Cioz has always had a bad relationship with rules. An obsessive desire to reinvent and break everything: ideas, habits and shapes. Driven and inspired by the idea of sharing knowledge and inspiration, Cioz has founded Knobs Bergamo; a community-based creative hub in Bergamo (Italy) where artists unite, collaborate, develop ideas and create. Completely self-taught, he feels his music like smoothly random and organic: alive. He sees his music like a creature that grows and evolves by his side. It contradicts itself and gets always better. A continuous experiment, a tree of sounds. His motto is: "If you have an apple and I have an apple and we exchange these apples then you and I will still each have one apple. Hailing from Germany and France, Boy Oh Boy AKA New Zealand’s new kids on the block, started their adventure together back in 2016 when they both swiped right. Coming from very different musical backgrounds, the duo deliver a mix of dancefloor, gymnastic- friendly techno and underground drinking music. In 2017, Beat & Path hooked the boys up with their very first EP – Ban Joe. Their ghost producing team delivered a jacked up club vibe with an infectious Banjo hook. The highly acclaimed banger made its way to festival stages all across the world. Boy Oh Boy quickly became one of Auckland's faves, charming their way into the hearts of boys and girls with their good looking profile pictures and polite way of responding to love letters. One might wonder how the boys have been so lucky to perform at boat parties, clubs and festivals alongside international artists such as Steve Bug, Kink, Bontan, Djuma Soundsystem, Out Of Sorts and Uone. When the boys have saved up all their pocket money they know exactly how to spend it! They throw one of their “Boy Oh Boy + Friends” parties. The event series has been a good way for them to connect and support with New Zealand’s underground house music community.
