The cohesive array of depth charged devices that Anthony Linell has produced is formidable. From his opening statements as Abdulla Rashim on his early label of the same name, right through to his recent work that puts his aliases aside, there is a robust and rigorous intent that compounds the elemental strategies of techno's models to apprehend his singular vision. Presiding over Stockholm's Northern Electronics label with Varg (Jonas Rönnberg), Linell dispenses with mechanisms of attention on all fronts. Marked by an indefatigable self-reliance, the label presents exactly what it means to display, and no more. Carving an idiosyncratic platform for his music is as great of a warning as there could be that Linell's leveraging little toward the benefit of the audience. By his measure, the familiarity and comfort of contemporary techno is stripped back to its rushing heart, the senses left tailgating the strobe in a fit of intuition over decision. The greater this is exposed the colder it gets, and its in these extremes that Linell's caustic rhythmic precision hits. Live, it comes off as a galvanizing strike from the outside; analysing the room as a DJ, it's a case of being pursued through the dark. Just as the brevity of Linell's output in the eyes of techno is exalted as it is brought into focus, the background to this blurs as you start to decipher his other projects. Lundin Oil skirts the fringes of noise and experimental music, and in collaboration with Varg as Ulwhednar, this is perhaps even more pronounced. Purposively ricocheting between the techno world and experimental electronic music, Linell forges a distinct passage that gathers the aesthetically uncompromising motifs and missions from across this spectrum. Sourced from Latin American basements or snatched from Europe's most suburban warehouses, many of the records from Diamin's collection didn't yet get a proper chance to react with dancefloors. She trades in unrealized, potent dreams and highly reactive substances trapped in vinyl. Her interest in biology turns this experience into something organic & communal, a sort of world-building in real time, where every record is treated with curiosity and care – & it seems to work for dancers and radio shows alike. It's akin to a springboard that Diamin uses to bounce off in different, adjustable directions. Serviervorschlag: queer-coded new wave acts, highly ambitious IDM, encyclopedic psychedelia, usually topped with acid of the deeper, unforgiving kind. Though based on friction between those ingredients, no matter what style you come from, there's room for you to dance and to grow. Diamin has played at venues like Berghain, Bassiani, Tresor, De School, Rex, C12, RSO, among others, and has been featured on platforms such as Boiler Room, NTS Radio, Dekmantel Show x Red Light Radio, Groove Mag, The Ransom Note, Crack Magazine, Inverted Audio, and more. Currently, she is a resident at Mutant Radio (Tbilisi), where she hosts a bi-monthly show. Born in the quiet village of Skene in southwest Sweden, the Moroccan/Chilean DJ and producer grew up in a world of structure and devotion before a new sense of purpose pulled him toward Stockholm. There, the co-founder and organiser of the Ritmo Liminal club concept shifted from collecting records to releasing his own and stepping behind the decks. His sound found its pulse: a blend of introspection and rhythm that lures you in rather than shouting for space delivering sounds that whisper, thump, and unfold like a slow-burning revelation. With a growing discography, El Mansouri’s productions move between deep, driving rhythms and rich, ambient textures that celebrate negative space. Galapagos, his collaboration with Swedish icon Dorisburg, leans into the latter, offering a more expansive, big-room feel, recognised by dance music pioneers. El Mansouri’s previous release, Tja Hej Salam on Aniara Recordings, showcased his ability to craft hypnotic, intricate tracks, while his contribution to Nous Klaer’s Paraels III compilation further demonstrated his range. Mattias’ journey began with cracked software and a pull to play, experiment with, and bridge different pockets of the dance music world. Rhythm became his foundation, first from following a curiosity for certain drum patterns and eventually laying them as the skeletal groove in his productions. This ethos bleeds into his DJ sets, which are as thoughtful as they are unpredictable. Seamlessly weaving house, techno, disco, funk, and global sounds, he crafts moments of tension, intimacy, and surprise, keeping listeners in suspense over what comes next. A resident at Stockholm’s revered Under Bron/Trädgården, El Mansouri has found a home in one of Sweden’s most important incubators of electronic music talent. This residency has shaped him as an artist, providing a space to refine his sound and connect with a vibrant community. Beyond his home turf, he has played at some of the world’s most respected festivals and clubs, including Panorama Bar and a standout back-to-back set with Hunee at Draaimolen.
