Based in Berlin, Shanda is a DJ & Co-founder of collective ABYSS (HK) from Hong Kong. With her classical music background being a flutist and love for rave parties, she started her DJ journey in 2020 and has played countless shows in Hong Kong underground clubs such as OMA, Social Room, Void and more. She performed at one of the biggest music festivals in Hong Kong, Clockenflap 2023 and was invited as the main headliner of Arcan (Vietnam)'s club night. In pursuit of music inspiration, Shanda recently moved to Berlin, Germany to further explore her sound. She started to be seen very quickly in esteemed Berlin event series such as Slave to the Rave and HEISSS, performing in Club OST, Rote Sonne, OXI and more. Her sound connects old-school and contemporary sound of Techno pulsating with vibrant percussions, energetic grooves and psychedelic rolling basslines that often bring people to the state of trance.
