Guided by her mantra “Shake it Slow!”, Joanna Lenta blends slowness and emotional depth with driving dancefloor energy. By combining powerful basslines with catchy vocals, organic elements and world music influences, she creates a sound that is both immersive and dynamic. Her sets unfold as carefully crafted storylines, flowing through the many shades of downtempo – from warm and playful to dreamy and melodic, into deep, dark and bouncy spheres. Based in Berlin, she is a resident at Beate Uwe, has performed at renowned clubs such as Wilde Renate, Klunkerkranich, and KitKat, as well as at festivals including Fusion, Mystic Creatures, Zurück zu den Wurzeln, Hedoné, and Burns. While travelling, Joanna also regularly plays at sunset and beach venues such as in Ibiza, Mexico, Morocco, Nicaragua or the Philippines.
