Her tracks are therefore built around a gritty and rough baseline that sets the mood for frenetic body dances. Melodies and sounds inherited from her home country - Morocco- completes her soundscape in a way that is her own. During her DJ sets she invites the public on a captivating journey from light to darkness, an oscillation between joy and melancholy sometimes punctuated by oriental melodies. Co-founder and resident of the Laisse Tomber Les Filles collective, she works to celebrate women on the decks, freedom and diversity, values that never leave her, especially behind the decks. She joins the label Ritmo Fatale with the track Abiad Al Layali already considered as an EBM reference.Their RA profile lists Dischi Autunno, Ritmo Fatale and Es Mi Momento.Last at OXI in Jun · often with Brahmski, none of them here that night

the whole biography
Meriem S is a Berlin-based DJ, resident at Refuge Worldwide and saHHara, and co-founder of CALABADDIES. Born in Tunisia and raised in Italy, she learned early that a room can hold more than one language at once, and that music is often what translates between them. That understanding is what she brings to the decks. A digger first, she is drawn to records that reveal unexpected connections between sounds, places, and eras. Every set she plays becomes a story built from those connections. She builds slowly and turns sharply. She holds a groove until the room leans in, then takes it somewhere less expected. Whether in a small listening room or at peak time, she is chasing the same thing: a dancefloor that feels good in the body and keeps people engaged. Away from the decks, Meriem curates nights across Berlin’s clubs and community spaces, giving underrepresented artists a platform and building events that look after the people in them.Recently at Else, Amphitheatre by Circadian, Crack Bellmer · often with hi.fí, Lavan, Quadrakey, none of them here that night

“Jan Ketel Tieffrequent / Ourselves What do you do when you are a young music-lover living in a small east-german town during the 90’s and nothing, absolutely nothing is going on around you?”

Jan Ketel Tieffrequent / Ourselves What do you do when you are a young music-lover living in a small east-german town during the 90’s and nothing, absolutely nothing is going on around you? Well… you do exactly what everyone else would – you create your own musical universe. Jan Ketel’s musical journey started in Görlitz at the age of 20 with Hip-Hop, Dope Beatz and radio-shows from the UK who got him interested in House music. He quickly made a name for himself and the very special mixture of slamming yet soulful music he played as a DJ. This gave him the opportunity to be a resident-DJ and booker at Club Nostromo until 2011 – a club that, according to some, during that time was Saxony’s Berghain. As a producer, Ketel has released his organic house-cuts on labels such as O*RS, TIEFFREQUENT and Cajual, getting love from the likes of SLAM, MAYA JANE COLES, HUNEE, RICHY AHMED and the BOILERROOM-crew, who featured his tune ”Wrong Number“ on BOILER ROOM DEBUTS. And, since his musical vision needed a proper platform, he cofounded the House-focused O*RS-sublabel OURSELVES in 2016. Lately Jan has been working together on tracks and projects with his bromie Siggatunez. Today, after having played such illustruous places as BAR 25 and WATERGATE (Berlin), PRATERSAUNA (Vienna), or the DISTILLERY (Leipzig), Jan Ketel is bustling with creativity and stuffing his production-pipeline – well, you know… musical universes are endless. And the only thing that lets you explore them are an idea, and a phat square-bass. Check out Jan`s latest releases and mixes on sondcloud.Their RA profile lists Cajual Records, Kassette Records, Tieffrequent, Tooman Records and 2 more.Recently at OXI, Kater · often with Eva Crystaltips, Luca Olivotto, Darwin Stapel, none of them here that night

Adriana Ruas's journey from relative anonymity to prominence is defined by her influential role at Kokölò, the Porto-based label and event promoter. Adriana has earned widespread recognition for her role in the Portuguese label since its events started in 2022, fastly becoming a recognized figure in the local scene. Her contributions as an event organizer for Kokölò, including monthly events like “Ölò” and club takeovers across northern Portugal, underscore her influence in shaping the current national electronic music landscape. Adriana has proven herself as a dynamic and adaptable artist, possessing a wide range of both new and rare House and Techno choices. Renowned for her unpredictable DJ sets, she effortlessly navigates between sunny house music and daring techno, being often chosen to share the booth with a diverse array of artists such as Weval, Parra for Cuva, Sally C, Eclair Fifi, Tijana T, Paranoid London, Ryan Elliott, Fadi Mohem, Ogazòn, Marie Montexier, among others. She has also made waves on the international music scene, showcasing her talent at renowned venues such as TRESOR in Berlin, Lion and the Lamb in London, Loco Club in Corfu, Renate Garden in Berlin, Apollo in Milano, Ulu Cliffhouse in Bali, Bazar Festival in Clermont-Ferrand, Mahagoni Festival in Leipzig, among others, making her ability to connect with various audiences and musical styles evident. In addition to her significant role at Kokölò, Adriana has been a key figure since 2023 in the programming and communication of Porto’s Pérola Negra Club. Her multifaceted presence in the industry extends to passionately advocating for lesser-known and unjustly overlooked artists, while also leaving room for everyone to shine as they should. Her stage presence, likened to a dynamic blend of Speedy Gonzalez and the Atom Ant, solidifies her as an indispensable force in Portugal's electronic music scene.Their RA profile lists Kokölò.often with Julia Govor, Kokölò label, night, none of them here that night
“Alfonsvs has been blurring the lines separating House from Techno for the past 12 years.”

the whole biography
Alfonsvs has been blurring the lines separating House from Techno for the past 12 years. On his early days, he saw one of his tracks being chosen for a physical release on a compilation by the Portuguese label Extended Records, which saw the daylight in 2016. In 2017, after being the Portuguese artist hand-picked by Burn, the energy drink brand, for the now extinct Burn Residency program in Ibiza, he got the chance to travel and play around Europe with other artists from around the Globe, picked up by the Burn Residency panel, which was composed by Philipp Straub, Pete Tong, Luciano, Carl Cox, Seth Troxler and Loco Dice. The program consisted of several workshops, gigs in festivals such as Kappa FuturFestival and in iconic locations such as Space's Club Museum in Ibiza, at Ibiza Sonica Radio, at IMS, among others. Through the hands of Laurent Garnier, he released in 2019 on the enigmatic Cod3 Qr label, putting his name next to an incredible roster of artists, such as Agents of Time, Scan X, or even Laurent himself. Also in 2019, he started together with V.H.S. (Hayes Collective), the event series Future Perfect, where he devoted himself to bringing back techno events to his hometown, in Portugal. With the help of local crews he managed to have special hand made decoration for each event, with local illustrators' work being showcased in each flyer. This attention to detail was also seen on the line-ups he booked, joining international talent, such as Luke Slater, Freddy K, ø Phase, Fadi Mohem, among others, with Portuguese up-and-coming artists. More recently, as the programmer of the Kokölò label events, he has contributed to the diversity of Porto's local scene with events in and outside clubs, bringing over international artists such as Ryan Elliott, Nathalies Seres, Tijana T, Solar, Ogazón, Theo Kottis, Shed, Monty Luke, Dandy Jack, among others. His latest releases on the Portuguese imprint Kokölò, in 2022 and 2023, showed a refreshed side to his sound, but still balancing the fine line between House and Techno. To complement of of his recent releases, one of the original tracks was remixed by Berghain's resident Answer Code Request. Having performed at festivals such as Kappa FuturFestival (Turin), Mahagoni (Leipzig), Wood (Venice), RPMM (Porto), or in niche clubs, such as RX Istanbul, Lux (Lisbon), The Lion and Lamb (London), Renate (Berlin), Cabaret Voltaire (Edinburgh), Elephant (Oslo), Klein (Istanbul), Loco Club (Corfu), Pérola Negra (Porto), Plano B (Porto), among others, he is certainly an artist to keep an eye on.Their RA profile lists Extended Records, Fluxus, Cod3 QR and Kokölò.often with Julia Govor, Kokölò label, night, none of them here that night
