  Felix's love of music was already born in his cradle. As a little boy his mother took him to singing lessons and he discovered his fascination for singing. Musically it went on and he learned various instruments. As a singer he could gain stage experience. A few years ago electronic music finally gripped him and he became interested in Djing. The deeper he immersed himself in this music, the more the thought of producing his own music and implementing his own ideas, which were romping around in his head. At first a little reserved in the combination of electronic sounds and vocals, the interplay of electronic beats and his voice got his trademark. His style is not easy to put in a drawer. All in all his sound can best be described as Melodic House with a strong tendency towards organic and ethnic elements. But the most important thing for him is a lot of melody and harmony. Working with some of the greatest and most influential artists in the scene such as Ben Boehmer, Oliver Koletzki, Bookashade and Tinlicker, his name isn´t that unknown anymore. Besides that he is also managing his own Label YION, one of the up and coming Organic House labels in Berlin. Through his musical past the urge to live music has prevailed over time. Meticulously, a live set and performance was developed, in which he exclusively paired his own productions with live singing and jamming.

  Deep House, Minimal House, Tech House: Genres, die den Sound von Leeni ganz gut beschreiben. Und doch bleiben diese Bezeichnungen auf der ständig in Bewegung befindlichen Oberfläche. Darunter, also im Kern, lässt sich das, was Leeni als DJ und Produzentin macht, am besten so beschreiben: Good Vibes. Denn wenn sie im Staub eines sommerlichen Festivalnachmittags auf der Bühne steht, dann hört sich das ganz anders an, als wenn sie für das dunkelbunte Treiben einer Afterhour verantwortlich ist. Anfühlen tut es sich trotz aller Andersartigkeit aber überraschend gleich: Freundlich. Geprägt wurde Leeni sowohl auf den Partys und Festivals ihrer Heimat Mecklenburg-Vorpommern als auch in den Clubs und auf den Umsonst & Draußen Raves ihrer jetzigen Wahlheimat Berlin. So mag es sich erklären, dass ihr warmer, körperbetonter Sound großstädtisch und auf Höhe der Zeit daherkommt, aber immer auch mit einem ganz eigenen, erfrischend unerwarteten Twist. Ob Solo oder zusammen mit Danilo Kupfernagel: Mittlerweile ist Leeni als DJ über Landesgrenzen hinweg geschätzt und gefragt. Seit 2023 manifestiert sich ihr freundlicher Enthusiasmus außerdem in eigenen Musikproduktionen.

  Noch unveröffentlichte Neuheiten, alte Schätzchen, tagesaktuelle Tanzbarkeit – und immer wieder ein kurzweiliges, technisch raffiniert umgesetztes Wechselspiel dazwischen: Danilo Kupfernagel bringt in seinen Sets das auf den Punkt, wofür DJ Kultur heute steht. Stilistisch zwischen Deep House und Minimal House verortet, hat er seit 2013 ein intimes Verständnis für den Zeitgeist des Dancefloors entwickelt. In seinem dynamischen Groove schwingt immer etwas Charakteristisches mit, das den Sound von Danilo Kupfernagel unverwechselbar macht: Ein Gefühl der lebensbejahenden Freundlichkeit. Seine Begeisterung für die Szene hat Danilo Kupfernagel im MUNA entdeckt, dem legendären Club in seiner thüringischen Heimat. Zunächst als Stammgast auf der Tanzfläche, dann als Lichtkünstler, und seit 2015 als beliebter Resident DJ. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit waren seine Sets weit über die Region hinaus zu hören. Seine eigenen Musikproduktionen spiegeln ebenfalls Talent und Originalität wider. Doch nicht nur solo ist er ein gern gesehener und gern gehörter Gast auf Partys und Festivals: Wenn Danilo Kupfernagel zusammen mit Leeni auflegt und produziert, entsteht ebenfalls eine absolut mitreißende, durchweg gut gelaunte Energie.

  justUS - that means something like: My music for everyone - just us! My sound can be described with the synonyms rolling, driving and sexy. Vocals are a must in my sets - profound and melodic, characterised by rich beats that give a dark character, straight into the subconscious. In this respect, I don't like to be tied to one genre and enjoy the artistic freedom to mix different styles of music, such as indie dance, progressive house and techno. At the end of 2023, I realised my pet project 'Let It Snow!' together with Blake Strange. We produced a remix that pays tribute to Dean Martin! On 8 November 2024 my track 'Aries' will be released on Lelantus. Stay tuned. More soon! References - these include the colourful bouquet of the Berlin club scene. Musical excursions to other European capitals, but also more exotic places like Thailand, Guatemala, Uganda and Rwanda.
