Eric Cloutier’s career has always been defined by a certain kind of relentless, monastic discipline. With a career spanning over 25 years, the Detroit-born, Berlin-based artist has earned a reputation as a "record-digging psychopath," obsessively hunting for the deep, hypnotic, and dubby textures that define his signature sound. Cloutier's trajectory is a masterclass in craft over ranking. After honing his skills as a mainstay at New York's The Bunker, he relocated to Berlin, where he now serves as a resident DJ at the legendary Tresor. Whether he's steering the floor at world-class institutions or playing intimate, niche alcoves, his sets are celebrated for their technical dexterity and seamless bridge between dance music's heritage and its future. His commitment to perfection is best encapsulated by his label, Palinoia - a Greek term for the obsessive repetition of an act until it is mastered. Through the imprint, Cloutier releases his own sleek productions and provides a platform for emerging talent, proving that for him, quality remains the ultimate watchword.Their RA profile lists Sistrum Recordings, Wolfskuil Records, Semantica Records, Freund der Familie and 6 more.Recently at Tresor / Globus, Kater · often with GLOBUS, TRESOR, Mareena, none of them here that night
