG in recorded sets on SoundCloud) and so welcomes a heterogenous crowd. In this way, Body Language is part of a shift into a new line of queer parties in Berlin – “queer” precisely because diversity runs through its bookings, its sound systems, its dancefloors, and isn’t just a catchword printed on a statement. Although Stella’s original plans to become a singer were quickly overtaken by the drive to play out her record collection, 2022 saw the release of Détends-Toi and the formation of Stella and the Longos, a band and collaborative project with DJ and musician Ed Longo. Released on Cosmic Records, the album is a sensual tribute to 80s Zouk and Boogie, with Stella’s silky, sultry vocals taking the fore. Much like her DJ-practice, the project pays loving homage to sounds of the past while spinning them into the present, never simply lapsing into nostalgia. The 6-piece band has toured extensively over the last years, which has provided a counterpoint to Stella’s increasingly international DJ gigs – some notable bookings include Nowadays, De School, Gay Haze and a stint of sets in China last year. Closer to home, she has been a resident at Cocktail D’Amore since its heyday years at Griessmühle and played at Panorama Bar for the first residency night programmed by Refuge Worldwide, where she also hosts the Breakfast Show once a month. On the airwaves, in Berlin or abroad, a DJ-set or studio recording or upcoming edition of Body Language – whatever it may be, make sure to catch the singular warmth and deeply cultivated love of music Stella brings to the table.
