    the whole biography
Pooja B's idea of techno is a skittish exploration of time and space in this Dystopian world. While futuristic, loopy, industrial sounds for dark clubs are the signature style, she can skilfully adapt to play music for outdoor spaces. Pooja is an Indian artist who is now based in Berlin. Notable shows she played are Berghain (Saule),Tresor, RSO, Ohm, Khidi, Womb, Magnetic Fields festival, Gegen, Mina Suspension, Bronx Sauna, Le Guess Who Festival among others. With performances at renowned clubs, festivals and for many queer collectives, Pooja is not just growing a following but building a community who supports her where ever she goes. She hosts Majja, an inclusive event bringing her passion for food, art and music in one place. She also hosts a radio show on mental health in music spaces called The Coping* Club and is a resident on Refuge Worldwide Radio. She has also hosted New Faces at Tresor spotlighting artists from the global south as she believes BIPOC artists are still an under represented minority in electronic music. She co-founded The EQ Way collective in India and curated 'The EQ Way' radio show on Flux Music (Berlin), which provided a platform for female-identifying & queer artists to showcase their music to a wider audience. She hosted a bi-weekly radio show called "ikigai" on India’s primary community radio, Boxout.fm which is a journey diving into realms of dark industrial techno. She has been a resident at Analog Room a weekly underground party with a cult following in Dubai, where she was based because of her flight-attendant job. She also held residencies at Warped & Electric Days prior to that, also in Dubai. Previously, Pooja released her music under the alias “ikigai”. Ikigai is a Japanese concept that means "the reason for being". She has had releases on Sonata Music, Underdub Records, Fabrik Music, SMR Underground, Fehlr Musik, 22.2, BLVSH and has had 3 Bandcamp self-releases. She also takes a firm stand against racism, sexism & environmental issues, which she expresses via her music.
Their RA profile lists Sonata Music, Underdub Records, Fehler-Musik, female pressure and 1 more.

“Driven by a desire to dive deeper into sound, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Music Technology, honing her skills as both an artist and a producer.”

Driven by a desire to dive deeper into sound, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Music Technology, honing her skills as both an artist and a producer. This foundation allowed her to align her creative vision with technological precision. Preferring raw percussive elements, Viktoria crafts a signature sound that is atmospheric and brings tension. Her sonic identity is shaped by a steady, propulsive beat that captures the timeless aesthetic of techno. In 2025, she launched SPIELWERK, a Berlin based label dedicated to raw, functional and forward-thinking club music. The label unites emerging international artists from Berlin, Amsterdam, Spain and beyond, each contributing their own distinct interpretation of techno.
Their RA profile lists PRTL WRX.

    the whole biography
Coming from a musician family—her grandfather a composer in the GDR, her grandmother his lyricist, and her mother a DJ & former club worker in Berlin—she grew up surrounded by music and the pulse of nightlife. Her sound is raw yet refined, emotional yet physical—a fusion of hypnotic, tribal, and industrial techno, staying true to her rhythmic roots while carving out a distinct space in the underground. With a background in dance, she approaches music as movement—each set unfolding through tension and release. Splitting her time between Berlin and Mexico City for the past 7 years, MASCHA has become a vital force in both scenes. She hosted LIEBE on Aire Libre 105.3 FM, curates MUSTER on THF Radio, and in 2025 debuted her first live set with an orchestra, merging classical instrumentation with techno’s raw pulse. A dedicated advocate for queer and FLINTA* communities, MASCHA has led DJ workshops and panels in Germany, Mexico, and Honduras, fostering inclusion and amplifying new voices in electronic music. With over a decade behind the booth, MASCHA is more than a DJ, she stands as a connector, innovator, and storyteller, shaping the future of club culture through the unifying power of rhythm.
