With his latest EP "Burning Blue” on ACR - the follow-up to "Sequel EP," a collaboration with Answer Code Request - Paul Claude sharpens his sound and his commitment to timeless techno. His first raves in the early 2010s set everything in motion. The pull to make something of his own came quickly, drawing him from the dancefloor into music production and live sets. What followed is a series of appearances across Germany and Italy, among them a two-hour live set at Tresor as part of the New Faces Series and gigs at Tresor.West and OpenGround. Live or behind the decks, the method holds: precise, physical, built to function on a soundsystem.

Known for his versatile, layered closing sets that emphasise atmospheric storytelling through tension and release, he has built a reputation as a dynamic figure both in the DJ booth and the studio. In recent years, Amotik has expanded his artistic scope. He launched AMTK+, a sub-label providing a platform for like-minded artists with a shared musical vision. He also collaborated with Answer Code Request on a bass-heavy record for Delsin, giving both artists space to explore their UK and breaks roots. Most recently, he showcased a lighter side with select house sets at Panorama Bar in Berlin, Merge in New York, and Radion in Amsterdam. His touring schedule has taken him to iconic venues such as Berghain, Fold, De School, and Khidi, while he maintains residencies at the revered Goethebunker in Essen and Pax-Romana in Amsterdam. Alongside notable releases on labels like 47, BPitch, and Figure, Amotik's critically acclaimed albums Vistār and Patanjali have further cemented his reputation as a visionary producer, earning praise from Mixmag and Groove Magazine. 2025 marks the 10th anniversary of his self-titled imprint - not just a milestone, but a testament to perseverance, proving that consistency, dedication, and staying true to one’s sound can shape a lasting career in an ever-evolving scene. their own biography

    the whole biography
Born and raised in Morocco, Chami has been djing there before moving to Lyon, France where he discovered his passion for techno. Now based in Berlin, where he has definitely become fully integrated in the Berlin local underground scene. Chami is one of those artists that truly reflects the spirit of techno, no superficial exterior surface of these days but only focusing on the pure art form itself. He is also part of the face 2 face project with OPH where they played facing each other using 2 mixers and 4 vinyl turntables which lead them to play multiple times in Berghain. He is also part of the Minijob French crew which organizes illegal raves in abandoned locations in the outskirts of Berlin, welcoming everyone regardless of genre, origin and sexuality with a wide variety of music from house disco and techno. These events are organized without public promotion and managed to gather a solid regular audience base that supports their values and trusts what they do. With his strong and determined vinyl only sets Chami is able to showcase his talent on the decks and demonstrate his deep knowledge for this very technical art. When listening to him, you can lock in for clean, rhythmic and mental hours of no bullshit techno.

“Brooklyn-based DJ and producer Clarisa Kimskii has cemented her musical footprint on the borough since moving back in 2022.”

    their own biography

    the whole biography
Brooklyn-based DJ and producer Clarisa Kimskii has cemented her musical footprint on the borough since moving back in 2022. Through a palpable blend of psychedelic and driving techno, Clarisa’s approach to the genre is deeply idiosyncratic - an assemblage of both timeless and modern grooves. As a producer, Clarisa has contributed to a handful of respected labels (Monday Off, Dusk & Haze, Mysteries of the Deep, etc.) within her sonic niche, but it’s through her own label L.A.G where the ethos of her sound truly takes form - a detailed variation of propulsive and atmospheric soundscapes. Clarisa is deeply rooted in the techno subculture’s underground, and in early 2022 - the 20+ year veteran was named resident DJ of the Brooklyn-based, queer party Merge. Through her former residency at Merge and regular appearances at the city’s premiere institutions in BASEMENT Nowadays and Bossa Nova Civic Club Clarisa’s prestige is undeniably felt. Her pure, yet passionate approach to DJing has graced the decks of memorable nights at international institutions in Berlin's Berghain, Tbilisi's Khidi, and at notably iconic parties in Wrecked, Club Toilet, and The Bunker NY. Recent festival appearances at Taiwan’s Organik Festival and North America’s Honcho Campout, Sustain-Release, Whole Festival , Draaimolen and The Great Beyond have only elevated her reputation as a force within those respective communities. The saga continues with juicy bits on the horizon.

“Chinedum Nwosu’s relentless passion for the finer elements of electronic dance music has seen her win over hearts and minds in every aspect she has turned her attention to - from her transformative DJ performances, authoritative productions and exquisitely curated labels - Intacto and now the newly formed Music That Moves (MTM Records).”

    their own biography

    the whole biography
Chinedum Nwosu’s relentless passion for the finer elements of electronic dance music has seen her win over hearts and minds in every aspect she has turned her attention to - from her transformative DJ performances, authoritative productions and exquisitely curated labels - Intacto and now the newly formed Music That Moves (MTM Records). Like only a handful others in the scene, her name signifies a strength of purpose and commitment to quality that is rare in the world of dance music. Based in Amsterdam and with Nigerian roots, Shinedoe has graced some of the world’s most significant DJ booths - from her countless performances in Berlin's Berghain to underground festivals and clubs all over the world. Beginning her journey as a DJ at 19 years old, Shinedoe has drawn inspiration from originators like Jeff Mills, Derrick May, Juan Atkins, Carl Craig, Kevin Saunderson and Orlando Voorn. With her deep connection to the sounds of Detroit, Chicago and the often unsung Amsterdam scene, her DJ sets blend these influences with a warmth and style that few can hope to emulate - her mixes take dancers on a sensual, explorative trip to the beyond. Having honed her considerable skills at her own Inmotion parties in Amsterdam from 2001 (now renamed ‘Intacto Nights’), Shinedoe shared the stage with techno and house royalty, whilst making a huge impact on Amsterdam’s burgeoning scene with her forward-thinking booking policy. Shinedoe radiates a positivity that at times can seem in short supply elsewhere in electronic dance music. Dive in to her extensive back catalogue of productions and it’s clear she has established a sound that is recognisably her own - both timeless and unique. Her releases stretch back over a decade to when her debut track Dillema dropped on Dutch label 100% Pure in 2004. It was clear nothing was going to hold her back - the track was picked up by everyone from the techno elite to the bedroom DJs and ravers who couldn't get enough of its tough, funky and infectious groove. A series of killer 12s would follow, both on her own Intacto imprint and labels such as Ibadan Records, Cocoon, Bpitch Control - to name but a few. Key moments included the Fuse Presents Shinedoe mix that dropped in 2007 on Music Man, which added extra heat to her already hot reputation. Having also contributed stellar mixes for XLR8, Groove magazine, Electronic Beats, and Data Transmission, Shinedoe also delivered exceptional remixes for the likes of The Knife, Orlando Voorn, Pantha Du Prince, Terre Thaemlitz, and Booka Shade. Since its founding in 2004, Intacto has gone from strength to strength under the guidance of Shinedoe and co-head 2000 and One (Dylan Hermelijn). Now with around 100 releases to its name, the label represents a distinct approach to electronic music - rooted in respect, quality and professionalism, yet wildly courageous and adventurous in its releases. Intacto was heavily populated by Shinedoe’s productions - including three albums (Sound Travelling, No Boundaries and Illogical Directions) that won plaudits across the board. Yet in in 2018, Shinedoe founded Music That Moves, a new label exclusively focussing on her own musical vision. MTM is the home for precision techno with soul - literally music that will move you in every sense, and another reminder as to why Chinedum Nwosu is one of the most engaging and inspiring artists in electronic music. Music That Moves (MTM) Founded in 2018, Music That Moves is the latest venture by Amsterdam-based techno maven Shinedoe. Having been jointly responsible for the long running and hugely influential Intacto label with partner in crime 2000 and One, Chinedum Nwosu’s new label is a vehicle for her own special musical vision. Focussing entirely on Shinedoe productions, Music That Moves is the home for precision techno with soul - literally music that will move you in every sense.

“Techno has always been about imagining the future and experiencing the excitement of change and discovery.”

    their own biography

    the whole biography
Techno has always been about imagining the future and experiencing the excitement of change and discovery. If anyone has lived up to this aspiration in recent years it would be Stefan Goldmann. Through every release and project he has brought a new edge to the table, with several of his tracks having served as genre-shifting blueprints – from his early reductionist works for the Classic and Perlon labels to Sleepy Hollow or Lunatic Fringe. Utilising an evolutionary approach which takes nothing for granted he is continuously infusing variation into the formal core of techno – from shifting meters to designing tuning systems to re-imagining the technological base of storing music. Radical yet playful innovation has consequently also become the criterion of Macro, the label he operates with Finn Johannsen. Stefan Goldmann performs regularly throughout Europe, Asia, the Americas and Australia. In addition he has expanded his artistic reach through a wide array of extraordinary projects outside of club culture, while maintaining an approach that remains essentially techno: investigating grid rhythm, sampling, vinyl culture or digitisation down to their cores. These encounters range from an intimate solo performance at Kyoto's iconic Honen-in Temple to performing the first ever electronic concert at Philharmonie Berlin's Grand Hall, in addition to curating a two-day festival for the eminent classical music institution. Commissions include the large-scale music theatre composition 'alif', site-specific concerts at LA's LACMA museum and CCK in Buenos Aires, collaborations with Ensemble Modern, scoring the award-winning documentary 'A1' and as well as a ballet for Nationaltheater Mannheim.  A special relationship has grown between Stefan Goldmann and Berlin's Berghain. DJing at the club since 2006, he also conceived the Elektroakustischer Salon nights, opening up the venue for experimental music, and writes a column for the Berghain program flyer since 2012. He has also published the book 'Presets' and has written extensively on the aesthetics of electronic music. Few other artists have expanded techno's formal range farther while simultaneously pushing the envelope of dance music.

  • Âme

“In a genre seemingly obsessed with revisiting the past, Âme look firmly to the future of dance music.”

    their own biography

    the whole biography
In a genre seemingly obsessed with revisiting the past, Âme look firmly to the future of dance music. Driven toward continual evolution since they started making tracks in 2001, the German duo of Frank Wiedemann and Kristian Beyer have challenged club-goers’ expectations with their conceptually driven and uniquely visceral music. Now over 15 years into their career together, their deep understanding of the clubbing landscape and each other’s strengths allows Âme to stay innovative and relevant in a swiftly paced genre. And as primary partners of the Innervisions label/collective with Dixon, the pair continue to foster the future of house with carefully selected releases, all-encompassing live events, and even their own boutique shop that solidifies the connection between the artists and their admirers. Wiedemann and Beyer first crossed paths in 2000 at the latter's record shop, Plattentasche, in their hometown of Karlsruhe. Bonding over Chicago house, Detroit techno and much else besides, the duo began producing seminal releases for Sonar Kollektiv in 2003. Eager to not repeat themselves, Âme shattered their established sound in favor of a nimble, compositional approach that birthed their club-conquering single, "Rej", and introduced them on the world stage. One could understand if Âme had just pursued the sound that brought them such acclaim. Yet the pair have never rested on their laurels, continuously folding experimental sounds and their deconstructed take on classical composition into singles and remixes built for delighting dancers. From the waltzing proto-techno of "Fiori" to ruminating deep house cut “Rrose Selavy”, they’ve made music for the mind and body with each release. Âme are also known for crafting emotional anthems, strumming at your heartstrings with their cinematic single “Tatischeff” and their glowing and nearly ubiquitous remix of “Howling”. The pair will further expand their sound on their long-awaited debut album. Âme are just as multifaceted when translated to the live arena: What you’ll hear depends on which configuration of Âme is in your city that night. Kristian is the veteran globe-trotting DJ, while Frank, more a creature of the studio, performs dynamic live sets and these days covers just as many miles. Recently the duo have intertwined their DJ and live sets as Âme II Âme, dissolving the boundaries between these formats to deliver peerless experiences that make the most of their respective abilities. Together and apart they frequent the booths and stages of the world’s top clubs and festivals, carrying the Âme sound far and wide. As the core of Innervisions alongside Dixon, the duo translate their forward-thinking approach across the collective’s various arms. The imprint is known for its rigorous quality control, releasing only a handful of records per year, each encased in sumptuous packaging featuring collaborations with established visual artists. Beyer and Dixon provide the label's A&R direction, inviting select musicians – such as veterans like Laurent Garnier, Agoria, and Marc Houle and rising stars Recondite, Rampa, and Trikk – to accompany family members Henrik Schwarz, Marcus Worgull, Tokyo Black Star, and Culoe De Song. Innervisions even handles its own physical and digital distribution, forgoing traditional channels and the pitfalls accompanying them. The group stays connected with their large fanbase with their online/brick-and-mortar shop, MTN Muting The Noise, whose tightly curated offerings of records, clothes, and other items provides the fullest expression of the Innervision aesthetic. They even take their particular perspective on the road, through both their own Temporary Secretary booking agency and their immersive Lost In A Moment parties thrown in unexpected settings. Refusing to step back from the leading-edge or compromise on their exacting standards, Âme remain at the forefront of electronic music.

    their own biography

    the whole biography
Niebla is a Bogotá-based DJ and resident at the renowned Video Club, where she has cultivated a distinctive and contemporary sonic identity within the regional house and techno scene. Niebla—Spanish for mist—captures the ethereal and shifting quality of her sets, where clarity gives way to suggestion and rhythm dissolves into atmosphere. With a sensibility rooted in the sensual grooves of the ’90s and 2000s, she moves fluidly between house and techno, blending deep, techy, dubby, and percussive textures into immersive journeys that feel both intimate and elusive. As a producer and booker, she has shaped spaces and experiences that drive the electronic music scene, bringing her artistic vision both inside and outside the booth. She has performed at key festivals in Colombia, including Bonanza, Baum Festival, and Estéreo Picnic, and has carried her sound abroad to iconic venues such as Lux Frágil (Lisbon), The Villa (Oslo), Club Blanco (Bristol), The Glove That Fits (London), Kwia (Berlin), and Fitzroy (Berlin), among others. Currently working on her debut EP, Niebla has already released two singles on the Colombian label Discos Páramo, with a third release forthcoming in 2024 on Plasmodia. “Tijana T is a key part of Serbia’s music scene.”

    their own biography

    the whole biography
Tijana T is a key part of Serbia’s music scene. Now a full time DJ, Tijana T is overtaking on the inside fast lane to global stardom. Her mastery of an acid-dominant techno style with elements of house, electro, breakbeat and trance has turned ears all across the globe. This lethal dancefloor style has propelled her to become one of the busiest and most durable DJs on the tour circuit. Over 700 shows in 50+ countries in six continents since the start of 2016 tells its own story. Spinning coldwave at dawn in Antarctica? Surely not far off. Unlike other breakthroughs in the game, Tijana T has put in the hard hours. As this burst of recent activity shows, she was completely ready to make the leap and break out of Belgrade when the time came. Now, she does it all. Whether opening or closing, on Ibizan terraces or in smokey basements, soundtracking the sunrise for a few hundred or headlining festival stages to tens of thousands, the details are immaterial. What happens when she plays is empathy with the audience, selecting music to expand their hunger, as well as satisfy their pleasure-centre core. This is why everyone from Berghain to The Bunker NYC, and Beats In Space to Boiler Room have called upon Tijana T lately. Belgrade is where the artist born Tijana Todorovic first made her name, moving from heavy presence on local TV and radio to marathon slots across town, specifically the world-renowned Drugstore and Klub 20/44. Now the tables have turned: in the late 2010s, she is making Belgrade’s name. Tijana T has become a global ambassador for the city, tirelessly exporting its culture. As her reputation has travelled, so has she. Negative preconceptions about Serbia are falling, replaced by the squelch of a 303, a touch of class behind the booth, and more and more people admiring this fiercely determined talent.
