You are in for a wild ride when The Jakob Sister aka DJ Gonzo steps into the Game and turns the dance floor to her playground with no breaks. Being one of the masterminds behind the infamous Sachsentrance Crew, as well as part of the Duos Funky Floorburn and Hitstorm, she can be understood as an irresistible force of hard beats mixed with the essence of her collective itself: hot floorbangers and a fun attitude about it. What makes her musical performance absolut unique is her diverse repertoire, ranging from trance to hardtrance, acid, hard house and neo rave - she understands how to make you sweat! You know it’s been a Sachsentrance Party when you leave the party after an unforgettable night, your body moved into a transcendental stadium and your mind asking itself if it accidentally landed in a Club Edition of Fast & Furious - Full Power BPM: equally satisfied and hungry for more.Recently at ://about blank, Containerhafen, ÆDEN · often with Sabu!, Atreo, Paraçek, none of them here that night

With his energizing DJ presence, he always brings the dancefloor on fire. The music he plays is mostly produced in the 90s and 2000s ranging from popular rave hymns to underground techno and trance tracks. Over the years he gathered a huge treasure of hits. He loves to surprise with unconventional tracks and unexpected genre cuts - you will never know what comes next. their own biography
the whole biography
Kirk draws from the city’s foundational house grooves alongside the storied midwest techno of the 90’s, all the way through the raw energy of his beloved Y2K rave generation. Kirk’s reach across a myriad of stages in Chicago and beyond is equally broad. From the basement sweatboxes of the west side to the legendary Metro and smartbar, all the way up to the lofty ARC Festival stages, Kirk has shattered expectations and shaken asses with a sound that is equally rooted as it is relentless. Further afield at the likes of SILO New York and El Cid in LA, (as well as command performances for Boiler Room and Elevator Music), Kirk’s ebullient sound has traveled well beyond the mighty Midwest scenes. As a co-founder and driving force behind Chicago’s notorious BOOTS parties, Kirk gets his hands dirty both behind the decks and behind the scenes. This chaotic and wildly successful staple of Chicago’s world-renowned queer and drag scenes has sold out the city’s top tier venues time and time again, leaving a trail of tinsel and tinnitus wherever they go. The likes of DOSS, LSDXOXO, UNIIQU3, Big Freedia, Martyn Bootyspoon, GRRL, SoFTT, and local legends like Pageant Queens have revelled in the chaos of a BOOTS party, but those who know know - it's the vibe brought by the BOOTS crowd that make it such an infamous affair. When not rocking a dancefloor, Kirk can be found dodging the daylight in the studio, where he’s been honing his signature sound and preparing a raft of releases for various outlets. Complimenting his special blend of sonic influences, and always with an eye for the dancefloor, Kirk’s midwest charm and fair dose of cheekiness constantly show through. Across his many pursuits, Kirk’s indefatigable desire to bring joy and levity to the dancefloor, and the world, comes through in bursts of sound and color and defies you to remain static.Recently at Lokschuppen Berlin, Sensorium, RSO.BERLIN · often with AREA ØNE, Niotech, Sabu!, none of them here that night
