the whole biography
Jeena is a Palestinian-Canadian sound artist based in Berlin working with neuroacoustic sound, perception, and embodied listening. Her work moves through ambient composition, voice, and rhythm, forming slow listening environments where sound reshapes attention, emotion, and bodily state over time, both on and off the dancefloor. Spanning performance, recording, and installation, she treats sound less as genre and more as space drawing from ambient, electronic, and trance to create fluid, atmospheric systems of listening. She has presented work at ADE, HORST Festival, Roskilde Festival, Funkhaus, DGTL, and Concertgebouw, as well as a residency at Kwia. Her sound holds listening as a shared space. Soft, physical, and expansive, where perception becomes something lived rather than observed.Their RA profile lists Ransom Note, Human by Default and Intercept.Recently at Atemporal, MaHalla, Funkhaus Berlin · often with Notte Infinita, Robot Koch, Delta Rain, none of them here that night
“O.M. Theorem seeks to explore bass heavy music across a span of tempos, rhythms and time signatures.”
