their own biography
the whole biography
Erik Jabari is a DJ and producer, raised in Berlin and Wuppertal. As a child, he was already surrounded by reggae, dubstep and early techno. This paved his way to learning classical music theory and clarinet, but finding more interest in jazz than classical music. Inspired by the possibilities of making whole tracks with more than just one instrument, he began producing hip hop and electronic dance music. As an employee at Hard Wax, the Berlin record store institution, he has continuously shaped his sound over the last few years. His music is techno centered with influences from house, dubstep, UKG and drum n bass. In his productions you can feel his appreciation of the origins of electronic music, which helped him to find his own modern sound. His DJ sets are techno-centered, driving and powerful, but also subtle and elegant.Their RA profile lists Tresor.Recently at Tresor / Globus, Kraftwerk Berlin, Kraftwerk, Tresor/Globus and OHM · often with re:ni, Sam Barker, Lee Ranaldo, none of them here that night
“From a young age, Lorenzo Lacchesi was immersed in music.”
their own biography
the whole biography
From a young age, Lorenzo Lacchesi was immersed in music. Growing up surrounded by CDs, thanks to his parents working at Philips, he explored everything from rock to jazz and classical. As a teenager, he studied piano, played bass in various bands, and discovered electronic music at 15, drawn by the French Touch movement. After high school, Lorenzo pursued sound engineering, worked at Radio France, and co-founded his first techno label, Péché Mignon, with friends. Becoming Lacchesi, his focus shifted to warehouse techno. His first major bookings came through the Parisian scene where he refined his industrial and rave-influenced sound. During this period, he co-founded his second label, Maison Close, a platform for emerging talent with an eclectic and hybrid musical vision. Lacchesi’s sound balances minimalist techno with trance, taking cues from artists like Regent, The Advent, Mathys Lenne, Rrose, Helena Hauff, Spekki Webu, W92. Known for his fast-paced, high-energy DJ sets, he crafts introspective journeys with jittery melodies, minimal grooves, and experimental elements. His productions, however, span a broader spectrum, from hard-hitting techno and uptempo beats to glitchy IDM and ambient soundscapes. Lacchesi has released music on labels like Mama Told Ya, EXTRA ENERGY, Matière, BCCO, and Bipolar Disorder. His own label, Maison Close, has seen him release tracks on various compilations, as well as two LPs: P*NK (2021) and Based On A True Story (2024). He remains a prominent figure in the scene, consistently surrounded by close-knit circle of friends like Mac Declos, Kuss, and more recently, Vel. His standout remix of Baraka’s track «Half Faces» has racked up nearly 2M listens. In early January 2026, he released the split EP High & Dry with close collaborator JKS, jointly issued on Maison Close Records and Smile Sessions. 2025 marked a pivotal year, with Lacchesi touring extensively across the globe and performing at major festivals including Monegros, Pitch, ADE – Into the Woods, Nuits Sonores… Following a widely acclaimed SECTION mix, he was also announced as a resident DJ for London’s Tech Couture parties. Lacchesi’s love for loops and his relentless pursuit of harmony drive his high-octane, multigenre sets. Known for creating intense, rollercoaster-like journeys, he builds tension to the point where the body can’t take it anymore, only to offer a full, euphoric release. His performances are wild and fiery, embodying his Mediterranean energy, Italian temperament, and playful humor. Curious about everything (people, sounds, and experiences), he brings an infectious energy to the club, leaving the dance floor in a frenzy. Lacchesi thrives on resilience, laughter, and sweat, always pushing the limits to deliver unforgettable moments.Their RA profile lists Bipolar Disorder, Mama told ya, KR Records, EXTRA ENERGY and 1 more.Recently at RSO.BERLIN, KREUZWERK, MUENZE · often with Laure Croft, KYRUH, Nene H, none of them here that night
“Perc is one of electronic dance music’s reference points: an internationally touring DJ, label owner and one of the most respected producers in techno today.”

Perc is one of electronic dance music’s reference points: an internationally touring DJ, label owner and one of the most respected producers in techno today. Known as one of the most forward-thinking individuals in techno Perc (aka London based Ali Wells) fuses current sounds with his extensive knowledge of electronic music’s past to create something new & unique. A regular artist on such scene-leading labels as CLR, Kompakt, Drumcode, Stroboscopic Artefacts and Ovum as well as his own world-reknown Perc Trax imprint, Perc is as uncompromising as he is unique. As a DJ, Perc has taken to the decks across the world in seminal clubs such like Berghain, Fabric, Cocoliche in Buenos Aires, Space Ibiza, Tresor, Unit in Tokyo and many more. His sound is a fusion of the cream of current techno mixed with choice selections from electronic music’s forefathers. Production-wise the last few years can be described in two words 'Wicker & Steel' - the title of Perc's debut album, released on Perc Trax in June of 2011 and which has lifted him to a new level of respect and recognition. In the last year Perc has diversified with remixes for Factory Floor on DFA, Black Asteroid on Electric Deluxe, Mike Parker on Edit Select and Oscar Mulero on Warm-Up, plus two EPs; the searing statement of intent that is ‘A New Brutality’ on Perc Trax and Guardian single of the week ‘Pure & Simple’ on Sleaze. This coupled with his busiest ever year of gigs including debut appearances in Argentina, Australia, Singapore and Finland has meant his sound is better known and more influential than ever before.
