James Lotion is a Berlin-based DJ with a genre-bending and eclectic style. He is known to tease and please the audience with a selection of techno, house, and other adventurous club sounds, that are cheeky, high-energy, and unapologetically queer. James Lotion believes that the dance floor is a place for self-exploration and emotional healing, so his sets are as much for the body as for the mind and take you on a journey of changing energies, wild selections, and ecstatic melodies. In 2014 he founded SWEAT, a queer and trans DJ collective, that hosts club nights and events in Berlin. He is a resident DJ at Det Andet Sted in Copenhagen. Bekannt ist sie vor allem durch ihre langjährige Partyreihe mit dem CRUSH Collective sowie ihre regelmäßigen Gast- und Resident-DJ-Auftritte in der Leipziger Clublandschaft, insbesondere im elipamanoke und im Absturz Club. Ihre energiegeladenen Sets bewegen sich genre-fluid zwischen 130 und 160 BPM, hauptsächlich zwischen Hard House, Trance und Bounce. Durch Intensive Kollisionen melodischer Tracks mit treibenden Basslines und harten Drums durchschlägt Keta Perry die Grenzen zwischen Emotionen und Ekstase. Ihr Look bewegt sich oft zwischen Kink und Camp, wobei sie klassische Weiblichkeitsbilder häufig mit Einflüssen aus der Clubkultur mischt. Besondere Bekanntheit erlangte sie als Mitbegründerin bzw. prägendes Gesicht des Leipziger Kollektivs CRUSH. Hierbei handelt es sich um eine Partyreihe des gleichnamigen Kollektivs, welches sich als queer-feministisch und sex-positiv versteht; die Veranstaltungen finden regelmäßig im Club elipamanoke statt. Mit der Reihe GLITZER&BETON ist das von Keta mitbegründete Kollektiv thueringentrance seit Februar 2026 fester Teil des Programms im Absturz. Seit Dezember 2025 ist sie zusätzlich Mitglied in den Kollektiven Paradigma und Formel 4/4. Während sie bei Letzterem vor allem die Livestream-Podcast-Reihe moderiert, unterstützt sie Paradigma bisher im Hintergrund. Des Weiteren gilt Keta Perry als wichtige Netzwerkerin innerhalb der Leipziger LGBTQIA+-Community. Im Gegensatz zu klassischen Drag-Formaten steht ihre Kunst vor allem für die autonome, queer-politische Clubkultur.
