Since 2019, he has overseen sound engineering at BASSIANI, later aligning with Morevi and co-founding Unforeseen alongside Hamatsuki in 2024. Skyra’s practice is grounded in a classical musical education, from which he gradually transitioned into electronic music experimentation. Introduced to analogue and digital tools through his brother’s encouragement, he developed an intuitive, self-directed working method, inspired by kinetic and sensory experiences, urban contexts, shared moments, films, video games, and Tbilisi's hedonistic energy among its chaotic wanderers. “Music can’t be forced; it doesn’t respond to pressure. What matters is trusting your instincts, letting inner sensations rise and ripple through you. In that, you begin to uncover yourself, tracing the contours of your true sonic identity.” For Skyra, music exists as memory, an archive of emotions, where the act of creation often outweighs the importance of the finished result. The studio becomes a meditative space in which certain compositions are crafted solely for the process itself, briefly taking form before dissolving ephemerally. What remains finds its way onto dancefloors, labels, and music platforms.
