the whole biography
His sets—whether live, DJ, or hybrid—are known for their playful energy and irresistible groove, gliding effortlessly between Afro-house, deep house, and mid- to slow-tempo beats. Each performance is a finely crafted journey that blends rhythmic sophistication with a vibrant, dynamic stage presence. Originally from Santiago de Chile, MonoAbe draws on deep knowledge of southern tribal drumming traditions and fuses them with the raw pulse of the global underground techno scene. His performances are more than just sets—they are sensory rituals. With live percussion, analog/digital machines, and synths, he creates an interactive soundscape that is both organic and futuristic. What sets MonoAbe apart is his ability to captivate audiences—not only with deep, hypnotic basslines and tension-laced atmospheres, but with the sheer charisma and showmanship he brings to the stage. His low-frequency drumming pulses with mysticism and joy, inviting listeners into a space where ancient rhythms meet playful experimentation and the dancefloor becomes a ceremonial celebration.Their RA profile lists Hive Audio, Cacao Records, Sol Selectas, Leuchtturm Records and 2 more.Recently at Klunkerkranich, Beate Uwe, ÆDEN · often with Samer Odeh, Alle Anders, LFKN, none of them here on Friday
